Description

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a lid and a container body.

A thick injection molding method using a transparent resin is often used in order to give a resinous cosmetic container that does not break like a glass bottle even when dropped to give a solid feeling and a high-class feeling like a glass bottle. However, the shape of the container that can be handled by injection molding is generally such that the inner diameter of the opening of the container is equal to the inner diameter of the body. In order to make a so-called bottle-shaped thick-walled resin container whose inner diameter of the container opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the body, a blow molding method must be used, but the thickness that can maintain a beautiful shape without distortion by the blow molding method is 2 mm. The degree was the limit.

On the other hand, a container body portion having a sufficient thickness exceeding 2 mm by injection molding and a container neck portion including the opening are separately formed and connected to form a stable shape, and the inner diameter of the container opening is the body. A thick container smaller than the inner diameter of the part can be obtained.

Resin welding such as ultrasonic welding, spin welding, laser welding, injection welding, etc. is possible as a means to securely connect the container body and the container neck so that the contents such as liquid do not leak from the connecting part and the appearance is beautiful. The law can be considered. Among these, ultrasonic welding, spin welding, and laser welding are extremely difficult to detect when an unwelded portion is rarely generated. In addition, for example, when the container is dropped from the neck, an excessive weight is applied to the neck in a thick-walled container filled with the contents, so that the connecting part may be disconnected. On the other hand, the case where the welding is incomplete by the injection welding method is, for example, a case where the welding resin becomes a short shot, which can be easily detected by measuring the weight of the molded product. Further, if the container body portion and the neck portion are welded with a separate member, the connecting portion can be reinforced, so that higher durability than other welding methods can be ensured.

A method of connecting two members by an injection welding method using another member is already known from Patent Document 1.

特開2002−59454JP 2002-59454 A

However, in a method in which two resin members are connected to form a space inside and another member is injected and welded from the side surface as in Patent Document 1, two sufficient welding forces are obtained by the molding pressure of the other member. There is a problem that can not be.

That is, the object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic material with a durable and beautiful appearance that has an inner diameter of the opening smaller than the inner diameter of the body portion like a blow bottle, is thick like a glass bottle, and is strong against impacts such as dropping. To provide a container.

A first configuration of a cosmetic container according to the present invention for achieving the above object is a cosmetic container having a container body into which the cosmetic is placed, and a lid that covers an extraction opening of the container body, The container body has a neck member serving as an extraction port for cosmetics and an opening for connecting the neck member, and the upper end of the side wall forming the opening is 2 mm or more at the thickest portion, A trunk member having a minimum inner diameter of the opening larger than a maximum inner diameter of the neck member and a connecting member for connecting the two members, and the neck member is inserted into the upper end portion of the trunk member An insertion groove, and a body convex portion protruding in a direction standing from the side wall of the body member is formed on a periphery of the insertion groove, and when the body member is fitted into the body member, A neck protrusion is formed to be adjacent to the body member. Wherein the neck member, characterized in that it is welded and fixed by the connecting member molten resin is formed by injection the upper end portion of the body member across the neck protrusion and the body protrusion.

The second configuration of the cosmetic container is that the welding height of the connecting member that covers the trunk convex part and the neck convex part by injection welding is 1.5 times or more the height of the trunk convex part even at the lowest point. And the width of the connecting member covering the trunk convex part and the neck convex part is at least 1.5 times the sum of the widths of the trunk convex part and the neck convex part even at the minimum position.

According to a third configuration of the cosmetic container, the welding height of the connecting member that covers the trunk convex part and the neck convex part by injection welding is 1.5 times or more the width of the trunk convex part even at the lowest position. The width of the connecting member covering the trunk convex part and the neck convex part is at least 1.5 times the sum of the widths of the trunk convex part and the neck convex part even at the minimum position.

