【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、モールドの締結部
構造に関し、さらに詳しくは、デジタルカメラ等の分割
されているモールドを互いにビスで締結する部分の構造
に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】プラスチックスのケーシングを有する精
密装置では、ケーシングを形成するモールドを互いに締
結して、内部に精密装置を収納している。このようなモ
ールドの締結部構造として、一方のモールドに板金ナッ
トを取付け、他方のモールドの耳などを重ねてビスで締
結することが通常行われている。このような構造では、
従来、モールドの締結部に、雌ねじを設けた金属等の板
金ナットを固定し、この雌ねじにねじ込むビスによって
他のモールドを締結していた。この雌ねじを有する板金
ナットのモールドへの固定は、図3、図4に示すよう
な、モールド面上にU字形のリブを突出させて状差し状
の板金ナット装入する係止部を設け、この係止部に板金
ナットを押し込んで固定するようになっていた。この装
入部に板金ナットを差し込む構造は、圧入を要する場合
は、挿入作業が困難で、正確な位置決めが容易でなく、
締結が円滑にできない等の問題があった。一方、ナット
が係止部に遊嵌する構造では、輸送中などにナットの位
置ずれや脱落等を生じ、組み立て作業が非能率となる。
このため、部品の精度管理や圧入管理が難しく、部品の
コストアップを招来していた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記問題点を
解決した、改善されたモールドの締結部構造を提供する
ことを目的とするものである。本発明の課題は、 (a)部品精度を厳密に要求されない構造とし、部品コ
ストの低減を図る (b)輸送等による位置ずれを防止する。 (c)圧入や組立作業の作業性の向上を図る ことである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上記課題を解
決するためになされたもので、その技術手段は、板金ナ
ットを係止する状差し状の係止部を設けてなるモールド
の締結部において、該係止部はナットが遊動する隙間を
備えると共に、ナットの下面に突起を設け、ナットを係
合部に収納した位置で該突起が係合する凹部をモールド
面上に設けたことを特徴とするモールドの締結部構造で
ある。ここで状差し状とは、両側壁及び底板を背板に取
付け、前板を部分的に取付け、開放側から薄板状のもの
を差し込んで保持する保持部を形成したような形状を言
う。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】以下図面を参照して本発明の実施
の形態を説明する。図3、図4は従来の締結構造の説明
図である。図3は平面図、図4は板金ナットを挿入した
後のB−B矢視断面図である。モールド1上に全体がU
字状で横断面がL字状のリブ2を突出させて板金ナット
10が挿入される保持形状(状差し状)の係止部4を形
成してある。タップを立てて雌ねじ11を形成した板金
ナット10をその中に挿入する。この板金ナット10の
雌ねじ11にモールド1の孔3を通ってビス20を螺入
し、図示省略した他のモールド等と一緒に締結する。こ
のような従来の構造では板金ナット10がリブ2内に遊
嵌しているとビス20を螺入して組立てるまでの間に板
金ナット10が脱落してしまうおそれがあり、また、板
金ナット10がリブ2内に圧入されるように形成する
と、脱落の問題はなくなるが、板金ナット挿入に余分な
力を要し、また板金ナット10の雌ねじ11とビス20
との心合わせが容易でなく、組立に手間がかかる。 【0006】図1は本発明の実施例のモールドの締結部
構造を示す平面図、図2はそのA−A矢視断面図であ
る。モールド1にリブ2を設けて状差し状の係止部4を
形成することは従来と同様である。従来と異なる点は、
板金ナット10を係止する状差し状の係止部4は板金ナ
ット10が遊動する隙間を備えるようにした。つまり圧
入を要しないようにした。また、板金ナット10の下面
に突起13を設け、この突起13に係合する凹部5を設
けたことである。凹部5は板金ナット10が係止部4に
収納されたとき、板金ナット10の突起13が係合する
位置に設けられている。板金ナット10は係合部4との
間に隙間を有し、板金ナット10の寸法精度は適宜でよ
く、圧入などの挿入手間もかからない。この突起13と
凹部5との係合により、係止部4内に収納された板金ナ
ットは係合部4から外れたり、搬送中に脱落したりする
ことはなく、ビス20を螺合するとき、雄ねじと雌ねじ
を容易に心合わせすることができる。また板金ナット1
0と係合部4とは突起13と凹部5による方向性があ
り、挿入方向に意味のある部材では誤認を防止すること
