Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for cementing excavated cobble stones, earth and sand, etc., including excavated cobblestones, which is attached to the tip of a boom arm in place of a shovel bucket of a construction excavator. The present invention relates to a marker and scattering prevention device mounted on a stirring and kneading head of a stirring and kneading machine for stirring and kneading system milks and cement powders. 2. Description of the Related Art When constructing concrete and earth structures such as related facilities including dam bodies, seawalls such as coasts and rivers, related facilities including embankments, and related facilities including sabo dams, for example, hydraulics The ground is excavated with a shovel, then the formwork is assembled, and ready-mixed concrete is poured into the formwork. [0003] Further, after curing of the cast concrete, the form is removed and its place is backfilled, and when the foundation is completed, a structure is provided on the upper part. [0004] However, since the ready-mixed concrete to be poured is transported from a concrete manufacturing plant by a mixer truck, a large amount of work is required for construction. Therefore, in recent years, gravel and soil itself including soil boulders excavated at or near the site have been used as concrete materials, and are also applied to artificial rock and soil improvement of soil and gravel layers. It has been proposed that [0006] Here, the shovel excavates an artificial rock mass for constructing or improving its structure and a site ground near the ground with a shovel bucket previously attached to the tip of a boom arm, and includes a cobblestone included in the excavated ground. Gravel and earth and sand are piled up in the vicinity, and the sand and gravel including the piled cobble are laid at a certain height (1.5 m or less) at the excavation site. [0007] Then, there has been proposed heavy machinery having a structure in which a shovel bucket attached to the tip of a boom arm is removed and a stirring and kneading head is attached in place of the shovel bucket. Also, a slurry plant or a cement silo is prepared near the site, and a slurry jetting unit or a powder jetting unit is attached to the boom arm. Can be kneaded with a stir-kneading head while spraying the sand and gravel including cobble stones and earth and sand. [0009] After the concrete and the improved ground in that part have been cured, sandstone-bearing gravel, earth and sand, etc. are laid thereon, and the kneading process is performed again. Related facilities including the dam body and concrete structures such as rivers and coasts are provided on the foundation or on the improved ground. [0010] Depending on the ground, the excavating operation by the shovel bucket can be omitted and the kneading operation can be performed simultaneously with the stirring and kneading head. As described above, the site can be excavated and procured as a material for concrete, or the supporting ground having insufficient supporting capacity can be used as a kneading vessel as it is, and the excavator for excavation can be diverted as a stirring kneader, so that the cost can be greatly reduced. Construction will be carried out efficiently while reducing emissions. [0012] Thus, the present invention is a conventional stirring / kneading machine in which a stirring / kneading head is additionally provided with a marker / shatter prevention device. By installing the position display marker and the depth display marker, it is possible to reliably manage the improved depth and perform uniform stirring and kneading. As a result, it is possible to form a high quality concrete foundation or structure, and to prevent scattering of objects to be stirred caused by stirring and kneading. An object of the present invention is to provide a marker and scattering prevention device which can be surely prevented and has a simple structure and a low cost, which is mounted on a stirring and kneading head of a stirring and kneading machine. According to the present invention, there is provided a marker / scattering prevention device mounted on a stirring / kneading head of a stirring / kneading machine, comprising a cement-based milk and a cement-based powder to be filled in excavated ground. It is a marker and scattering prevention device attached to the stirring and kneading head of the stirring and kneading machine for stirring the kinds,
The marker / scattering prevention device is a device which is formed in a substantially rectangular shape and projects in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a support rod for supporting the stirring and kneading head, and is movably attached in the longitudinal direction of the support rod. A substrate portion, a cushion material attached to the back surface of the device substrate portion, and a pole-shaped position display marker erected upward from the upper surface of the four corners of the device substrate portion, wherein the device substrate portion is Also serves as a depth display marker that displays the depth to be stirred and kneaded, and prevents the agitated object from scattering, especially when the agitated object and powder solidified material are severely scattered. A skirt-shaped shroud-preventing covering member which is removable toward the front is attached. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. The stirring and kneading head 1 used in the stirring and kneading machine according to the present invention comprises a support rod 2 and a pair of stirring and kneading drums 3,
3 and a plurality of stirring and kneading blades 4 erected on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring and kneading drum 3. The support rod 2 is detachably attached to the end 5 of a boom arm of the stirring kneader, and is configured to be able to rotate 90 degrees with the axis of the support rod 2 as a rotation axis. A pair of stirring and kneading drums 3 and 3 are rotatably supported on both sides of the support rod 2 so as to be rotatable about a drum rotation shaft provided in the direction of the drum axis. A plurality of stirring and kneading blades 4 are erected on the cylindrical outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of stirring and kneading drums 3. Here, the standing state of the stirring and kneading blade 4 will be described. On the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the stirring and kneading drum 3, the stirring and kneading drum 3 is divided into, for example, four rows in the axial direction of the stirring and kneading drum 3, and is arranged with a plurality of rows in each row. Moreover, the three rows from the support rod 2 side are erected in a substantially vertical direction, but the rows located outside each of the drums 3 are erected at an angle of about 70 degrees outward. . By setting the stirring and kneading blades 4 in the erected state, it is possible to stir and knead cement-based milks and cement-based powders with gravel or soil containing cobblestones more efficiently than in the prior art. Here, the number of the stirring and kneading blades 4 is set to about 6 to 15 per one stirring and kneading drum 3.
