Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt membrane waterproofing method capable of shortening a construction period, for a fire-resistant and heat-insulating roof floor, which is available in S-type waterproofing roof floor and carried out in a more precise and unitary manner in terms of process control, cost control, and quality control, as compared with conventional methods.
SOLUTION: The method dispenses with concrete placement and laying of floor plates, etc., and therefore hardly requires a curing period. In terms of processes of the method, work sequentially proceeds from deck plate laying to asphalt membrane waterproofing, and therefore drying and curing are not influenced by weather. In terms of costs, the load of asphalt on the roof floor is equal to or less than a half of the load of concrete slabs, ALC slabs, or the like, and therefore load applied to a steel frame body, etc. is reduced, leading to cost reduction. In terms of quality control, the method employs a membrane method which is the characteristics of asphalt membrane waterproofing, and as the entire building exhibits excellent movement, weatherability, durability, etc., a considerably long life can be expected in the structure.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a combination of a deck plate, a fire-resistant wood blanket, an iron plate, a hard urethane foam and an asphalt waterproofing method. The present invention relates to a fire-resistant insulation rooftop asphalt waterproofing method. 2. Description of the Related Art Concrete is cast on a deck plate, and after a base is dried, waterproofing is performed for each method. Or
A fire-resistant wood board iron plate is stuck on a deck plate, a sheet waterproofing or a heat insulating material is stuck, and a coating film waterproofing method is adopted. As a result, there are many accidents due to variations in the construction period and claims for waterproofing, and problems have arisen in terms of cost. [0003] In the case of a construction method in which concrete is cast on a deck plate, the construction period and cost are reduced, such as the weight of the concrete, the curing time of the concrete, the drying time, and the time of refractory coating for fire resistance. In addition, fireproof wooden board iron plate is put on the deck plate, structural movement in the case of sheet waterproofing, or weather resistance problem such as expansion and contraction of the iron plate due to radiant heat in the case of waterproofing the coating film fixed by machine. In consideration of the above, a considerable film thickness must be secured, and there is a problem in cost.
The present invention is a waterproofing method integrated with a base that can solve fire resistance, heat insulation, shortening of construction period, and cost reduction. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The present invention is to fix a fire-resistant wood blanket and an iron plate on a deck plate at the same time.
The asphalt waterproofing lamination method with a rigid urethane foam shaping board is adopted for the various movements of the structure and for the movement of the foundation due to the radiant heat. In particular, for asphalt waterproofing, two layers of modified asphalt-based roofing were applied. As for the parapet top plate, a cast-off shelter was adopted for the iron plate, so that it could cope with strong winds. . [0005] As shown in Fig. 1, the deck plate of the wall-side refractory section and the wooden edge of the wall are filled with rock wool and made of urethane foam 200 m / width in order to increase the security of heat insulation. m spray. As shown in FIG. 2, a refractory wood cement plate and an iron plate are fixed to the convex surface of the deck plate at a rate of 12 pieces / m 2 with stainless steel countersunk screws. The number of screws is calculated based on wind resistance, swelling of an iron plate, and the like. As shown in FIG. 3, a fire-resistant wood blanket / iron plate is also attached to the rising portion, and at the same time, a U-shape discarded shed is attached to the end of the shed to prevent the behavior of the abutting portion with the foreign material. A base that can be used. [0010] As shown in FIG. 4, before attaching the base of the aluminum angled shed, waterproof tape is applied to prevent rainwater due to external capillary action. [0009] After the attachment of the hard urethane board is completed, asphalt exposure waterproofing is performed. The waterproofing method according to the above process is particularly suitable for a large-scale roof such as a warehouse, and is not largely affected by weather or the like. Also, from the viewpoint of the asphalt waterproofing laminating method, the process control and the product quality control can be easily performed systematically. The waterproofing method according to the present invention is excellent in practicality with advantages such as shortening of construction period, lightening of rooftop, cost reduction and reliability of the asphalt waterproofing membrane method.
