Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save trouble in recycling. SOLUTION: This packing device is provided with a corrugated cardboard bottom box 7 formed in a top open box shape and a bottom cushioning body 2 to be inserted in the box 7 with a product 1 placed thereon. On each four corner of the box 7, a folding piece 8 to be inwardly folded is formed continuously between neighboring side faces. A groove 6 for the piece 8 to be inserted is formed on the four corners of the body 2. Thus by simply taking out the bottom cushioning body 2 from the bottom box 7, the box 7 is easily deformed from a box shape to a plate shape.

Inserted along the inner peripheral surface of the first buffer body 3 and the second buffer body 4
The groove 6 formed on the lower box 7 is inserted into the folding piece 8 formed on the lower box 7. As a result, even if the jig is removed, the lower box 7 maintains the box-like state, and the first buffer 3 and the second buffer 3 of the lower buffer 2 are maintained.
The buffer body 4 is fixed at a predetermined position in the lower box 7.

As described above, by simply inserting the groove portions 6 of the lower shock absorber 2 into the folding pieces 8 formed at the four corners of the lower box 7, they can be assembled into a box shape and maintained in that state without being stapled. .

Further, since the groove portion 6 of the lower shock absorber 2 is formed in a taper shape whose width becomes narrower upward, when the lower shock absorber 2 is inserted into the lower box 7 from above the lower box 7. It can be easily inserted and the workability of assembling the lower box 7 can be improved.

The lower cushion 2 is fixed at a predetermined position by inserting the groove 6 into the folding piece 8 of the lower box 7. As a result, the two lower buffer bodies 2 are accommodated in the lower box 7 in a state of being spaced from each other, that is, the first buffer body 3
And the second buffer body 4, the first buffer body 3 and the second buffer body 4
It is possible to prevent the buffer body 4 from being displaced in the lower box 7. Thereby, the volume used for the lower buffer body 2 can be reduced, the influence on the environment can be reduced, and the storage portion 5 of the lower buffer body 2 can be reduced.
The lower part of the product 1 can be easily inserted into.

By the way, when the product 1 is used, the packaging is unpacked and the product 1 is taken out of the packing apparatus. After this,
The upper box 10 and the lower box 7 made of corrugated cardboard are recycled from a box shape to a flat plate shape so as not to be bulky during transportation.

At this time, the lower box 7 is not formed into a box shape by stapling, but is formed into a box shape only by inserting the folding piece 8 of the lower box 7 into the groove portion 6 of the lower buffer body 2. Since the lower buffer 7 is removed from the lower box 7, the box-like state can be easily changed into a plate shape, and the work for recycling can be easily performed without any trouble.

In the first embodiment described above, the folding piece 8 which is bent on the diagonal line of the square is formed between the adjacent side surfaces 7b and 7c, but the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is used. As shown in the form, the notch 1 is formed on the tip side of the folding piece 8.
2 may be formed.

In this case, when the lower box 7 is formed in a box shape,
The length by which the folding piece 8 projects inward can be shortened, and the lower cushion 2
Since the insertion into the groove portion 6 formed in 2 can be made shallow, it is possible to prevent the folding piece 8 from protruding more than necessary, especially when the height of the side surface of the lower box 7 becomes high. This allows
When the lower shock absorber 2 is inserted into the lower box 7, the folding piece 8 of the lower box 7 can be easily inserted into the groove 6 of the lower shock absorber 2, and the assembling workability can be improved.

Further, as in the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, at the upper end of the folding piece 8, the side surface outer periphery 8 of the folding piece 8 is formed.
You may form the folding | returning piece 13 bent in a side.

In this case, since the upper end of the folding piece 8 is not a cut surface but a substantially arcuate surface by bending, the upper end side of the folding piece 8 is unlikely to be caught when the lower shock absorber 2 is inserted into the lower box 7. The folding piece 8 of the lower box 7 can be more smoothly inserted into the groove 6 of the lower cushioning body 2, and the assembling workability can be improved.

In the first to third embodiments described above, the two lower buffer bodies 2 are accommodated in the lower box 7 in the state of being spaced apart from each other, that is, the first buffer body 3 and the second buffer body 4. However, it may be composed of a plurality of buffer bodies housed in the lower box 7 in a state of being spaced from each other.
