Abstract
【解決手段】 パネルがサイドバイサイドに組合わされそして隣接するパネルの縁を結合してシームを形成することにより連結されており、そしてパネルが少なくともその一部にビルディングの屋根構造を形成するよう曲げられた部分を有しているメタルビルディングであって、パネルの直線状端部分がサイドバイサイドにより組合わされる際にビルディングの垂直壁部分を形成するように各パネルの一部がその両端部において直線状であり、そして同様な断面形状の隣設するパネルが同様な方法により作られ且つ縁のみが接触して垂直側壁パネルに隣接して位置され、中空のコアを形成するよう垂直の壁および隣接するパネルがしっかりと固定されている。

Description
により直線とされる。クリンプロールの係合および位置を自動的に制御することにより、成形されるパネルは1つもしくは複数の直線区画または1つもしくは複数の曲った区画となり、その曲った区画の半径の曲率度合は適切に且つ自動的に制御される。垂直の側壁を具備したビルディングを得ることが望ましいときには、本発明の機械によりアーチ形の屋根または壁と屋根の頂点との間の曲った部分に半径が在る直線(傾斜)の屋根の何れかを具備した成形パネルを提供するように設定される。この機械を制御するための全ての方法および記載した成形形状は全てプログラム的に制御される。本発明の機械により成形されるパネルは先行技術に教示されているようにシーマーにより互いに縫い合わされてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 現場において施工可能で且つクリンプ可能な縁を具備し通常U型の所望断面形状に成形されている多数の金属パネルからなるメタルビルディングであって、前記パネルがサイドバイサイドに組合わされそして隣接するパネルの縁を結合してシームを形成することにより連結されており、そしてパネルが少なくともその一部にビルディングの屋根構造を形成するよう曲げられた部分を有しているメタルビルディングにおいて、改良として:パネルの直線状端部分がサイドバイサイドにより組合わされる際にビルディングの垂直壁部分を形成するように各パネルの一部がその両端部において直線状であり、そして同様な断面形状の隣設するパネルが同様な方法により作られ且つ縁のみが接触して垂直側壁パネルに隣接して位置され、中空のコアを形成するよう垂直の壁および隣接するパネルがしっかりと固定されていることを特徴とする金属ビルディング。
- 前記中空なコアが補強材により満たされている請求項1に記載の金属ビルディング。
- 前記隣接するパネルが隣接するビルディングの垂直壁である請求項2に記載の金属ビルディング。
- 前記中空なコアが電気導線を含んでいる請求項3に記載の金属ビルディング。
- 前記中空なコアがコンクリートを含んでいる請求項4に記載の金属ビルディング。
- 前記中空なコアを形成しているパネルが背中合わせに締結手段により組み立てられている請求項5に記載の金属ビルディング。
