Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a border structure on a free access floor, which copes with every border width by employing a single type of bridging panel and a single type of receiving panel.
SOLUTION: The border structure on the free access floor is provided for adjusting and blocking a border portion formed by a standardized floor panel 1 borne by a bearing leg 5 and a wall of a building. The border structure consists of the receiving panel 4 arranged along the wall and the bridging panel 6 laid across a gap between a projection of the bearing leg projected from the floor panel and the receiving panel. According to the border structure, the width of the receiving panel is set to a value equal to a half of the width of the floor panel and a minimum overlap margin to the bridging panel, and the width of the bridging panel is set to a value equal to a half of the width of the floor panel, a margin of the projection of the bearing leg, and the minimum margin. Thus, the border portion is adjustable between a maximum adjusted width corresponding to a state in which the bridging panel overlaps the receiving panel by the minimum overlap margin, and a minimum adjusted width corresponding to a case in which the projection of the bearing leg abuts on the receiving panel.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

2. Description of the Related Art A floor panel of a free access floor has a standardized fixed dimension, and when it is laid, a gap is created between the floor panel and the wall due to the relationship between the floor width and the depth. Derive. Therefore, it is necessary to have a border structure for filling this, and conventionally, a so-called panel cutting method has been performed in which a floor panel is cut according to the border width on site. When the floor panel is cut and used, it is reinforced in order to reduce the strength, or the border part is taken wider than necessary, and two cut panels can be used to make a compromise in terms of strength. The width was secured. In this way, the border width adjustment by cutting involves not only the on-site measurement of dimensions and shapes, but also the problems of environment and resources, construction period, cost, etc. associated with the cutting of a large amount of floor panels, and the inferior border part spreads. Accompanied by a decrease in floor strength.

On the other hand, there has been proposed an adjustment panel in which a slide panel having a support leg formed on the other end side is slidably inserted inside a fixed panel having one end mounted on a support leg for a floor panel (actual flat opening). No. 1-16843). However, although it is stated that fixed panels with two different widths are used or that the basic panel is cut when the width of the border part is narrow, it is possible to adjust the floor height. However, neither the method of fixing the constituent members to each other nor the adjoining same member is disclosed.

In Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 2533892, a height-adjustable support leg for a border is installed near a wall, a mold material is placed on the support leg, and a support leg for the mold material and a floor panel is provided. It is shown that a border panel is mounted between. This one has a floor height adjusting function, and is also referred to as adhering a border panel to a mold material with a double-sided tape, which seems to be an advance over the above-mentioned known technique. However, neither the idea of narrowing the border width, which is problematic, nor the idea of positively reducing the number of members used. It should be noted that both the border panel and the mold member are restricted in the horizontal direction with respect to the supporting legs, but a method of fixing the same members to each other is not disclosed. These lead to the same problems as the former known technique, which is also not sufficient.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Under the above problems, the present invention provides a standardized floor panel supported by supporting legs according to claim 1 between a wall and a room when the standardized floor panel is spread over the room. In the border structure of a free access floor, the border panel to be generated is adjusted by filling it with a receiving panel installed near the wall, a projecting portion of the supporting leg projecting from the floor panel, and a bridging panel spanning the receiving panel. The width of the bridge panel was set to the half width of the floor panel plus the minimum overlap margin to the bridge panel, and the width of the bridge panel was added to the half width of the floor panel plus the protrusion margin and the minimum overlap margin of the supporting legs. By setting the dimensions, the adjustment of the border can be adjusted to the maximum when the bridge panel overlaps the receiving panel with the minimum overlap, and the minimum adjustment when the protruding part of the support leg is butted against the receiving panel. Width The width of the border that was created when the floor panels were spread, or the width of the border that was created when the floor panels were spread with one or two rows left, was distributed to both walls. Each of the border widths at that time is within the adjustment width.

