The inventions and inventions described above were also conceived and tested in research and development prior to the present application. The problem here is that the anti-slip material such as aggregate cannot float evenly on the surface of the resin, or on the contrary, it cannot be dispersed evenly in the intended resin, and the effect does not last. That is. Even when the resin surface is mixed and filled with an anti-slip material, it either floats or sinks, causing a problem that it is not dispersed throughout the resin.

The iron lid according to the present invention has at least two resin layers above and below, which are filled in the concave portions of the irregularities on the surface of the lid body, and the granular resin is formed on the upper layer of at least two resin layers. The anti-slip material has a configuration in which it is substantially evenly distributed. The unevenness of the lid surface is an unevenness formed on the surface of the lid for preventing slippage, and the resin layer is fixed in the depressed portion by filling. The resin layer is a means for dispersing and fixing the anti-slip material, and thus colorization may be considered to be secondary, but at the same time, the purpose of fixing the anti-slip material and coloring is achieved. It is natural from the point of the invention that it may be one.

The anti-slip material may be dispersed in the upper layer of at least two resin layers. But at least 2
Needless to say, the slip preventing material may be dispersed in each of the upper and lower layers of the resin layer. It is desired that the substantially uniform dispersion is satisfactorily achieved in both the depth direction and the planar spread in the entire resin layer including at least two layers.

It is desirable that the resins constituting the at least two resin layers are of the same type or of a type having affinity with each other. This is because good adhesion is maintained. The reason why at least two layers are required in the present invention is that the effect is lost immediately in the case of a single layer.

Next, the manufacturing method will be described. First shown in FIG.
The above example shows a case where a slip preventing material having a larger specific gravity than the resin used is combined. The recess 11 of the lid 10 is filled with the first resin 12 that is sufficiently shallower than the depth of the recess 11, and the slip prevention material 13 is sprinkled before the curing of the filled first resin 12 is started. Wait for curing to complete. The anti-slip material 13 sinks down before the first resin 12 cures and contacts the surface of the lid recess 11 (b). The curing of the resin is shown by the cross lines in FIG. The upper surface of the cured resin 12 is filled with the second resin 14 (c), and then the slip prevention material 13 is sprinkled on the second resin 14. The dispersed anti-slip material 13 settles in the second resin 14 and stops at the already cured first resin 12 (d). Therefore, the second resin 14 is filled with the third resin 15 (d), and the slip prevention material 13 is sprinkled (d) before the curing thereof is started to cure the third resin 15 (e). Thus, it is possible to form an anti-slip measure in which the anti-slip material 13 is evenly distributed over the entire three-layer structure including the uppermost layer, the intermediate layer and the lowermost layer. In the case of the present example in which the slip prevention material 13 has a specific gravity larger than that of each resin 12, 14, 15, each of the resins 12, 1 is dispersed after the slip prevention material 13 is dispersed.
4, 15 may be layered.

FIG. 2 shows a second example in which an anti-slip material having a specific gravity smaller than that of the resin used is combined. In this case, the anti-slip material 2 is previously formed in the recess 11 of the lid 10.
0 is sprayed (a), and then the first resin 21 is filled. Anti-slip agent 20 having a small specific gravity after filling the first resin 20
Levitates to a position corresponding to the specific gravity (b). Hardened first
The anti-slip material 20 is sprinkled on the upper surface of the resin 21 (c), the second resin 22 is filled (d), and the floating of the anti-slip material 20 and the curing of the second resin 22 are waited in the same manner as above. Further, the third resin 23 is filled and the slip prevention material 20 is sprayed in the same manner (e) to form a slip prevention measure in which the slip prevention material 20 is evenly dispersed in the entire three-layer structure. (F).

FIG. 3 shows a third example in which a slip preventing measure is formed by using a mixed resin 32 in which a slip preventing material 31 is mixed in advance with a resin 30 used. In this case, the lid 10
The recessed portion 11 is filled with the mixed resin 32 for one layer (a) and waits for curing (b). When the second layer 34 is filled on the lower first layer 33, the lower layer needs to be hardened as in the previous two examples (c, d). FIG. 3 exemplifying the manufacturing method using the mixed resin 32 shows an example in which the slip prevention material 31 having a larger specific gravity than the used resin 30 is used, but the slip prevention material (20) having a smaller specific gravity than the resin is shown.
It is obvious that the anti-slip material can be used, in which case the anti-slip material will emerge from the lower layer.

The resin constituting the base resin and the surface resin is
As long as it is a durable material that can withstand external forces such as the passage of vehicles,
For example, a colored or non-colored epoxy resin, urethane resin, acrylic resin or the like can be used. Further, as the anti-slip material, a powdery or granular material that produces sufficient frictional resistance with the shoe sole or tire rubber is used. For example, silica sand, carborundum, ceramics, etc. can be used. If the thickness of each resin layer, which is evenly dispersed with the slip prevention material, is considerably smaller than 1 mm, it will be worn in a relatively short period of time, and the adhesiveness will be reduced, and it will be easy to peel off. If it exceeds, it takes time to cure the resin to be used, such as epoxy, and it becomes difficult to form a plurality of resin layers depending on the depth of the lid recess. Therefore, 1 mm to 3 m
The range of m is desirable. From this, it is desirable that the diameter of the anti-slip material is in the range of 1 mm to 4 mm.

[Example] 1. A 6 mm deep lid made of ductile cast iron was sprayed with silica sand with an average particle diameter of 1.5 mm as a slip prevention material, and a yellow colored epoxy resin was used as the first resin to a depth of about 1 mm. The mixture is left to cure at room temperature for about 7 hours, and after curing, the same silica sand as above is sprinkled on the first resin, and a yellow colored epoxy resin is further filled to a depth of about 1 mm, and the mixture is kept at room temperature for about 7 hours. The operation of leaving for 7 hours was repeated twice to manufacture an anti-slip iron lid having a total of three layers. 2. A red colored acrylic resin as the first resin was filled to a depth of about 2 mm in a recess of 5 mm in depth of a lid body made of ductile cast iron with a diameter of 2.5 mm, and immediately thereafter, an average particle diameter of 2.5 mm as a slip preventing material. Of glass,
Let it stand at room temperature for about 5 hours to cure, then fill the same red acrylic resin as the second resin to a depth of about 2 mm, and immediately spray glass with an average particle diameter of 2.5 mm as an anti-slip material. The second resin was allowed to stand at room temperature for about 5 hours to cure, and an anti-slip iron cover consisting of two layers was manufactured.

In the case of Example 1, the antislip agent is the first,
Since it is lighter than the second resin, it floats after being filled with the resin, whereas in the case of the second embodiment, it is heavier than the first and second resins, so the slip prevention material sinks. In any of the examples, the anti-slip material is dispersed in the first and second resins, exerts an anti-slip effect from a state where a part of the anti-slip material is exposed on the surface layer resin immediately after production, and continues until abrasion.

Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, at least the anti-slip material substantially evenly dispersed in the upper resin layer has a constant friction at least until the resin of the same layer is worn. Since it exerts resistance, it has an effect of retaining the desired slip prevention effect for a long period of time. Further, the manufacturing method according to the present invention makes it possible to control the anti-slip material so that it is evenly distributed in the resin layer, and it is possible to reliably manufacture the iron lid that achieves the intended purpose.
