低減できない場合もあって問題となっており、ここに本

情に鑑み、これらの課題を解決することを目的として創
作されたものであって、エンジンからの排気ガスをマフ
ラーを経由して排出するように構成してなる建設機械に
おいて、前記マフラーを取付け支持するための取付け部
材とマフラーとのあいだに、緩衝材を介装したものであ
る。そして、この様にすることにより、マフラーと取付
部材とは、両者のあいだに介装せしめた緩衝材によって
互いに防振された状態となって、騒音、異音等を効果的
に低減できる。このものにおいて、取付け部材が、マフ
ラーの下半部に外嵌する円弧状の取付け座を有するもの
である場合には、緩衝材を、取付け座とマフラーとのあ
いだに介装することにより、高い防音効果を得ることが
できる。さらにこのものにおいて、マフラーは、該マフ
ラーの上半部に外嵌する円弧状部を有するUボルトによ
り取付け部材に固定されると共に、該Uボルトの円弧状
部とマフラーとのあいだに、緩衝材を介装することによ
り、防音効果をさらに向上させることができる。また、
Uボルトのマフラー上半部に外嵌する円弧状部を平板帯
状に形成したものでは、Uボルトとマフラーとの接触圧
を低下させることができるという利点がある。さらにま
た、マフラーの略全周に緩衝材を巻装してもよく、この
場合にも、高い防音効果を発揮できる。また、これらの
ものにおいて、緩衝材を、接着剤により取付け部材また
はマフラーに固着することにより、緩衝材がズレてしま

に、緩衝材14がズレてしまうことを防止するため、接
着剤を用いて緩衝材14を取付け座11bあるいはマフ

に介装せしめた緩衝材14によって互いに防振された状
態となり、而して、騒音、異音等を効果的に低減でき