By having the above configuration, the makeup with a durable and beautiful appearance that the opening inner diameter is smaller than the body inner diameter like a blow bottle, thick like a glass bottle, and strong against impacts such as dropping, etc. A material container can be provided.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

[First Embodiment]
(Composition of cosmetic container)
The structure of the cosmetic container 1 is demonstrated using FIG.1 and FIG.2. 1A and 1B are explanatory views of the body member 11 and the neck member 12 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 1A is a top view and a sectional view of the body member, and FIG. 1B is a top view and a sectional view of the neck member. 2A and 2B are explanatory views of the container body 10 according to the first embodiment, wherein FIG. 2A is a top view and a cross-sectional view of the container body when the body member and the neck member are welded, and FIG. 2B is a shoulder portion of the container body. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion surrounded by a circle in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cosmetic container 1 includes a container body 10 integrally formed by assembling a neck member 12 to a body member 11, and an extraction opening of the neck member 12 attached to the neck member 12. And a lid 20 covering 12a. Hereinafter, each part will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the body member 11 includes a container interior 11a for containing cosmetics, an insertion groove 11b formed in the upper end portion of the body member for inserting the lower peripheral edge of the neck member 12, and an insertion. And a trunk convex portion 11c that protrudes in a direction standing from the side wall of the trunk member side surface at the periphery of the groove 11b. The body member 11 is a thick resin member. By making the body member thick, it becomes a glass-like container having a high-class feeling due to texture and light refraction. Thick resin members are durable and are not easily broken like real glass. For this reason, it is preferable as a container. In addition, the thickness of the trunk | drum member 11 of this embodiment is super-thickening by multiple molding of resin injection.

The body member 11 is formed with a portion (opening portion 11d) for connecting the neck member 12 as described above. The thickness W1 of the upper end portion of the side wall forming the opening portion 11d is 2 mm or more at the thickest portion. is there. Further, the minimum inner diameter D1 of the opening 11d is configured to be larger than the maximum inner diameter D2 of the extraction opening 12a of the neck member 12.

As shown in FIG.1 (b), the neck member 12 used as the extraction port of cosmetics is stood up from the extraction opening 12a which extracts cosmetics, the peripheral part 12b inserted in the insertion groove | channel 11b, and the peripheral part 12b. It has the neck convex part 12c formed.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the container body 10 is configured by welding and fixing a body member 11 and a neck member 12 by a connecting member 30. Next, details of the connection by the connecting member 30 for connecting the two members (the body member 11 and the neck member 12) will be described with reference to an enlarged view.

As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2B, the peripheral edge portion 12 b of the neck member 12 is fitted and fixed in the fitting groove 11 b of the body member 11. In a state where the neck member 12 is fitted to the body member 11, the body convex portion 11 c of the body member 11 and the neck convex portion 12 c of the neck member 12 are in contact with each other. The connecting member 30 is welded and fixed in a U-shape so as to straddle the adjacent body convex portion 11c and neck convex portion 12c. By having the fitting groove 11b, it is possible to receive a filling pressure at the time of injection molding (although not shown, the gate can be positioned in the side surface direction or the like).

As described above, when the connecting member 30 is formed across the trunk convex portion 11c and the neck convex portion 12c, the connecting member 30 is the trunk member as compared with the case where the injection resin is injected and welded to the plane as in the prior art. The surface area welded to 11 and the neck member 12 is increased. For this reason, even if it is a thick resin-made member, it couple | bonds together reliably in the state which has sufficient airtightness. Therefore, the thick and hermetic cosmetic container 1 can be obtained.

Next, the relationship between the size of the trunk convex portion 11c and the neck convex portion 12c and the connecting member 30 will be described. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B, the width A of the neck convex portion 12c, the welding width B covering the side surface of the neck convex portion 12c, the width C of the trunk convex portion 11c, and the side surface of the trunk convex portion 11c. Assuming that the welding width E, the welding height E of the connecting member 30 covering the upper surfaces of the body convex portion 11c and the neck convex portion 12c, the welding width B, the welding width D, and the welding height E are the width A or the width, respectively. It is 1 to 3 times C. Thus, welding is more reliably performed by determining the welding width and the welding height at a ratio within a predetermined range on the basis of the width of the trunk convex portion 11c or the neck convex portion 12c.