Its length is 10cm to 50cm, its width is 5cm to 10cm,
The thickness is between 1.0 cm and 5.0 cm. The length of the stirring and kneading blades 4 set inside the drum 3 is shortened, and the length of the stirring and kneading blades 4 set on both outsides of the drum 3 is set longer. Is preferred. Thus, the stirring and kneading blades 4 having different lengths can be freely combined. As the material of the stirring and kneading blade 4, a steel material is commercially available in advance, and it is preferable to use the material from the viewpoint of cost and easy and large-scale production of the product. However, if the stirring and kneading blades 4 are made of the steel material, they will be worn relatively early due to frequent stirring and kneading operations. Therefore, it is assumed that the round bar-shaped reinforcing member 20 is fixed to the entire surface of all the stirring and kneading blades 4 by welding or the like so as to intersect substantially in the form of a twill, a stripe, and a lattice (see FIG. 4). However, if the reinforcing member is reinforced in this way, even the stirring and kneading blade 4 made of steel can withstand a long period of use. Therefore, it is possible to provide the stirring and kneading blade 4 which is inexpensive, easily obtains a product, and has excellent durability. Next, a plurality of auxiliary stirring / kneading blades 21 projecting outward are respectively arranged at intervals near the outer peripheral edge of the pair of stirring / kneading drums 3 on the outer surfaces in the axial direction of the drum. (See FIG. 3). The auxiliary stirring and kneading blades 21 do not exist in the conventional stirring and kneading head, and the auxiliary stirring and kneading blades 21 are planted so that the position near the outer surface of the stirring and kneading drum 3 in the axial direction is reduced. Cement-based milks and cement-based powders can be sufficiently stirred and kneaded with sand, gravel, earth and sand, including cobblestones that accumulate in the soil. It is preferable that the auxiliary stirring and kneading blade 21 be erected on the outer surface of one of the drums on the side of about 2 to 5 sheets, and the length thereof be about 10 cm. Since the auxiliary stirring and kneading blade is also made of steel, it is preferable that a round bar-shaped reinforcing member 20 having a substantially twill shape, a substantially striped shape and a substantially grid shape is fixed to the entire outer peripheral surface by welding or the like. . As in the case of the stirring and kneading blade 4 described above, the auxiliary stirring and kneading blade 21 can be used for a considerably long period of time even if it is made of steel if it is reinforced with the round bar-shaped reinforcing member 20. Thus, the auxiliary stirring kneading blade 2 which is inexpensive, easily obtains a product, and has excellent durability.
1 can be provided. When the target soil to be stirred and kneaded is a viscous soil mixed with gravel, for example, an arbitrary stirring and kneading blade 4 may be used.
In addition, a protrusion 22 having a length within 5 cm from the side surface of the stirring and kneading blade 4 is formed, or the stirring and kneading blade 4 provided with the protrusion 22 in advance.
Is preferably used (see FIG. 7). If such a stirring and kneading head 1 is used, even if the target soil to be stirred and kneaded is the above-mentioned viscous soil, uniformity of the stirring accuracy can be sufficiently maintained. Here, the replacement of the stirring and kneading blades 4 provided with the protrusions 22 and the stirring and kneading blades 4 not provided with the protrusions 22 is not limited at all. It is conceivable that the stirring and kneading head 1 on which the stirring and kneading blades 4 provided with 22 are planted is replaced. Further, the protrusion 22 may be retrofitted to any stirring / kneading blade 4 at the site by welding or the like. The shape of the projection 22 is not limited at all, and may be any shape as long as the projection length is within 5 cm. Next, on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring and kneading drum 3, a long plate-shaped reinforcing strip 23 is formed, and the length direction of the reinforcing strip 23 is orthogonal to the circumferential direction of the drum 3 or the circumferential direction. And the outer peripheral surface of the stirring and kneading drum 3 is reinforced. Usually, the stirring and kneading drum 3 is formed by, for example, bending a steel plate into a drum shape, so that it has to be thick enough to be bent. However, with such a thickness, the stirring and kneading drum 3 itself is worn out by a long-term operation, and is dented or damaged. Further, the dents and breaks thereof shorten the life of the stirring and kneading head 1 itself. That is,
This is because the stirring / kneading head 1 cannot be used if the stirring / kneading drum 3 itself is worn, dented or damaged even if the stirring / kneading blade 4 or the auxiliary stirring / kneading blade 21 is reinforced. The reinforcing strip 23 may be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the drum by welding or the like. When attaching the reinforcing strip 23, the reinforcing strip 2 is rotated in the rotation direction of the outer peripheral surface of the drum.
