Conventionally, this type of architectural board material has a notch-like step on the front side and a protrusion on the back side at one side end of the substrate,
It is well known that the other end has a protrusion on the front surface side and a notch-like stepped part on the back side so that it can be joined with the above-mentioned side end by co-flow processing, that is, a side end surface having a co-flow processing shape. Such construction board materials are manufactured by fixing the protrusions on the back side of the board to the base material by nailing, etc., and then overlapping the protrusions on the front side of another board adjacent to the protrusions on the back side. , the walls, etc. are constructed by bonding both substrates by phase flow bonding.

However, in construction board materials having such a side edge surface phase flow processing shape, the substrate is made of a material that absorbs and releases moisture in the air like a wood material, and that tends to expand greatly when absorbing moisture. When such construction boards are joined together to form a wall surface, etc., the side edges of the construction boards are subjected to strong pressure due to the expansion of the substrate, resulting in swelling at the joint. This method has the disadvantage that it causes warping or deformation such as warping or cracking of the architectural board material, which significantly deteriorates the appearance after construction.

本考案はかかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、上記の

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and as described above, the present invention is applied to the bottom of the step on the back side or the back side of a construction board material made of a relatively soft substrate such as a wood fiber board having a side end face cut-out shape as described above. By forming the tips of the side protrusions in a stepped shape, even if the substrate expands due to moisture absorption when the protrusions on the back side of the substrate are stacked with the protrusions on the front side of another substrate and the substrate is peeled off after performing phase flow bonding. This stretching force is absorbed by the bottom of the step on the back side or the tip of the protrusion on the back side being crushed, thereby preventing the bulging of the joint and the warping and curling of the construction surface as in the past. The purpose of the present invention is to provide architectural board materials that can maintain a construction appearance for a long period of time.

FIG. 1 shows a construction board material A according to the present invention, in which 1 is a substrate made of wood fiberboard or mineral fiberboard;
, a notch-shaped front side step part 2 and a back side protrusion 3 at the - side end.
On the other hand, the other side end has a front side protrusion 4 and a notch-shaped back side step part 5 so as to be able to be joined by phase flow to the above-mentioned negative side end, and further, the above other side end A stepped portion 6 is formed by cutting out the back side of the substrate in the bottom portion 5a of the back surface side step portion 5 in a stepped shape, thereby forming the above-mentioned construction board material A.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, in the construction board material A, the back side protrusions 3 of the substrate 1 fixed to the base material γ with the nails 8 are connected to the front side protrusions 4 of the adjacent other substrate 1. By engaging so that the bottom part 5a of the back side step part 5 is in contact with the tip part 3a of the back side protrusion 3, the joint width is kept constant and a wall surface etc. is formed.

When the base material 1゜1 absorbs moisture in the air and expands after the bonding process is performed as described above, the above-mentioned The stretching force of the substrate 1 is applied to the bottom portion 5a of the back side step portion 5 and the bottom portion 5a.
The tips 3a of the back side protrusions 3 that come into contact with are crushed together, and the tips 3a of the back side protrusions 3 fit into the stepped portion 6 and are absorbed. It is possible to prevent swelling of the bonded portion due to the stretching force of the substrate 1, as well as warpage, curling, etc. caused by the construction surface.

In the above embodiment, the stepped portion 6 was provided on the back side of the substrate at the bottom 5a of the back side stepped portion 5, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the position of the stepped portion on the bottom 5a may be changed. Of course, it is possible to change the size and provide a stepped portion at the tip end portion 3a of the back side protrusion 3.

In this modification, as in the above-mentioned embodiment, when the substrate 1 is stretched, the tip portion 3a' of the back side protrusion 3 is crushed, so that the stretching force can be absorbed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the bottom part of the step on the back side or the tip of the protrusion on the back side of a construction board made of a wood fiberboard or mineral fiberboard substrate having a phase flow processed shape on the side end surface. By forming a stepped portion that collapses due to the stretching force caused by moisture absorption of the substrate during phase flow bonding with adjacent substrates,
The stretching force of the board due to moisture absorption after bonding can be absorbed by crushing the bottom of the step on the back side or the tip of the protrusion on the back side, so there is no problem such as swelling of the bonded area, warping, or lifting of the bonded surface as in the past. It is possible to maintain a good construction appearance on the wall or ceiling surface for a long time without causing any problems.
