2. Description of the Related Art For example, in road construction or pipe burial work, excavator claws, earth augers, boring bars, or other excavation members accidentally come into contact with an existing gas pipe or other buried pipe, and the pipe wall There is a possibility that a hole (broken hole) may be opened in the hole, and in the past, the buried pipe part around the broken hole was exposed to prevent the fluid in the pipe from leaking out by temporarily blocking the broken hole. To open it, and close it with a stuff such as waste cloth or clay that has been manually packed according to the shape and size of the hole, and if necessary, wrap a sheet such as a repair tape from the top. Take action.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for repairing a pipe breakage hole for preventing fluid in a pipe from leaking out from a breakage hole formed in a pipe wall. The bag was folded into a long shape with the connecting portion to the pressurized fluid supply tube located at one end side, and the longitudinal middle portion of the bag was inserted into the damage hole, and the bag was supplied through the tube. The point is to inflate the bag with pressurized fluid to prevent the fluid in the tube from leaking out from the breakage hole.

[Operation] A bag that is inflatable and contractible is attached to the breakage hole in a contracted state, and the pressurized fluid supplied through the pressurized fluid supply tube does not create a gap between the bag and the periphery of the breakage hole. In addition, since it expands according to the shape and size of the damage hole to close the damage hole, compared to the conventional method of filling the filling hole by hand according to the shape and size of the damage hole to close the damage hole. Therefore, the work can be simplified.

When the bag is attached to the breakage hole in a contracted state, the bag is folded into a long shape with the connecting portion to the tube located on one end side, and the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the bag is changed into the breakage hole. Since the bag is inserted, the bag portion on the outer side and the bag portion on the inner side of the tube can be inflated to a size larger than the diameter of the breakage hole, and the bag can be mounted so as not to fall out of the breakage hole.

According to a second aspect of the invention, the connecting portion guides the bag folded in the elongated shape by using an elongated bag mounting guide whose front end can be inserted into the damage hole. Along the guide longitudinal direction so as to face the base end side, the distal end side of the bag mounting guide is held so as to be able to slip out in the guide radial direction, and the distal end side of the bag mounting guide is inserted into the damage hole, A longitudinal middle portion of a bag folded in an elongated shape is inserted into the damage hole, and the bag is inflated by a pressurized fluid supplied through the tube, so that the bag is guided from the tip side of the bag mounting guide to a guide diameter. In the direction of the broken hole, and locked in the peripheral edge of the damage hole in a retaining state, leaving the bag locked in the peripheral edge of the damage hole, leaving the tip side of the bag mounting guide from the damage hole. Come out, blocking the damaged hole in bag engaged on the periphery of the damaged hole lies in to prevent leakage of the fluid inside the tube from the damaged hole.

[Operation] When a bag folded in a long shape is mounted in the breakage hole, the connection portion with the tube is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the guide so as to face the guide base end side, and the long bag mounting guide is attached. The tip side of the bag mounting guide is inserted into the damage hole by holding the tip side that can be inserted into the damage hole so that it can be pulled out in the radial direction of the guide. Even if a buried pipe is buried, if the position of the broken hole can be confirmed from the excavation hole created when the broken hole was opened in the pipe wall or the trace of movement of the excavated member, the buried pipe around the broken hole can be confirmed. The bag can be mounted so that the longitudinal middle portion thereof enters the breakage hole without particularly digging to expose the portion.

Further, the bag is inflated to be pulled out in the guide radial direction from the front end side of the bag mounting guide, and the bag is locked to the peripheral edge of the breakage hole in a retaining state.
Since the front end side of the bag mounting guide is pulled out from the damaged hole, leaving the bag locked around the broken hole, the bag mounting guide after use can be easily removed from the tube.

When closing the damage hole so that the inflated bag can prevent the fluid in the pipe from leaking out, the bag is inserted into the pipe through the damage hole so that the tip side of the bag mounting guide can be easily pulled out from the damage hole. Although it is not possible to prevent fluid from leaking out, expand the bag so that it can be locked to the peripheral edge of the breakage hole while retaining it, pull out the bag mounting guide from the breakage hole, and then remove the bag locked around the breakage hole. The bag may be further inflated, but the bag may be inflated sufficiently to prevent the fluid in the pipe from leaking out, and then the tip side of the bag mounting guide may be pulled out from the damage hole to close the damage hole.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of repairing a pipe breakage hole for preventing fluid in a pipe from leaking out from a breakage hole opened in a pipe wall. Using a long bag mounting guide that can insert the tip side into the breakage hole, fold the bag into a long shape with the connection portion with the pressurized fluid supply tube located at one end side, Along the guide longitudinal direction so that the connecting portion faces the guide base end side, the bag mounting guide is held at the distal end side so as to be able to slip out in the bag longitudinal direction, and the distal end side of the bag mounting guide is passed through the damage hole. Inserted in the tube, by the pushing operation by the tube, the bag folded in the long shape is pushed out from the tip side of the bag mounting guide, and is made to enter into one tube of the portion sandwiching the broken hole, The operation to cut off the tube by expanding the bag in the supplied pressurized fluid through cube,
The two bags block the insides of the pipes on both sides of the portion sandwiching the breakage hole to prevent the fluid in the pipe from leaking out from the breakage hole.

[Operation] Two bags which are inflatable and defensible can be inserted into the pipes on both sides of the place where the breakage hole is sandwiched in a contracted state,
These bags are inflated with the pressurized fluid supplied through the pressurized fluid supply tube to shut off the inside of the pipes on both sides of the place where the damage hole is sandwiched. Compared to packing the filling into the breakage hole by hand, it is possible to reliably prevent the fluid in the pipe from leaking out from the breakage hole while simplifying the work.

When each bag is inserted into the tube at the position where the breakage hole is sandwiched in the contracted state, the bag is folded into an elongated shape with the connecting portion to the tube located at one end side, and the connecting portion is connected to the guide base end. Sideways along the longitudinal direction of the guide, hold it so that it can be pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the bag at the tip side of the long bag mounting guide, and insert the tip side of the bag mounting guide into the tube through the breakage hole. By pushing out with a push-out operation, the bag folded into a long shape is pushed out from the tip side of the bag mounting guide and is inserted into one of the pipes where the breakage hole is sandwiched. It is possible to reliably prevent the fluid in the pipe from leaking out.

It is possible to handle the tube integrally with the bag while protecting the inside of the tubular body, and to simplify the work of inserting the bag mounting guide into the tube. Also,
If the bag mounting guide is held so that the bending direction of the tip of the holding part inserted into the tube is along the tube longitudinal direction, the bag can be easily inserted into the tube by pushing the tube into the long cylinder. be able to.
