2. Description of the Related Art Products that are provided to consumers in a state where various contents are housed in hollow containers are generally of various types as hollow containers in order to attract the consumer's attention.
Opaque containers with various colors are used, so even if the consumer wants to confirm the shape and color of the contents, the presence of contents, etc. when necessary, something other than a transparent container is used. Since it is very difficult to check, it is often inconvenient to use. As a hollow container capable of confirming the contents of the container by eliminating such inconvenience, containers such as those described in JP-A-9-301388 and JP-A-2001-287720 have been proposed. ing.

In order to form a hollow container whose contents can be confirmed with a structure as shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-301388, a thermoplastic resin forming a transparent portion and a thermoplastic resin forming an opaque portion are formed. A molding apparatus for coextrusion molding is required, and the same as in JP 2001-287A.
In the invention as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 720, after forming a part forming an opaque container body and a part forming a transparent display window as separate bodies, both parts are integrated and then formed into a hollow container. However, since there is a risk that a gap will be created between the joints of both members and the contents may leak, it is difficult to reduce the manufacturing cost of each of these hollow containers. There is a point.

In addition, various conventionally used containers are provided with various patterns and decorations on the surface thereof to attract the eyes of consumers, and indications of quality of contents and cautionary notes are described. It is often used that various display bodies such as labels are attached. In such a hollow container provided with various display bodies, the display body serves as a light shield and can prevent deterioration such as discoloration or deterioration of the contents to some extent, and thus is transparent or translucent. The container in which the container body is formed by using the above synthetic resin and the display body is adhered to store the contents is not likely to deteriorate the contents extremely.

For this reason, the display body 23 to be attached to the surface of the container body formed of transparent or translucent synthetic resin is attached to the joint end 23a with a slight gap. By wearing it, as shown in Figure 4,
A hollow container 21 having a structure in which a slit-shaped transparent wall surface 22a is provided in a body wall portion 22 of the container is used so that the contents contained in the container can be visually observed from the outside. In order to form the hollow container 21 having such a structure, as shown in FIG. 5, a display body 23 having a shape suitable for sticking to the surface of the container body is formed in an expanded state. The synthetic resin is set by setting it in the outer mold 25a of the injection mold 25 and closing the mold, and then injecting and injecting the molten resin 28 from the injection molding machine 27 through the injection runner 26 provided in the inner mold 25b. On the surface of the plastic container 2
3 is in-molded to form the adhered hollow container 21.

The container 21 molded in this way can be manufactured at a lower cost than a container with a window having the above-mentioned structure, but the slit-shaped transparent body wall 22a. The display body 23 must be attached to the entire surface of the container body except for the part, and the container body must be made of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin, so that it is colored in another color. There is a restriction that it cannot be molded using resin. Therefore, the container body can be formed of synthetic resin colored in various colors, and various indications can be made only on necessary portions.
In addition, it is desired to provide a hollow container that allows the contents in the container to be easily visually confirmed from the outside and that can be manufactured easily at low cost.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention uses a transparent synthetic resin film, which also serves as a cover for protecting and strengthening the label of the contents and the usage of the container and the body wall of the container, by injection molding. Mount and fix in the mold and close the mold. Subsequently, the pressing rod slidably provided on the outer mold is advanced, and the transparent synthetic resin film is pressed against the inner core surface of the inner mold by the tip of the rod so that the film is melted by the injection molding machine. The colored synthetic resin is injected into an injection molding die. The molten resin injected into the injection mold flows from the runner into the cavity of the mold and fills the entire cavity while filling the space between the core surface of the inner mold and the resin film surface. The resin film is molded into a predetermined shape, and at the same time, the resin film is molded into an in-molded hollow container.

By cooling the hollow container molded in this way and taking it out from the molding die, the transparent resin film is pressed against the core surface by the tip of the pressing rod to form a transparent viewing window. A hollow container can be obtained. The hollow container molded in this way becomes a product after being filled with the inside of the container after the opening is sealed and then packaged. What kind of contents are contained in such a product? It is possible to easily check the color and the amount of what color is contained in the transparent viewing window without opening.

In the above-mentioned embodiments, the transparent resin film 3 has a size such that it can be in-molded on the entire outer peripheral surface of the body wall 2 of the container, but the present invention is limited to such a material. However, a resin film having an appropriate size that covers the portion where the transparent window 4 is provided and the vicinity thereof is partially in-molded or insert-molded on the body wall portion 2 of the container. It is also possible to form a transparent window by using the transparent resin film 3, and it is preferable that the transparent resin film 3 is made of a resin having a mutual melting property with the resin forming the container body.

According to the present invention, a transparent resin film is provided by in-molding or insert-molding on the container body in order to provide the transparent window part on a part of the body wall of the hollow container as described above. Therefore, it is possible to easily provide a transparent window also in a colored container in which the main body of the hollow container is molded with various colored synthetic resins or in a container molded with a foaming resin. Further, the above-mentioned embodiment was a cup-shaped deep-bottom cylindrical container as a hollow container, but the present invention is not limited to such a container,
Even in the case of a hollow container having a bottle shape or another shape, a transparent window can be easily provided on the body wall portion.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The windowed container of the present invention is such that a part of a transparent resin film mounted and fixed in an injection molding die or a transparent part of an adhered body such as a label made of a resin film is used as a pressing rod. A thermoplastic synthetic resin is injection-molded in a state of being pressed and closely adhered to the core surface of the molding die by, and the resin film is in-molded to be molded into a predetermined shape, thereby forming a part of the wall of the hollow container. Since the transparent barrel wall is formed in the portion, the transparent window portion can be easily formed as compared with the conventional one, so that the manufacturing cost of the container can be reduced. Further, in order to form the container of the present invention, since the resin film to be in-molded only needs to have a transparent viewing window portion, it is possible to easily provide a transparent window portion even in a colored container, Further, the molded container is reinforced with the resin film.
