【従来の技術】ドアのかまち１の一形式として図２に示
すように、木端面２に溝３と、溝３の両側に曲面４を切
削加工したものが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記した構造を有する
従来のかまち部材では、溝３や曲面４を切削加工すると
き欠けや逆目が生じ易いためサンダーがけによる補修作
業が必要であった。そのため加工に時間がかかり、加工
コストが高くなるという問題点があった。本発明はかか
る問題点を解決し、加工コストの低いかまち部材を提供
することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成すめため
本発明に係るかまち部材は、板材端部が嵌合する溝を成
形したプラスチック製の縁部材をかまち部材本体の木端
面に固着し、前記本体と前記縁部材を共通の化粧シート
で被覆したことを特徴とする。
【発明の作用・効果】
【０００５】本発明によれば、かまち部材を本体と、溝
を成形したプラスチック製縁部材の二体構造にすると共
に、本体と縁部材を化粧シートで被覆して二体構造が外
観に表れないようにしたので、溝を切削加工する行程を
省略できる。従って、切削加工の手間や、切削加工に伴
って生じる欠けや逆目の補修作業を省略できるので、か
まち部材の加工コストを大幅に低減できる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下に本発明の一実施形態を図面
に基づき説明するに、図１には本発明の一実施形態に係
るドア用かまち部材１０が示されている。当該かまち部
材１０は木製の部材本体１１とプラスチック成形品の縁
部材１２及びプラスチックフィルム製の化粧シート１３
から構成される。
【０００７】かまち部材本体１１の木端面の中央部には
長手方向にそって凹部１１ａが切削加工されている。縁
部材１２の一面には部材本体の凹部に嵌合する凸条１２
ａが成形され、凸条１２ａの反対側にドアの鏡板の端部
が嵌合される溝１２ｂが形成されている。溝１２ｂの両
側は曲面１２ｃに成形されている。

の凹部１１ａに縁部材１２の凸条１２ａを嵌合して接着
剤、もしくはビス、釘等で固定し、部材本体１１と縁部
材１２の表面に共通の化粧シート１３を貼着した構造を

構造は以上の通りであって、かまち部材１０を本体１１
と、溝１２ｂや曲面１２ｃを成形したプラスチック製縁
部材１２の二体構造にし、本体１１と縁部材１２を化粧
シート１３で被覆して二体構造が外観に表れないように
したので、溝１２ｂや曲面１２ｃを切削加工する行程を
省略できる。従って、切削加工の手間や、切削加工に伴
って生じる欠けや逆目の補修作業を省略できるので、か
