成され、上階の柱底部と直下の下階の柱頂部とが接続用
ボルトで接続されたユニット建物において、 下階の柱頂部は、接続用ボルトを螺合可能に刻設された
雌ネジ部と、雌ネジ部の中心と同芯の円周上に上方に向
かって略等間隔で立設された複数本のガイドピンとを備
え、ガイドピンは先端に向かって先細の棒状になされ、
各ガイドピンの基端部に内接する内接円の直径が接続用
ボルトの頭部外径より大になされ、 上階の柱底部は、接続用ボルトの頭部を係止し軸部を貫
通可能に形成された貫通孔と、前記ガイドピンを嵌入可
能に形成された嵌合孔とを備え、 上階の柱底部が下階の柱頂部に設置され、ガイドピンが
先端部を突出させて前記嵌合孔に嵌入され、接続用ボル
トの頭部が前記貫通孔の周縁部に係止され、軸部が該貫
通孔を貫通して雌ネジ部に螺入されていることを特徴と
するユニット建物。