In this case, according to claim 2,
If the receiving panel is supported by the support legs for the border and the receiving panel, the bridging panel and the support legs for the border are integrally connected, the horizontal and vertical movements are restricted, and rattling, rising, and a cliff caused by an earthquake. There is no rise. Specifically, two or more holes for connecting two adjoining receiving panels are provided on the wall side of the long side of the bridging panel, and the corners at both ends on the room center side are almost the same as the floor panel. It has the same fixing step shape and is fixed to the support leg (floor panel support leg) together with the floor panel. Then, on one of the short sides of the receiving panel, two border support legs are attached to the stepped hole provided at the position where the panel receiving pedestal protrudes, prior to laying, and the other one is connected by the bridging panel. It is pressed against the support legs and connected so that it is sandwiched from above and below. The border support leg includes a support leg base, an interference material, a bolt support, a panel receiving pedestal, and a panel retainer. The wall side of the long side of the bridging panel is overlapped with the receiving panel and is connected and fixed with screws or the like. Since the receiving panel is fixed or connected to the support legs for the border, horizontal and vertical movements are restricted, and the bridging panel has both long sides connected and fixed to the supporting legs and the receiving panel. Horizontal and vertical movements are restricted, and there is no rattling, lifting, or rising due to an earthquake.

Further, in this border portion structure, the bridging panel according to claim 3 is arranged so as to straddle the receiving panel, and the floor panel and the supporting leg, and the receiving panel, the bridging panel and the supporting leg for the border are integrated vertically and horizontally. If it is connected and placed on the floor slab in a laid state, the long side of the bridge panel is set to the same size as the floor panel, so that the floor panel and the vertical and horizontal sides can be laid together. However, the long side of the receiving panel is set to an integral multiple of the floor panel dimension, and the short sides of the receiving panel and the bridging panel are laid out so that the bridging panels straddle the joints of the adjacent receiving panels. If it is fixed on both sides, all the members will be completely connected and fixed to prevent lifting, so it is not necessary to fix the support legs and border support legs on the floor slab. Since the legs and the support legs for borders are placed in a state of being displaced from each other, when the receiving panel and the bridging panel are narrowed to the minimum width, the support legs for the floor panel interfere with the support legs for the border. I don't have to worry.

In particular, the receiving panel according to the fourth aspect is fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction, one end is fastened and fixed to the support leg for border, and the other end is fixed to the support leg for bridge and the bridging panel. If it is to be fixed by sandwiching it from above and below, if one end side is fixed in advance before laying, the other end side will be placed on the support legs for the border, You can save time. According to this, since one of the short sides of the receiving panel can be bent free of the support legs for the border, it is possible to bend the street of the receiving panel along the wall surface. You can match the swell of the wall one by one,
Better fit on the wall.

The receiving panel 4 is a rectangular plate made of an inorganic board or the like, and both ends of its short sides are supported by the support legs 3 for borders. In this case, the upper surface of the support leg 3 for a border is formed on a flat panel pedestal seat 3a having a screw hole formed by fixing a nut 3b in a central recess, and is formed on one of the short sides of the receiving panel 4. Has a stepped hole portion 4a into which the above-mentioned panel retainer 7 can be inserted and pressed and fixed. The border support legs 3 of this example are obtained by removing the shift preventing projections 5f of the support legs 5, and are used for both to reduce the cost.

FIG. 4 shows the receiving panel 4 and the support legs 3 for the border.
It is a plan view showing the relationship with, but the stepped hole portion 4a of the receiving panel 4 is aligned with the center of the border support leg 3 and lowered onto the panel pedestal seat 3a, and the panel retainer 7 is inserted from the stepped hole portion 4a. When the bolts 3c are screwed into the tips of the central bolt columns 3c, the receiving panel 4 is fixed with respect to the support legs 3 for borders with its horizontal and vertical movements restricted. At this time, in the panel pedestal 3a, a portion corresponding to about one-third of the outer diameter dimension projects from the short side of the receiving panel 4 to the adjacent receiving panel 4 (not shown), and the adjacent receiving pedestal 3a. The panel 4 can be supported here. In addition to this, two support legs 3 for a border of this example are arranged side by side in the width direction of the border portion.

FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a case where the receiving panel 4 is spread along the wall 2 by the above supporting method. The other short side of the receiving panel 4 is free and the support legs 3 for borders are provided.
Since the positions of the receiving panels 4 adjacent to each other are not regulated by placing them on the floor, the border support legs 3 should be installed on the floor slab 8 in a state where the joint portion with the adjacent receiving panel 4 is bent. You can Therefore, even if the wall 2 has undulations, it is possible to make one receiving panel unit along the wall. At this time, the short side of the receiving panel 4 and the bridging panel 6
If the positions of the short sides of the bridges are offset from each other in the longitudinal direction, the bridging panels 6 are laid across the receiving panels 4 adjacent to each other, and the bridging panels 6 are not fixed to the support legs 3 for borders. The short side of the panel 4 can be clamped to prevent it from being lifted or displaced.

