Explaining this point in detail, the body member 3 of this embodiment
Is a bottomless cylindrical shape, the plate material is curved by press working or the like and the end portions are joined to obtain a bottomless cylindrical body,
The inner edge 3a is formed by expanding both opening edge portions of this bottomless cylindrical body to the outside by press working or the like to form the collar portion 14, while the plate material is curved by press working or the like and the end portions are joined together. To form a bottomless cylindrical outer cylinder 3b, and by joining the tip edge of the flange portion 14 of the inner cylinder 3a and the opening edge of the outer cylinder 3b in a vacuum sealing furnace, Tube 3a and outer tube 3
It is possible to form a structure in which the vacuum heat insulating portion 13 is provided between the same and b (see FIGS. 8 and 9).

On the other hand, in the case of the bottomed cylindrical member 23 of the conventional example, when adopting the method of joining the two members of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder as described above, the plate material is drawn into a bottomed cylindrical body. There is a problem that deformation processing is indispensable and this drawing processing is very troublesome, and its formation is troublesome. There is also a method in which bottomless cylinders are respectively adopted as the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and bottom members are joined to the respective bottomless cylinders to form bottomed cylinders. There are many and many joining processes, and their formation is cumbersome in the end.

C A mode of use in which the body member 3 is solely used as a cold insulation wall, and the body member 3 is arranged around the pan 6 in an upright state (see FIG. 5). According to this usage mode, heat is prevented from being dissipated from the pan 6 in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, it is safe because the pan 6 that is heated and hot can be kept in a cool temperature state by moving the body member 3 without moving the pan 6. Further, according to this usage mode, for example, only by disposing the body member 3 around the pan 6 that is hot on the stove, the heat retaining effect is exhibited, and the use without moving the pan 6 at all is possible. This is a possible and extremely safe mode of use.

D All of a, b, and c are combined, a bottom member 1, a ceiling member 2, and a body member 3 are continuously provided, and a lid 4 for surrounding the entire circumference of the pan 6 is provided as in the conventional example. Usage mode as the cold insulator 5. By this usage mode, heat dissipation in all directions of the pan 6, above and below and the circumferential direction is prevented as in the conventional example. Further, at this time, the pan 6 is placed on the bottom member 1, and then the body member 3 and the top member 2 are connected to the bottom member 1 to reduce the vertical movement amount of the pan 6 as much as possible. Therefore, the cold insulation work of the pan 6 can be safely performed (see FIG. 6).
