The present invention relates to a molded article such as a cushioning material and a partition material. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a container for food or the like, a thin plastic film or the like is completely adhered to a thick paper sheet to form a laminated sheet, and the laminated sheet is pressed. In addition, a laminated sheet molded article formed in a tray shape is used. [0003] However, the above-mentioned molded article cannot be recycled because the base material and the covering material cannot be separated at the time of disposal, and cannot be disposed of by incineration or landfill. There is a problem that must be done. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated sheet molded article that can easily separate a base material and a coating material, and can be recycled. [0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises laminating a thin sheet as a covering material on a base material composed of a thick paper sheet, and pressing the laminated sheet to form the laminated sheet. In the formed laminated sheet molded body, the coating material enters into the wrinkles of the base material generated inside the curved portion during pressing. As described above, when the coating material is inserted into the wrinkles of the base material inside the curved portion, the base material and the coating material can be integrated without bonding, and these can be easily separated. Therefore, the paper base material can be recycled. A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. As shown in FIG. 1, this molded product is a container used for home delivery of pizza, and as shown in FIG.
The laminated sheet in which the covering material 2 is stacked on the
The lid 4 is formed in a tray shape having a flange 6 around the pressing wall 5, and a lock piece 7 and a lock hole 8 are formed in these flanges 6. Here, as the base material 1 of the laminated sheet, a thick paper sheet such as a cardboard having relatively high rigidity is used.
As the coating material 2, a thin sheet such as a nonwoven fabric, a plastic film, or a metal foil is used. The base material 1 and the coating material 2 may be simply overlapped, or may be lightly adhered. When such a laminated sheet is pressed between the lower mold L and the upper mold U as shown in FIG. 3, the base material 1 is formed inside the curved portion as shown in FIG. The coating material 2 enters the wrinkles 9 of the base material, and the base material 1 and the coating material 2 are integrated without bonding. For this reason, even if a large number of the bodies 3 and the lids 4 are stacked and stored, and the sheets are taken out one by one at the time of use, the base material 1 and the covering material 2 do not peel off, and the pizza packaging operation can be performed efficiently Can do well. As shown in FIG. 1, when the pizza is stored in the body 3 and the lid 4 is put on the body 3, the base material 1 is protected from oil and water vapor by the covering material 2, As in the case where the laminated sheet is pressed, the coating material 2 does not crack at the curved portion, so that seepage of oil or the like at the curved portion is also prevented. On the other hand, when the container is discarded, for example, the body 3 can be easily separated from the base material 1 and the coating material 2 as shown in FIG. Only the coated material 2 is discharged to refuse to be treated by incineration or the like, and the paper substrate 1 can be recycled without contamination. Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 6, this molded article is a cushioning material used when packing a jelly or water canister cup C in a box, and is formed by pressing a laminated sheet in which a coating material 22 is superimposed on a base material 21. Thus, a plurality of recesses 23 corresponding to the cup C are formed. In manufacturing the cushioning material, first, a corrugated cardboard sheet serving as the base material 21 is punched out to form a blank as shown in FIG. In this blank, the top plate 2
The leg plate 25 is continuously provided on each side of the peripheral edge of 4, and four bent pieces 26 are formed by making discontinuous linear cuts in each of the portions forming the upper surface plate 24. Next, a thin sheet such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, or a decorative paper is laminated as a coating material 22 on the base material 21. At this time, in the portion of the leg plate 25 that is bent downward,
It is preferable that the base material 21 and the coating material 22 are lightly adhered to each other with an adhesive. When the laminated sheet is pressed between the lower mold L and the upper mold U as shown in FIG. 8, the bent piece 26 is bent downward to form the concave portion 23, and As shown in FIG. 9, the tip of the bent piece 26 is curved, and the coating material 22 enters the wrinkles 27 of the base material 21, so that the base material 21 and the coating material 22 are integrated without bonding. When a cup C of a product is wrapped with such a cushioning material, the base material 21 is not directly exposed and the coating material 22 is integrated with the base material 21. Packaging can be easily performed. When discarding the cushioning material, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 0, the base material 21 and the coating material 22 can be easily separated, so that only the coating material 22 is disposed of as garbage that is subjected to a treatment such as incineration, and the paper base material 21 is recycled. Can be put out. As described above, when the covering material 22 straddles the plurality of recesses 23 during the press working for simultaneously forming the plurality of recesses 23, the material of the covering material 22 has large elasticity. If no material is used, the coating material 2
2 may be torn. However, when the covering material 22 is divided for each of the recesses 23, the covering material 22
Since the tensile force acting on the paper is small, decorative paper or the like which is relatively easily broken can be used. As described above, in the laminated sheet molded article according to the present invention, the coating material is inserted into the wrinkles of the base material inside the curved portion formed by the press. The material and the covering material can be integrated without bonding, and these can be easily separated and recycled for effective utilization of resources.
