【請求項7】請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の細菌を培地で培養し、プリンヌクレオシドを生成して培地中に蓄積させ、同培地からプリンヌクレオシドを採取することを特徴とするプリンヌクレオシドの製造方法。
【請求項8】請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の細菌を培地で培養し、生成、蓄積したヌクレオシドをリン酸化し、生成、蓄積したプリンヌクレオチドを採取することを特徴とするプリンヌクレオチドの製造方法。
【請求項9】前記プリンヌクレオチドは5'−イノシン酸、5'−キサンチル酸または5'−グアニル酸である請求項8に記載の方法。
【請求項10】請求項5に記載の細菌を培地で培養し、生成蓄積したキサントシンをリン酸化し、生成、蓄積した5'−キサンチル酸をアミノ化し、そして生成蓄積した5'−グアニル酸を採取することを特徴とする5'−グアニル酸の製造方法。