The dimensions of the long sides of the bridging panel 6 are the same as those of the floor panel 1 because both ends of the long sides are fixed to the support legs 5 by the panel retainers 7, and the sides in the same direction are aligned. It is preferable to lay it because the joints pass through it. On the other hand, the dimension of the long side of the receiving panel 4 is not particularly limited, but the floor panel 1
When laying the bridge panel 6 and the bridging panel 6 so that the positions of the short sides thereof are displaced in the direction along the wall 2, it is preferable to make the length the same as the floor panel 1 or the bridging panel 6 or an integral multiple of the length.
In this case, if the dimension of the long side becomes extremely long, the length along the wall 2 becomes poor. Therefore, it is preferable that the length is the same as the floor panel 1 or about twice or three times as long.

Next, the case of filling the border portion using the above elements will be described. The border support legs 3 are provided in the two stepped holes 4a provided on one side of the short side of the receiving panel 4.
When the panel support 7 is inserted from the step hole 4a and screwed into the bolt support column 3c, the receiving panel 4 and the border support leg 3 are fixed. This assembling and fixing is made in advance, and the short side of the next receiving panel 4 on which the support leg 3 for the border is not fixed is fixed to the panel pedestal 3a protruding from the short side of the already installed receiving panel 4. And place it on. By laying the receiving panels 4 sequentially in this manner, it is possible to greatly reduce the on-site construction period.

At this time, the floor slab 8 is uneven,
If the height of the floor panel 1 is not uniform, the height of the panel pedestal 3a is changed by the tool 9, and if the wall 2 has undulations, it is possible to bend at the joint of the receiving panel 4 as described above. As I did. It is necessary to cut the receiving panel 4 to be laid lastly in accordance with the size of the room. As shown in FIG. 2, when laying one end side of the floor panel 1 against the wall 2 while pushing it one side, the receiving panel to be laid first is The panel 4 is cut into about half lengths (when the length of the long side is the same as that of the floor panel 1) so that the panel 4 can be laid at a position displaced from the floor panel 1. At that time, the short side where the stepped hole portion 4a is not formed is separately supported by the support leg 3 for border.

When the above work is completed, the bridging panel 6 is hung over the floor panel support leg 5 and the receiving panel 4 this time. For this purpose, the notches 6b formed on the lower surfaces of both ends of the panel receiving portion 6a on one of the long sides of the bridge panel 6 are applied to the shift preventing projections 5f of the support legs 5, and the step portion 6c formed on the upper surface is prevented from shifting. The bridging panel 6 is fixed to the support leg 5 when it is fitted into the concave portion 5g provided in the protrusion 5f and is screwed into the tip of the bolt strut 5c with the panel pressing member 7. Since the notch 6b and the shift-preventing protrusion 5f are provided in this manner, the positioning work of the bridging panel 6 is very easy.

On the other hand, the long side of the bridge panel 6 on the wall 2 side is
Since it is placed on the receiving panel 4, the receiving panel 4 is screwed through the screw holes 6d formed in the bridging panel 6 through the screws 10 into the receiving panel 4 existing therebelow.
At the same time, two adjacent receiving panels 4 on which the bridging panel 6 straddles are connected and fixed. At this time, the receiving panel 4 is lowered from the floor panel 1 by the thickness of the bridge panel 6 so that the bridge panel 6 becomes horizontal. Further, since a step corresponding to the plate thickness of the bridge panel 6 is formed between the bridge panel 6 and the wall 2, it is preferable to fill this step with an end plate 11 such as a resin plate having the same thickness as the bridge panel 6. At this time, since the end plate 11 may be lifted only by placing it, it is fixed with an adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape or the like. Furthermore, since the width of this step differs depending on the border width, the end plate 11 is cut according to this width, but before the bridging panel 6 is laid, the end plate 11 in the uncut state is laid and If the bridging panel 6 is applied to and cut instead of a ruler, the labor of measurement can be saved.