3 may be arranged in parallel, or the reinforcing strip 23 may be arranged so that the length direction is parallel to the width direction of the drum. As a result, the stirring and kneading drum 3 is free from wear, dents and breakage even after a long-term stirring and kneading operation, and the durability of the stirring and kneading head 1 itself can be remarkably improved by reducing the cost. The stirring / kneading head according to the present invention is provided with a marker / scatter prevention device 9. This marker / splash prevention device 9 includes a splash prevention device substrate portion 10, a cushion material 11 adhered to the back surface of the splash prevention device substrate portion 10, and a It comprises a pole-shaped position display marker 12 erected from the four corners of the part 10 and a detachable cover member 13 for preventing scattering. As will be understood from the drawings, the splash-prevention device substrate portion 10 has a substantially rectangular frame portion, and the reinforcing rods 14 are arranged inside in a lattice pattern. Note that the outer shape of the frame portion is not limited to a substantially rectangular shape, and may be, for example, a circular shape. A flexible cushion member 11 made of synthetic rubber or the like is detachably attached to the back surface of the scattering prevention device substrate portion 10. Therefore, when the cushion material 11 is adhered, the stirred and kneaded material jumps up in the process of stirring and kneading, and even if it collides with the upper cushion material 11, the impact force is reduced. The flexibility of the material 11 can sufficiently cushion the material. The scattering prevention device substrate 10 is mounted so as to project in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support rod 2 for supporting the stirring and kneading head 1. The support rod 2 is attached to be freely movable in the longitudinal direction. As described above, the scattering prevention device substrate section 10
Because it also serves as a depth marker that indicates the depth of stirring and kneading,
By making the scattering prevention device substrate portion 10 movable in the longitudinal direction of the support rod 2, it is possible to sufficiently cope with stirring and kneading locations at different depths. Next, pole-shaped position display markers 12 projecting upward from four corners of the scattering prevention device substrate portion 10 are provided. The position display marker 12 is a strong mark when the operator of the mixing and kneading machine reliably performs the mixing and kneading work from the driver's seat located at a position above the mixing and kneading place. As can be seen from the figures, a skirt-shaped scatter-preventing covering member 13 is attached to the scatter-preventing device substrate section 10 from the four-direction outer peripheral end face, as can be seen from the drawings. . Accordingly, the powder or the like which has been stirred and kneaded by the detachable scattering prevention covering member 13 during the stirring and kneading operation can be used as the scattering preventing covering member 1.
3 can be reliably prevented from scattering to the outside, and a favorable working environment can be provided. At the time of stirring and kneading, the operator of the stirring and kneading machine visually checks the stirring and kneading portion from the driver's seat, that is, from a position relatively far from the portion to be stirred and kneaded, and performs accurate stirring and kneading. You need to know where to work. For this reason, the operator is required to operate the scattering prevention device substrate 1.
Pole-shaped position display markers 12 erected at the four corners of 0
Is used for positioning. That is, of the position display markers 12 at the four corners of the scattering prevention device
Is adjusted to the end of the portion to be stirred and kneaded, whereby the tip of the portion to be stirred and kneaded can be recognized reliably and quickly. Next, the determination of the depth of the stirring and kneading, in other words, the mark of the finished depth is determined by the scattering prevention device substrate unit 10.
The marker itself becomes a depth marker. In this case, it is only necessary to attach and fix the scattering prevention device substrate portion 10 at the length of the support rod 2 corresponding to the depth of the stirring and kneading portion in advance. Thus, the operator of the mixing and kneading machine can check the position of the scattering prevention device substrate portion 10 from the driver's seat by visual inspection so as to be substantially in contact with the surface of the mixing and mixing portion, and can perform the mixing at the correct depth. The kneading operation can be performed. Also, the tip of the pole-shaped position display marker 12 is provided via the rotating portion 6 so that the operator (driver) of the stirring kneader can easily maintain the verticality of the support rod 2 during the stirring kneading operation. It is assumed that the angle adjusting rod 7 is attached rotatably. With such a configuration, even an operator operating in the driver's seat at a relatively distant distance can be formed by the angle adjusting rod 7 hanging down from the rotating portion 6 and the pole-shaped position display marker 12. The angle of the support rod 2 can be easily checked by adjusting the angle of the support rod 2 so that the angle adjustment rod 7 and the pole-shaped position display marker 12 overlap and coincide with each other, thereby easily holding the support rod 2 in the vertical direction. As a result, the improved depth management can be performed reliably. As described above, according to the present invention, by mounting the position indicating marker and the depth indicating marker, stirring and kneading can be performed reliably and quickly, and as a result, a concrete foundation or structure having a high quality can be obtained. It has excellent effects such as the formation of artificial rock, roadbed or ground improvement, and the prevention of scattering of objects to be stirred caused by stirring and kneading.