(Manufacturing method of cosmetic container)
A method for manufacturing the cosmetic container 1 will be described with reference to FIG. Drawing 3 is an explanatory view of the manufacturing method of container main part 10 of a 1st embodiment. The manufacturing method of the present embodiment is insert molding in which a molten resin is injected after the body member 11 and the neck member 12 are inserted into a mold. Since the basic method of insert molding is known, the description thereof is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, a movable mold 51 and a fixed mold 52 are used as the mold. In the fixed mold 52, a cavity 52a into which a molten resin injected from an injection device (not shown) enters is formed. The cavity 52 a has a shape for forming the connecting member 30.

First, the body member 11 having the fitting groove 11 b and the body convex portion 11 c is fixed to the movable mold 51. Next, the neck convex part 12c is arrange | positioned so that the neck member 12 may be inserted in the insertion groove | channel 11b, and the trunk | drum convex part 11c may be adjoined.

When the body member 11 and the neck member 12 are set on the movable mold 51 as described above and the mold is clamped, the body convex portion 11c and the neck convex portion 12c of the neck member 12 are in contact with each other as shown in FIG. Then, it enters the inside of the cavity 52a.

Here, the molten resin is injected from the injection device. The injected molten resin is injected from the gate 52c to the cavity 52a through the sprue 52b. The molten resin in the cavity 52a is injected so as to straddle the trunk convex part 11c and the neck convex part 12c to form the connecting member 30. The connecting member 30 is also welded to the body member 11 and the neck member 12 by heat. Further, the connecting member 30 is U-shaped and has a shape that sandwiches the trunk convex portion 11c and the neck convex portion 12c. For this reason, the connecting member 30 that has been cooled and solidified prevents the body member 11 and the neck member 12 from separating and strongly bonds the body member 11 and the neck member 12 together.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the total welding height h1 of the connecting member 30 that covers the trunk convex part 11c and the neck convex part 12c by injection welding is the highest of the trunk convex part 11c and the neck convex part 12c. It is preferably 1.5 times or more of the length h0. Or it is preferable that the welding height E of the connection member 30 is 1.5 times or more of the width | variety of the fuselage | tube convex part 11c even in the lowest location.

Further, the width (A + B + C + D) of the connecting member 30 covering the trunk convex part 11c and the neck convex part 12c is 1.5 times or more of the sum of the width C of the trunk convex part 11c and the width A of the neck convex part 12c even at the minimum position. Preferably there is.

Finally, the movable mold 51 and the fixed mold 52 are opened, and the container body 10 is taken out to obtain a product.

[Second Embodiment]
The second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of the method for manufacturing the container body 10 of the second embodiment, and is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the shoulder portion of the container body. The difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is the shape of the connecting member. Since other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, a gap having a width F is formed between the diameter of the fitting groove 11 b of the body member 11 and the diameter of the peripheral edge portion 12 b of the neck member 12. For this reason, when the connecting member 30 is injected using the same mold as described above, a leg portion 31 having a width F is formed between the trunk convex portion 11c and the neck convex portion 12c.

Thus, when the leg part 31 is formed in the connection member 30, the surface area where the connection member 30 welds with respect to the trunk | drum member 11 and the neck member 12 will become large. For this reason, in addition to the effect of above-mentioned embodiment, the trunk | drum member 11 and the neck member 12 can be combined more effectively.

[Other Embodiments]
In the above-described embodiment, the body member is cylindrical, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the cross section may be a polygonal cylinder such as a triangle or a quadrangle.

In the above-described embodiment, there is a configuration in which there is a gap between the neck member 12 and the connecting member 30 when viewed from above, but the present invention is not limited to this. Drawing 5 is an explanatory view of the manufacturing method of the container main part of other embodiments. As shown in FIG. 5, when the configuration of the cavity 52 a of the fixed mold 52 is configured to come into contact with one side surface 12 d of the neck member 12, there is no gap between the neck member 12 and the connecting member 30. .

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a cosmetic container having a lid and a container body and a method for manufacturing the cosmetic container.