As described above, in the case of the construction method in which the entire floor panel 1 is fixed by the support legs 5, according to the present invention, the border members are firmly connected and fixed, and the bridging panel 6 is connected and fixed to the floor panel 1. Since the entire floor is integrated with each other, the supporting leg bases 3d and 5d of the supporting legs 3 and 5 are formed.
If a cushioning material is mounted on the floor slab to prevent rattling, it is possible to simply lay the support legs 3 and 5 on the floor slab 8 without adhering them. In this case, even if it is necessary to remove the supporting legs 3 and 5 due to the remodeling of the building or the like, the products such as the supporting legs 3 and 5 and the floor slab 8 are not damaged. Therefore, the present invention is also suitable for remodeling. is there.

By the way, in the present invention, the widths (lengths of short sides) of the receiving panel 4 and the bridging panel 6 are determined according to the following criteria, and one type of each has a border width of all dimensions. I am able to deal with it. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the case where the width of the border structure is maximized. Basically, the width of the border structure is bridged with the receiving panel 4 which is two members each having a width half of the floor panel 1. Panel 6
This is based on the fact that the receiving panel 4 and the bridging panel 6 are installed in a state of being spread to the maximum extent. At this time, the bridging panel 6 separates half of the width S of the floor panel 1 from the wall 2 to serve as an adjusting member. In this, the bridging panel 6 has to overlap with the receiving panel 4, so the minimum The required minimum polymerization margin is β, and the width of the receiving panel 4 is set to β + S / 2.

FIG. 7 is a sectional view when the width of the border portion structure is minimized. The bridge panel 6 is moved S / 2 from the state of FIG. 6 to the wall 2 side, and the receiving panel 4 and the bridge panel 6 are moved. Is installed in a state where it is narrowed to the maximum in the width direction. At this time, the receiving panel 4 is butted against the shift preventing protrusion 5f of the support leg 5, and the bridge panel 6
Since there is a protrusion margin α of the support leg 5 on the floor panel 1 side of the receiving panel 4 that cannot be overlapped with each other, this is added to the width of the receiving panel 4 to set the width of the bridging panel 6 to α + β + S / 2. From this, the maximum adjustment width of one set of the border structure is that the bridging panel 6 is superposed on the receiving panel 4 at the minimum superposition margin, that is, the width of the bridging panel 6 is added to the width of the receiving panel 4. (Α + β + S / 2) + (β + S / 2) −β = α + β
+ S, and the minimum adjustment width is the protrusion 5
The state in which f (protruding portion) and the receiving panel 4 are butted against each other, that is, the width of the bridging panel 6 is α + β + S / 2. Therefore, the adjustment width that can be compensated is obtained by subtracting the minimum width from the maximum width (α + β + S) − (α + β + S /
2) = S / 2. By the way, S is 500 mm and α is 20
If mm and β are 20 mm, the minimum is 290 mm
To a maximum of 540 mm and can be adjusted over a range of 250 mm.

Therefore, consider a case where the border width W derived when the floor panel 1 is laid takes various values. (1) When α + β + S / 2 ≦ W <S In FIG. 8, the width or the total depth of the floor surface is L, and the remainder when the floor panel 1 having the width of S is laid is W, that is, , L is a remainder theoretical border width when divided by S (a border width calculated, the same applies hereinafter) is W, and is an allocation diagram when this W is α + β + S / 2 ≦ W <S. . In the above example, α + β + S / 2 is 29
Since 0 mm and S are 500 mm, W is in the range of 290 mm or more and less than 500 mm, that is, 290 mm ≦ W <50.
If it is 0 mm, the maximum adjustment width of the border structure is 5
Since it fits within the adjustment width of 40 mm and the minimum adjustment width of 290 mm, if this set of border structure is allocated only to the wall 2 on one side of the floor where the border width is derived, the border will be filled. To be In this case, in the floor panel 1 on the other wall 2, the support leg 5 is displaced inward so that the end face of the floor panel 1 is in contact with the wall 2 (the state on the left side of FIG. 2).

(2) When 2 (α + β) ≦ W <α + β + S / 2 FIG. 9 shows that the theoretical border width W is smaller than the minimum adjustment width in the case of (1) above, 2 (α + β) ≦ W <α + β + S / Two
(In the above example, it is an allocation diagram corresponding to the case of 80 mm ≦ W <290 mm). In this case, both walls 2 are bordered portions, and one floor panel 1 ( (One row) The width of each border on both walls 2 that is extracted and added to S by W is made larger than the minimum adjustment width α + β + S / 2 (290 mm in the above example) of the border part structure, One set of the border structure is used for each, and a total of two sets are used to fill two opposite walls. In this way, by removing one floor panel 1, the border width on one side increases by S / 2 (250 mm) and fits within the maximum adjustment width (540 mm). Good. In this way, when allocating the border width to both sides of the wall 2, the floor panel 1 on both sides of the wall 2
The support legs 5 for supporting the respective may be brought to the proper positions.

