The operation of this lighting device will be briefly described below.
When the ambient illuminance detected by the illuminance detecting means 11 becomes equal to or lower than a preset predetermined illuminance, the control unit 13 outputs a control signal to the lighting circuit unit 14, and the lighting circuit unit 14 performs dimming control of the lighting load 17. . When the illuminance detected by the illuminance detecting means 11 is equal to or lower than the predetermined illuminance, and when the human body detecting means 12 detects a human body, the control unit 13 controls the lighting load 17 to be fully turned on (100% lighting), and after the human body detection is completed. Is controlled to hold the full lighting state for the lighting holding time. Further, when the illuminance detected by the illuminance detecting means 11 becomes higher than the predetermined illuminance, the control unit 13 controls the lighting load 17 to be turned off. However, in such an illuminating device, the sensor mode can be switched to the continuous mode by a simple switch operation, but the switch is not necessarily performed only by the operation intended by the user. It was a thing. For example, there is a problem that the mode shifts due to a momentary power failure such as a lightning strike, and the lighting load continues to be continuously lit, resulting in being left unattended and wasting power. Moreover, even if the user mistakenly operates the switch, the same trouble occurs.

However, even in such an illuminating device, the problem that the power is wasted as long as the timer section is operating cannot be solved, and the illuminating load is detected by the human body detection or the illuminance detection signal. Since it is a lighting device that controls lighting, for users who do not intentionally provide a switch means such as a wall switch, the function to transition to the continuous mode may not be necessary, and the problem still remains. It was a thing.

When the changeover switch 18 is ON, the control unit 1
3 determines that the mode transition operation is valid, and when the switch 20 is turned off in the above-mentioned sensor mode, the power failure detection circuit unit 16 outputs a signal to the control unit 13, and the control unit 13 turns on the switch 20 again. It is determined whether or not the time until it falls within a predetermined time. If the OFF time of the switch 20 is within a predetermined time (for example, 0.2 seconds to 2 seconds), the control unit 13 forcibly keeps the illumination load 17 continuous regardless of the outputs of the illuminance detection means 11 and the human body detection means 12. It shifts to the continuous mode of lighting (full lighting). Reverse switch 1
When 8 is OFF, the control unit 13 determines that the mode shift operation is invalid, and does not shift to the continuous mode even if there is a switch operation for mode shift in the above-mentioned sensor mode, and continues the sensor mode.

In the lighting device controlled as described above, the control unit 13 detects the state of the changeover switch 18,
In the case of N, the sensor mode is switched to the continuous mode by operating the mode switching switch, but in the case of OFF, the sensor mode is continued even if the mode switching switch is operated. There is an effect that the function can be selected. That is, the changeover switch 1
When 8 is turned off, there is no momentary power failure or transition to continuous mode even if the user mistakenly operates the switch, and it is possible to eliminate the problem that power is wasted by leaving the dots on. The usability is improved for the user who dares to use a switch means such as a wall switch. Also, turn on the changeover switch 18.
Even in such a case, similarly to the conventional case, the mode can be easily switched from the sensor mode to the continuous mode by operating a switch such as a wall switch, and the conventional usability is not impaired.

As shown in FIG. 3, the concave portion of the switching means 18 is "cut".
In the position of, the control unit 13 detects the setting of the switching unit 18 and determines that the mode shifting operation is invalid. In the sensor mode described above, even if a switch operation for mode transition is performed, the sensor mode is continued without transitioning to the continuous mode. On the contrary, when the concave portion of the switching means 18 is at a position other than "off" as shown in FIG.
8 setting is detected, and the mode shift operation is determined to be valid.
In the above sensor mode, when the switch 20 is turned off, the power failure detection circuit unit 16 outputs a signal to the control unit 13, and the control unit 13 turns on the switch 20 again within a predetermined time (for example, 0). . 2 seconds to 2 seconds). If the OFF time of the switch 20 is within the predetermined time, the control unit 13 forcibly shifts the lighting load 17 continuously (full lighting) regardless of the outputs of the illuminance detection unit 11 and the human body detection unit 12. To do. Here, at the time of shifting to the continuous mode, the timer unit 19 in the control unit 13 operates the timer of a predetermined time set by the switching unit 18 (4 hours in the present embodiment), and when the timer is operating, it continues. Although the mode continues, the control unit 13 automatically returns from the continuous mode to the sensor mode when a predetermined time elapses. Further, when the concave portion of the switching means 18 is set to the “continuous” position (not shown), the sensor mode is switched to the continuous mode by the above-described mode switching switch operation, but the control section 13 does not operate the timer section 19. , To continue the continuous mode.

