<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and sure method for baking art clay silver or art clay gold and an appliance for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder (2) provided with an air port is placed on a tray (1) and further a cylinder (3) is placed thereon. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for firing silver clay, gold clay and the like, and an apparatus therefor.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been an electric furnace, a method of baking in a microwave oven, a method of directly applying a gas burner, and a device of hanging in a container and heating from below.

These have the following drawbacks. Since the electric furnace is expensive, it was difficult for beginners to get started easily. In the firing method using a microwave oven, it is difficult to adjust the energization time, and those using a combustible material as the core cannot be burned. The method of directly applying the gas burner is difficult to bake uniformly. It is difficult to raise the temperature to the required temperature by suspending it in a container and heating it from below. The present invention has been made to solve the above drawbacks.