However, the border width on one side adjusted by this adjusting method is α + β which is the minimum adjustment width of the border structure.
In the case of + S / 2 (290 mm) or less, this method cannot be used. Theoretical border width W that can be adjusted with this adjustment method

(3) When W <2 (α + β) FIG. 10 shows that the theoretical border width W is smaller than the minimum width dimension in the case of (2) above, W <2 (α + β) (the above example is applicable. It is an allocation diagram corresponding to the case of W <80 mm, for example, and the borders are on both sides of the wall 2 as described above. In this case, pull out two floor panels 1 (two rows),
When the width 2S for two floor panels 1 is added to the theoretical border width W and the border portions on both sides are equally divided, the border width on one side (W + 2S) / 2 is 2 (α +
Since it is smaller than β), α + β + S (5
It is smaller than 40 mm (however, S (500

Since it comes within the range of + β + S (540 mm), it is convenient to use two sets and allocate one set to each of the two walls.

By doing so, it becomes possible to cope with all border widths by the receiving panel 4 and the bridging panel 6 of each type. That is, the above (1)
(2) α + β + S, which is the boundary of the allocation method of (3)
If the theoretical border width W of the remainder obtained by dividing the width length or the depth length L of the floor surface by the width dimension S of the floor panel 1 is calculated while obtaining the values of / 2 and 2 (α + β), which allocation method above is applied It's easy and it's almost effortless because you'll know if you can. In this respect, the fact that the floor panel 1 is pulled out in one or two rows in the above means that the floor panel 1 is laid and one row or two rows are left under the calculation, rather than the work of actually pulling out after laying. Needless to say.

That is, when the receiving panel 4 and the bridging panel 6 are installed in a state where the receiving panel 4 and the bridging panel 6 are narrowed to the maximum in the width direction, the receiving panel 4 in the above-described embodiment prevents the shift protrusion 5f of the supporting leg 5 from slipping. At the end, bridge panel 6 and receiving panel 4
Although the panels 4 and 6 have a protrusion margin α between the sides on the floor panel 1 side that cannot overlap, in this example, as shown in FIG. The receiving panel 4 is housed in the escape portion 4b, and the receiving panel 4 can be installed at a position where it abuts against the standing wall portion of the panel receiving portion 6a of the bridge panel 6. For this reason, the receiving panel 4 is set to have a thickness that allows the receiving panel 4 to be inserted into the panel receiving portion 6a of the bridge panel 6.
It is also possible to provide a stepped portion on the lower surface of the above so as to have a thickness such that only the tip can be inserted.

In this way, the protrusion margin α can be reduced to about the thickness of the bridging panel 6, while the overlap margin β does not change when the same S / 2 adjustment range as in the previous embodiment is secured. The width of the bridging panel 6 can be set shorter by the amount that the protrusion margin α is shorter. Specifically, if the plate thickness of the bridging panel 6 is 2 to 3 mm, it is sufficient in terms of strength. Therefore, the protrusion margin α can be shortened by about 30 mm as compared with the previous embodiment, and the same plate thickness makes it difficult to bend. A superior border structure can be provided.

As described above, according to the border portion structure of the present invention, by making the receiving panel and the bridging panel have specific width dimensions, both panels are of one type and can be applied to all border widths. It is possible to provide a border portion structure having excellent strength. Also, attach the border support leg to one of the long sides of the receiving panel, and place the flat short side without the border support leg of the next receiving panel on the panel receiving base protruding from the side part. Once installed, the construction time can be greatly reduced, and it is fixed to the border support legs along the swell of the wall.
If the bridging panel is fixed to the support leg and the receiving panel, horizontal and vertical movements are restricted, and there is no rattling, rising or rising, and the entire floor is integrated, If a cushioning material is attached to the support leg base of each support leg to prevent rattling, the support legs can be simply laid on the floor slab. In this way, the existing support legs and floor slab are not damaged, so the present invention is suitable not only for new construction but also for renovation and renovation of buildings.
