内鍋が扱い難いといった問題点があった。すなわち、こ
の種の鍋にあっては組合せ収納を考慮してなるために、
内鍋に取手部材が無いものや、開口間に跨がる簡単な吊
り手具を設けたものが多く、調理の際に鍋本体内への収
容や取り出しに手間がかかるといった不具合を生じてお
り、また、内鍋が加熱された状態にある場合には特に、
内鍋を落としてしまい思わぬ事故を招いたりする虞れが
あるために注意する必要があった。 【0005】また、前記したような蒸し調理に係る内鍋
(トレー)にあっては、その用途が限定されているもの
が多く、例えば蒸し調理の次に煮炊き調理をするような
場合等には、また別の鍋を使用する必要があるなどの不
自由さを生ずることもあった。 【0006】本発明は前記事情から考えられたものであ
って、その目的は、鍋本体と同様の開口形状として取手
部材の共通化を図るとともに蒸気調理用の通穴を具備し
た上鍋を設けることにより、蒸し調理の際の上鍋の取り
扱いを安全なものとし、かつ上鍋の用途を拡げてなる組
合せ調理鍋を提供することにある。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】前記目的による本発明の
組合せ調理鍋は、開口周囲の鍋縁を外周縁が傾斜面でそ
の下側に取手装着用の外段部を有する突縁に形成する一

の下方内径を小径に設け外周端縁にて鍋本体の内段部と
の重合を図る係止段部を形成し、かつ、係止段部の周方
向に所定間隔をもって形成する長通穴を設けた上鍋とか

段部に上鍋の係止段部を重合させることにより組合せ収

とにより蒸気調理器(蒸し器)としての使用が可能にな
