A door lock of a vending machine in which a guard bar is disposed so as to straddle the door of the vending machine in order to enhance the antitheft performance is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 30543390. Things are known. In this conventional example, both ends of the guard bar are connected to the housing side wall of the vending machine via a ratchet mechanism. The relative rotation of the ratchet mechanism is regulated by a lock unit provided on the guard bar, and the ratchet mechanism relatively rotates only when the lock unit is unlocked, and rotates the guard bar around the pivot with respect to the housing 1. it can. In the locked state of the door, the guard bar is stopped at a position where it interferes with the opening trajectory of the door, and if the lock unit is locked in this state, the door cannot be opened. On the other hand, when the lock unit is in the unlocked state, it is possible to rotate the guard bar to a position that does not interfere with the opening trajectory of the door, and the opening operation to the door is allowed. In the prior art described above, the guard bar rotates around a fixed pivot, and the distance (radius of rotation) between the front of the guard bar and the pivot is invariable. In order to guarantee the above, it is necessary to arrange the pivot near the upper and lower ends of the housing. However, when the pivot is disposed near the upper and lower ends, in a tall vending machine, it is necessary to rotate the guard bar beyond the upper end edge of the door body, and the operability is poor. However, since the money storage unit disposed at the center of the door cannot be protected by the guard bar, it is not possible to prevent the door from being directly broken and taken out. Although it is possible to arrange the pivotal position in the center of the housing by increasing the radius of rotation,
In this case, the size of the guard bar protruding forward during locking is excessively large, which causes operational problems. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and has as its object to provide a door lock for a vending machine having high antitheft performance and easy unlocking operation. [0008] According to the present invention, the above object is achieved by a guide member 2 which is vertically rotatably mounted on both side walls of a housing 1 of a vending machine, and both ends of which are forwardly moved by the guide member 2. This is achieved by providing a door lock for a vending machine having a guard bar 3 which is supported so as to be able to be pulled out and a locking portion 4 which is attached to at least one of the guide members 2 and regulates forward movement to the guard bar 3. You. A lock member 4 is provided on a guide member 2 attached to both side walls of the housing 1 of the vending machine A and supporting the guard bar 3 so that it can be pulled out forward.
Is kept locked, the guard bar 3 cannot be pulled out forward. In this locked state, the guard bar 3 rotates around the center of rotation of the guide member 2 until it touches the door 5 of the vending machine A by its own weight, and is placed over the front surface of the door 5 of the vending machine A. 3 prevents the door 5 from being opened. In this state, if the guard bar 3 is set so as to be located in front of the money accommodating portion 6 accommodated behind the door body 5, it is possible to prevent the door body 5 from being directly broken and taking out the money accommodating portion 6, thereby preventing theft. The performance is further improved. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, A denotes a vending machine, which is formed by closing a front opening portion of a housing 1 with a door body 5. On the surface of the door body 5, a handle 7 with a lock that can be pulled out from the door body 5 in an unlocked state is arranged. In this embodiment, the door lock is used as an auxiliary lock for the handle 7 with a lock, and includes a guide member 2 fixed to both side walls of the housing 1 and a guide member 2.
And a guard bar 3 whose both ends are supported. The guard bar 3 is a round pipe-shaped metal rod, and has a main body 3a corresponding to the front wall of the door 5 and a main body 3a.
and a bent portion 3b formed by bending both ends of the end portion a backward. The bent portion 3b is formed in a U-shape, and a stopper flange 3c is provided at an end of each bent portion 3b. As shown in FIG. 3, the guide member 2 has a fixing portion 2a to the housing 1 and a rotating portion 2b, and a nut 2d is fastened to a fixing bolt 2c projecting from the fixing portion 2a toward the rear surface. Is fixed to the housing 1. The rotating portion 2b is rotatable around a shaft 2e disposed in the horizontal direction, and the bent portion 3b of the guard bar 3 is slidably inserted through the rotating portion 2b. Further, a locking section 4 is provided on the rotating section 2b. The locking portion 4 can be disposed on both of the guide members 2 disposed on both side walls of the housing 1 or on either one of them. As shown in FIG. 4, the locking portion 4 includes a cylinder lock 4a that can be rotated only by a key plate having a predetermined unlock code, and a rear end of the cylinder lock 4a has a circumferential direction. A cam plate 8 having a cam surface 8a whose height gradually changes is fixed. The cylinder lock 4a is used to make unauthorized unlocking operations such as picking difficult, and to effectively prevent rainwater or the like from entering from the above-described key plate insertion hole (key insertion hole).
The key insertion hole is arranged so as to face downward, that is, toward the installation floor surface 9 side. A circular cam portion 10 is provided on the cam plate 8.
The stopper members 10 provided with a are arranged in a stacked manner. The circular cam portion 10a is pressed against the cam surface 8a of the cam plate 8 by the compression spring 11, and with the rotation of the cam plate 8, the longitudinal direction of the cylinder lock 4a, that is,
Move up and down. The stopper member 10 includes a rotating part 2b.
And a rectangular plate-shaped stopper plate portion 10b fitted into the rectangular guide concave portion 12. Stopper plate part 1
0b is provided with a fitting protrusion 10c that can be fitted into the stopper recess 3d formed in the guard bar 3. Therefore, in this embodiment, in the locked state, the main body 3a of the guard bar 3 is in contact with the door 5 of the vending machine A as shown in FIG. As shown in (a), the fitting protrusion 10c of the stopper member 10 is fitted in the stopper recess 3d of the guard bar 3.
The guard bar 3 cannot be pulled out to the near side because of fitting. In this state, not only the door 5 cannot be opened, but also the main body 3a of the guard bar 3 is located in front of the money accommodating section 6 arranged behind the door 5, so that the door 5
Cannot be directly broken to remove the money storage unit 6. On the other hand, when the cylinder lock 4a is operated in the unlocking direction, as shown in FIG.
Rotates, and the stopper member 10 rises against the urging force of the compression spring 11. The upper stroke end position of the stopper member 10 corresponds to the unlocking position of the cylinder lock 4a. At this position, the fitting protrusion 10c is separated from the stopper recess 3d, so that the pull-out operation of the guard bar 3 is allowed. Become so. After that, as shown in FIG. 2B, the guard bar 3 is pulled out to the near side, and as shown in FIG.
When the guard bar 3 is rotated vertically, the main body 3a of the guard bar 3 can be opened from the opening trajectory of the door 5 so that the door 5 can be opened. Although FIG. 2 shows the case where the bent portion 3b of the guard bar 3 is formed in a straight line, for example, as shown in FIG. The bent portion 3b may be bent so that the bent portion 3b can be retracted to a position where the bent portion 3b does not completely interfere with the rotation locus of the edge. Further, in FIGS. 2 and 5, the bent portion 3b is formed integrally, but a telescopically expandable and contractible pipe body is connected from the stopper recess 3d to the free end (the end on the stopper flange 3c side). It is also possible to reduce the length of the bent portion 3b in the locked position. As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a vending machine door lock having high antitheft performance and easy unlocking operation.
