とはなかった。本発明はそれらの問題を解決するための

温度を遮断し、マンホール上の雪氷だけが溶けることを
防ぎ、路面に凹凸ができないようにする。

度を遮断するために、従来のマンホールの蓋の下に断熱
器具を設置することにより、この課題を解決することが
できる。これを図を追って説明すると
