【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】 本発明は、脱臼防止両股義足に関する。
【０００２】 更に詳細には、本発明は、現存する義足により得られるものに対して、著しく
高い下肢の可動性が得られるように実現した、上記の種類の義足に関する。
【０００３】 現在市場で入手可能な股義足は、十分な歩行を可能にするものであるが、脱臼
の可能性が高いという特徴がある。
【０００４】 実際に、公知の股義足には著しい欠点があるという特徴がある。
【０００５】 まず、下肢の歩行の可動性が限定され、特に屈曲、内転、伸展が限定されるこ
とに言及しなければならない。
【０００６】 屈曲、すなわち下肢の胴側への屈曲に関する限り、下肢の最大到達可能角度は
９０゜である。
【０００７】 内転、すなわち下肢の後方への屈曲の際には、下肢の最大到達可能角度は１０
゜であり、伸展、すなわち下肢の背面に沿った屈曲の際には、下肢の最大到達可
能角度は、立位の人間の体軸に対して１０゜である。
【０００８】 義足に前記の値を超える応力が掛かると、義足は脱臼するため、病院で緊急に
回復させて脱臼した義足を整復する必要があり、結果として一般に麻酔を受ける
ことが必要となる。
【０００９】 前述の点は全て、脱臼が起こる可能性があるため患者に大きな不安を引き起こ
す。
【００１０】 前述の点を鑑みて、出願人は前記欠点を解決し、主により高い歩行の自由を与
え、脱臼の危険性を著しく減らすことのできる股義足を実現した。
【００１１】 本発明の解決法によって、既に前記したように、下肢の最適な歩行可動性が、
特に屈曲、内転、伸展に関して得られる。
【００１２】 特に、本発明の解決法により、約１２７゜の肢屈曲、５０゜の内転角度、約４
２゜の伸展角度が得られる。
【００１３】 更に、本発明の解決法により、前記の値を超えた場合でも、義足は標準の状態
において、すなわち、睡眠、着席、階段の昇降、睡眠の際などに脱臼することが
なく、結果として患者に対し実用的かつ心理的な利点を与える。

れた寛骨臼と、前記寛骨臼と大腿骨頭の前記球状端部との間に設けられた減摩寛
骨臼カップとを有する、脱臼防止両股義足である。

しくはセラミック材料等の金属材料、または他の抗拒絶性材料から構成される。
【００３０】 軸部２と大腿骨頭４とが埋め込まれると（図２）、好ましくはＡＩＳＩ３１６
Ｌステンレス鋼等の金属材料から構成される止めねじ６により、これらが互いに
ロックする。
【００３１】 符号７は寛骨臼を示し、これは骨盤内にねじによって埋め込まれ、または接着
、固定もしくは他の方法で固定される。寛骨臼７は、チタン合金もしくはＡＩＳ
Ｉ３１６Ｌステンレス鋼等の金属材料、または他の抗拒絶性材料から構成される
。
【００３２】 大腿骨頭４と寛骨臼７との間には、減摩寛骨臼カップ８が設けられ、これは寛
骨臼カップ８のリングによって寛骨臼７内に保持される。寛骨臼カップ８は、Ｆ
．Ｄ．Ａ規則Ｃ．Ｆ．Ｒ．１７７．２４１５およびＵＥ規則９０／１２８／Ｅ．
Ｅ．Ｃ．による非毒性のポリアミド材料、または他の抗拒絶性材料から構成され
る。
【００３３】 更に、脱臼防止密封する寛骨臼カップ８のリング９が設けられる。前記リング
はねじ１０により寛骨臼７に固定される。リング９は、Ｆ．Ｄ．Ａ規則第Ｃ．Ｆ
．Ｒ．１７７．２４１５およびＵＥ規則９０／１２８／Ｅ．Ｅ．Ｃ．による非毒
性のポリアミド材料から構成される。
【００３４】 前記ねじ１０は好ましくはフレア頭ねじであり、好ましくはＡＩＳＩ３１６Ｌ
ステンレス鋼もしくはチタン合金等の金属材料、または他の抗拒絶性材料から構
成される。
【００３５】 図４ａおよび４ｂは、本発明による義足１の屈曲機能により１２７゜の屈曲角
度に到達できることを示している。
【００３６】 図５ａおよび５ｂは、本発明による義足１の屈曲機能により５０゜の内転角度
に到達できることを示している。
【００３７】 図６ａおよび６ｂは、本発明による義足１の屈曲機能により４２゜の伸展角度
に到達できることを示している。
【００３８】 本発明による義足の構造は、前記の歩行値を超えた場合でも、既に述べた標準
の状態で脱臼が起こらないようになっている。
【００３９】 このように、外科的介入を受けた人がより安全な状態を得ることができる。脱
臼が起こらないのは、特に、整形外科医により前もって、例えば患者の体重に応
じて５００ｇ〜１５ｋｇ、またはそれ以上の値に設定された制御抵抗に対抗する
、大腿骨頭４の閉込めリング９があるためである。
【００４０】 しかし、前記の値および応力を超えた場合には、義足を埋め込んだ骨組織の完
全性を保つ必要があるため、脱臼が起こる。
【００４１】 本発明による解決法により、義足１の簡単な「非観血的」整復、すなわち公知
の義足の脱臼の際に行われるような、一般に麻酔を伴う外科的介入なしに行う整
復が可能となる。
【００４２】 本発明による義足の整復は、下肢の延長および内転方向への約３０゜の伸展に
より行われる、専門医の整形外科的介入のみを必要とする。このように、本発明
による義足１が容易に整復されるのは、その先端にある大腿骨頭４が、応力なし
に寛骨臼カップ８内で自由に整復できるような寸法を有するリング状の浅浮彫り
で構成された球状の輪郭を有するからである。
【００４３】 義足の整復後に、機能および安定性が元の状態に対して変更されることはない
。
【００４４】 本発明の義足１により得られる別の顕著な利点は、インプラント介入に関する
ものである。
【００４５】 実際に、本発明の義足（図２）により、大腿骨の上部では、縦円錐台形の縦孔
が実現され、大腿骨頚部分では、大腿骨上部の掘削および分離を行う必要なしに
、円筒形孔が実現される。
【００４６】 本発明を、好適な実施形態により、限定的ではなく例示のために説明したが、
同封の請求の範囲で定義された関連範囲を逸脱することなく、修正および／また
は変更を当業者が導入することができることを理解すべきである。

  1. 【請求項１】 大腿骨内に実現される対応する縦孔内に導入される軸部と、
    大腿骨頚内に実現される対応する孔内に挿入され、前記軸部に結合する大腿骨頭
    とを備え、前記大腿骨頭が、関節球状端部と、骨盤内に埋め込まれた寛骨臼と、
    前記寛骨臼と大腿骨頭の前記球状端部との間に設けられた減摩寛骨臼カップとを
    有することを特徴とする脱臼防止両股義足。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記減摩寛骨臼カップは、寛骨臼内にリングによって保持さ
    れることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の脱臼防止両股義足。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記軸部は、円錐台形の断面を有することを特徴とする、前
    記請求項のうちの一項に記載の脱臼防止両股義足。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記軸部は、チタン合金もしくはＡＩＳＩ３１６Ｌステンレ
    ス鋼等の金属材料、または他の抗拒絶性材料から構成されることを特徴とする、
    前記請求項のうちの一項に記載の脱臼防止両股義足。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記大腿骨頭は、ねじ切りまたは円錐台形結合等により前記
    軸部に結合されることを特徴とする、前記請求項のうちの一項に記載の脱臼防止
