2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a structure made of concrete is constructed, it is framed as a formwork for concrete pouring, and when the pouring concrete is solidified, it remains on the surface of the concrete and the formwork is not removed. Remaining formwork is known. With respect to this residual mold, the present inventor has disclosed that as a residual mold that can be firmly bonded to concrete to be cast and does not fall off, and that the framework can be strengthened.
04900, JP-A-10-204901, etc. The outline of the configuration of the proposed residual formwork is as follows: a concrete surface formwork member, a mesh body embedded in the surface formwork member, fixed to the meshwork body, and provided on the back surface of the front formwork member. In the remaining formwork consisting of the channel material, the channel material is a light channel steel having a U-shaped cross section, one of the symmetrical cross sections is embedded in the front frame member, and the other is The front formwork member is exposed from the backside. Further, the channel steel is framed in a square shape.

However, in the channel steel in the conventional residual formwork described above, the pressing metal fittings are necessarily required to connect the stacked residual formwork, and therefore the parts of the entire fixture are required. The number is large and the cost is high.
In addition, the use of the above-mentioned holding metal fittings presses the connecting metal fittings to the grooved steel with the tightening pressure of the screws to connect the remaining formwork, so that reliable tightening is required. However, there is a problem that the remaining formwork piled up may collapse.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. First, in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 below, (1)
Is a concrete plate body. This plate body (1) is a plate-like one in which concrete is hardened with a constant thickness and area, and as the concrete, general Portland cement is hardened by mixing an appropriate amount of aggregate such as sand or the like, or simply Although many things such as resin concrete and those hardened only with special silica cement are used, the hardened concrete is impregnated and polymerized with a low-viscosity vinyl monomer, or short metal fibers are mixed into the concrete to harden it, and You may use the thing which impregnated and superposed | polymerized the vinyl-type polymer of viscosity and improved the durability and mechanical strength remarkably. Also, the plate body (1)
In order to improve the appearance, the surface of the product is usually given a makeup finish to form the makeup part (1b), but depending on the place of use, the makeup finish may not be necessary and may not be done.
It should be noted that the groove (1c) for injecting the caulking agent may be provided on the entire circumference of the side surface of the plate body (1) in order to prevent the poured concrete from leaking out from the overlapping portion during stacking.

Reference numeral (2) is a net-like body entirely embedded in the plate body (1), and the net-like body (2) is for reinforcing the plate body (1). Further, a surface-treated wire mesh and a perforated wire mesh plate are used for the mesh body (2), and in particular, the expanded metal is strong in view of its unique mesh shape, in terms of bondability with the plate body (1) and inexpensive. Preference is given to using. Further, as the surface treatment of the mesh body (2), plating treatment, painting treatment or the like is performed. At this time, the double-coating cationic electrodeposition coating is particularly preferable because the anticorrosive effect is extremely high. The double coat cationic electrodeposition coating is a coating method in which the conventional cationic electrodeposition coating is performed twice, and this requires the smoothness of the coated surface of the object to be coated in the conventional single cationic electrodeposition coating. It is a coating method for eliminating the corrosion resistance and smoothness of the coated surface of the edge portion without coating the edge portion. That is, in the first electrodeposition, the function of only the edge corrosion resistance is provided, and the decrease in the smoothness of the coated surface caused by it is intended to be covered by the second electrodeposition. In this double-coat cation electrodeposition coating, when the reticulate body (2) is an expanded metal, the edge portion is particularly large, so that the edge portion can be well coated, which is an extremely effective rust preventive effect and durability. Increase.

(3) uses light channel steel having a U-shaped cross section,
This is a shaped steel in which four pieces are arranged in a square shape and framed by welding, and the flat plate portion (3a) of the shaped steel (3) is parallel to the back surface (1a) of the plate body (1) and the shaped steel ( 3) Opening surface (3c)
Are faced to the inside and are framed. The left end of the symmetrical cross section of the shaped steel (3) is fixed to the mesh body (2) by welding, and the whole mesh body (2) and approximately the left half of the shape steel (3) are inside the plate body (1). The right half of the symmetrical cross-section buried in is exposed from the back surface (1a) of the plate body (1). Therefore, the exposed flat plate (3
a) is a surface parallel to the back surface (1a) of the plate body (1). The shaped steel (3) may be chevron steel other than the light grooved steel as described above, that is, it has a flat plate portion (3a) parallel to the back surface (1a) of the plate body (1). Any shaped steel (3) or a steel material equivalent to those shaped steels (3) may be used. Further, the opening surface (3c) of the shaped steel (3) is not limited to the frame and facing toward the opposite side as shown in FIG. You may point.

Further, a large number of screw holes (3b) are formed in the flat plate portion (3a) of the exposed portion of the shaped steel (3).
The screw hole (3b) is a hole into which a screw is screwed or penetrated. The screw holes (3b) are usually formed at equal intervals over the entire circumference of the rectangular flat plate portion (3a), but if necessary, a plurality of holes are formed only at the corner portion and the central portion. You may. Also, as shown in Fig. 3, screw holes (3
As b), there are a tapped screw hole, a tapping screw hole in FIG. In particular, when the screw hole (3b) is subjected to a brim processing, the screw hole can be lengthened and many screw grooves can be formed, and the coupling with the bolt becomes high, which is preferable. The shaped steel (3) is a net (2).
Perform the same surface treatment as.

Next, a method for connecting and fixing the stacked remaining formwork of the present invention to each other will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 shows a state in which four remaining formwork are stacked. Reference numeral 5 shows a cross-sectional view in a connected state. In both of these figures, three types are shown, in which four plate bodies (1) are connected and fixed, two upper and lower plates are connected and fixed, and two left and right plates are connected. Connection plate (4)
And tightening screws (5) can be used. First, when connecting and fixing four plate bodies (1), each of the four shaped steel (3)
The connecting plate (4) is applied over the corners of the connecting plate (4), and at that time, the stupid holes formed in the squares of the connecting plate (4) and the screw holes (3b ) Are set so that they match each other, so that they are connected and fixed by tightening with four tightening screws (5). When connecting the upper and lower or left and right plate bodies (1), the connecting plate (4) is applied to the shaped steel (3) close to each of the upper and lower or left and right plate bodies (1), Alternatively, the left and right two screws can be connected and fixed by tightening with a total of four tightening screws (5). Therefore, as the fixture, a simple combination of the connecting plate (4) and the tightening screw (5) enables various combinations of connecting and fixing.

By providing a large number of screw holes (3b) in the flat plate portion (3a) of the shaped steel (3) exposed on the back surface (1a) of the plate body (1), the screw holes (3b) are formed. When you use
When stacking the remaining formwork of the present invention, the connection and fixing can be performed only by using at least the connection plate (4) and the tightening screw (5), which is compared to the conventional complicated fixing tool. The number of parts required for the work can be reduced and the work is simplified, resulting in a reduction in construction cost.
