Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an artificial turf pile yarn for a multipurpose ground. 2. Description of the Related Art Pile yarns for artificial turf for multipurpose grounds for sports such as baseball, soccer, tennis, etc.
Pile yarns made of nylon or polyethylene are widely used. Nylon pile yarns have the property of being durable and resistant to sagging.However, due to their high surface friction, they can easily burn due to friction with the pile yarns when sliding, and they have a glossy surface. And shine. On the other hand, pile yarns made of polyethylene have the advantages of low surface friction, fewer burns due to sliding, and a less glossy and more natural turf-like texture because the resin is opaque compared to nylon. However, a drawback is that the resin has no recoverability and is easily set. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has the advantages of both nylon and polyethylene resins, and is a multipurpose ground having characteristics of covering the disadvantages of both resins. To provide pile yarns for artificial turf. [0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a pile yarn for artificial turf for a multipurpose ground according to the present invention is provided.
The composite yarn has a resin composition comprising 70 to 99% by weight of nylon and 1 to 30% by weight of polyethylene as an inner layer and a composite yarn having polyethylene as an outer layer. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
Nylon used in the present invention includes nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 610, nylon 11, nylon 12, and the like. These nylons may be used alone or in combination of two or more. As the polyethylene used in the present invention, high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-alkyl (meth) acrylate copolymer and the like are used. Of these, linear low density polyethylene is preferred. The linear low-density polyethylene includes:
Examples thereof include an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer produced by a high / medium / low pressure method using a Ziegler catalyst and other known methods, and an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer produced using a metallocene catalyst. Among these, an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer produced using a metallocene catalyst is preferred. The mixing ratio of the above resin composition comprising nylon and polyethylene is as follows: 70-99% by weight of nylon;
Polyethylene is in the range of 1 to 30% by weight, preferably nylon is in the range of 80 to 95% by weight and polyethylene is in the range of 5 to 20% by weight. If the amount of polyethylene is less than 1% by weight, the adhesiveness between the inner layer and the outer layer decreases, which is not preferable. If the amount exceeds 30% by weight, the properties of nylon are deteriorated, which is not preferable. The above resin composition may optionally contain a maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene resin. The method of maleic anhydride modification is a method in which a polyethylene resin is graft-polymerized by a known method, and the addition amount of maleic anhydride is preferably 0.01 to 1.0% by weight.
Examples of the polyethylene resin include linear low-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer. Is preferred. The mixing ratio of the maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene resin to the resin composition is as follows.
1 to 50 parts by weight per 0 parts by weight is preferred. In a composition obtained by melt-kneading nylon and polyethylene, both components are originally incompatible and a uniform crystal structure cannot be obtained due to the difference in crystallinity. However, in the present invention, the sea-island structure of both components formed from a composition having a specific compounding ratio has the effect of combining the favorable properties of both resins in order to have an appropriate stress absorption effect between the phases, It is believed that the object of the present invention can be achieved. However, when the maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene is further blended into the resin composition constituting the inner layer, the incompatibility of both components is improved, the adhesion between the inner layer and the outer layer is improved, and the tensile strength and the like are improved. It has further preferable effects such as an increase in the mechanical strength of the steel. The nylon and / or polyethylene used in the present invention may contain an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer, and a light stabilizer within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention depending on the purpose of use.
Antioxidants, lubricants, flame retardants, antistatic agents, inorganic fillers,
Additives such as a crosslinking agent, a foaming agent, and a coloring agent may be blended. The pile yarn for artificial turf used in the present invention comprises a composite yarn having the resin composition as an inner layer and polyethylene as an outer layer. A known technique may be adopted as a method for forming the composite yarn. The composite flat yarn having a multilayer structure is obtained by shredding a three-layer film coextruded by a multilayer T-die method or an inflation method and then longitudinally uniaxially stretching. The split yarn can be obtained by splitting the flat yarn. In addition, the composite monofilament having a core-sheath structure is obtained by vertically uniaxially stretching a composite monofilament obtained by extruding and covering a core layer and a resin layer of a sheath layer on an outer surface thereof from a die in which discharge holes are provided substantially concentrically. Can be. The composite yarn obtained as described above is
The crimping can be performed by a known method such as a heat compression gear method, a knit denit method, a stuffing method, and an air jet method. Although the fineness of the pile yarn for artificial turf of the present invention varies depending on the purpose of artificial turf, it is usually 100 to 2000.
0 denier (hereinafter referred to as d), generally 1000 to 1
0000d. If the fineness is less than 100d, it becomes a carpet shape and it is difficult to obtain the texture of a lawn, and if it exceeds 20000d, an appropriate flocking density cannot be obtained and flexibility is lacking. As described above, the pile yarn for artificial turf for multipurpose grounds of the present invention has a composite yarn comprising a resin composition comprising nylon and polyethylene as an inner layer and an outer layer comprising polyethylene. Is used. Nylon pile yarns have the property of being durable and resistant to sagging.However, due to their high surface friction, they can easily burn due to friction with the pile yarns when sliding, and they have a glossy surface. And shine. On the other hand, pile yarns made of polyethylene have the advantages that the surface friction is small, burns due to sliding are reduced, and the resin is opaque compared to nylon, resulting in less gloss and a more natural texture. However, a drawback is that the resin has no recoverability and is easily set. The present invention has been made in order to provide a pile yarn having the advantages of both nylon and polyethylene resins and covering the defects of both resins, and has excellent compression recovery force, excellent set resistance, and friction. It is a pile yarn for artificial turf that has little abrasion and has an appearance similar to natural lawn.
This artificial turf pile yarn is suitable not only for multipurpose grounds such as baseball fields, soccer fields, and tennis courts, but also for greening parks and gardens, terraces and verandas of various buildings, and decorative uses for exhibitions. Widely used for. EXAMPLES Example 1 Nylon 6 Commercially Available as Nylon
And 94% by weight of a linear low-density polyethylene (MFR = 1.0 g / 10 mi) produced using a metallocene catalyst.
n, density = 0.922 g / cm 3 ) 6 wt% of the resin composition for the inner layer and the linear low-density polyethylene for the outer layer, each of which is melt-extruded by a two-series extruder,
The film was extruded from a three-layer inflation molding die. This film was shredded and stretched 3.8 times to obtain a 5000d artificial grass pile yarn.
This artificial turf pile yarn is planted at a driving density of 5/32 gauge and 8 stitches / inch using a 200 g / m 2 woven cloth as a primary base cloth made of a flat yarn made of a polypropylene flat yarn. A latex material was applied to the back surface of, and bonded to the back material, and dried and solidified to obtain an artificial turf. This artificial turf has excellent compressive recovery and sag resistance, has little abrasion due to friction, and has an appearance similar to a natural lawn, and was suitably used for a multipurpose ground. Example 2: Resin composition 1 used in Example 1
A resin composition prepared by mixing 5 parts by weight of maleic anhydride-modified linear low-density polyethylene (MFR = 4.0 g / 10 min, maleic anhydride addition amount = 0.3% by weight) with respect to 00 parts by weight for the inner layer. The procedure was performed in the same manner as in Example 1 except that This artificial turf has excellent compressive recovery, sag resistance, less friction due to friction, has an appearance similar to a natural lawn, and has excellent mechanical strength such as tensile strength and durability. It was suitably used for a multipurpose ground.
