し領域へ釜内の食品を排出させる釜の転倒装置であっ
て、 釜の両側部の外側に配置される上下回動可能なアーム
と、 該アームの先端部に回動可能に取付けられ、釜の両側部
に取外し可能に取付けられる着脱手段と、 該アームに取付けられ、該着脱手段の回動状態を制御可
能な駆動手段と、を有し、 該アームが所定角度に上動するまで該駆動手段を駆動さ
せて釜をほぼ水平状態に維持し、該アームが所定角度を
超えて上動したとき該駆動手段を駆動させて釜が転倒す
るように、該アームの駆動と該駆動手段の駆動とが連係
されている釜の転倒装置。