First, the difference from the above-mentioned conventional example is that the switch 20 is provided with a firefly switch. When the switch unit 21 is OFF, the neon tube 22 and the current reducing resistor 23
Although the neon tube 22 is turned on by a weak current flowing through the series circuit of No. 2, when the switch unit 21 is ON, power is supplied to the lighting device main body 10 without going through the above series circuit. That is, since the neon tube 22 inside the switch is turned on when the switch unit 21 is turned off, even if the lighting load 17 in the lighting device body 10 installed in a dark place such as a corridor or stairs is turned off, This is so that the position of the switch 20 can be seen.

Here, in the above-mentioned sensor mode, when the switch unit 21 is turned off (point c in FIG. 6), the power failure detection circuit unit 16 outputs a signal to the control unit 13, and the control unit 13
Determines again whether the time T until the switch 21 is turned on is within a predetermined time (for example, 0.2 seconds to 2 seconds) (points c to d in FIG. 6). OFF time T of switch 21
Is within a predetermined time, the control unit 13 forcibly shifts to the continuous mode in which the lighting load 17 is continuously lit (full lighting) regardless of the outputs of the illuminance detection unit 11 and the human body detection unit 12. When a momentary power failure such as a lightning strike occurs and the A contact of FIG. 6 is turned off (point a in FIG. 6), the power failure detection circuit unit 16
Similarly outputs a signal to the control unit 13, and if the time t until the A contact is turned on (power recovery) again is within a predetermined time (for example, 0.2 seconds to 2 seconds), This leads to a transition to a continuous mode of continuous lighting (full lighting).

FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing the structure of an illumination device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. And FIG.
[Fig. 6] is a timing chart showing a control operation of an illumination device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the reference example of FIG. 5 is that a transformer 18 for current detection is provided in the lighting device main body 10 and the output of the secondary winding is used for the power failure detection circuit 16
I was connected to. To explain the operation, in the sensor mode described above, when the switch 21 is turned off (point c in FIG. 8), the neon tube 22 and the current-reducing resistor 23 inside the switch 20, and the primary winding of the transformer 18 inside the lighting device body 10. A weak current flows through the series circuit of, and a voltage is induced on the secondary side of the transformer 18. Next, the power failure detection circuit 16 detects the voltage on the secondary side and outputs a signal to the control unit 13 if the voltage is within a predetermined threshold range, and the control unit 13 waits until the switch 21 is turned on again. Time T, that is, the output time of the power failure detection circuit 16 is within a predetermined time (for example, 0.2 seconds to 2
Second)) (points c to d in FIG. 8). If the time T is within the predetermined time, the control unit 13 forcibly shifts to the continuous mode in which the lighting load 17 is continuously lit (full lighting) regardless of the outputs of the illuminance detection unit 11 and the human body detection unit 12. is there. Here, when a momentary power failure such as a lightning strike occurs and the A contact of FIG. 7 is turned off, power is not supplied to the switch 20 and the lighting device main body 10, so that the secondary voltage of the transformer 18 is not induced and the power failure occurs. Detection circuit 16
Is also turned off (points a to b in FIG. 8). Control unit 13
Since there is no output signal from the power failure detection circuit 16, the sensor mode is continued.
