Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, as a floor heating structure by circulating a heat medium such as hot water, a foamed resin or wood having a storage pipe for accommodating a flexible pipe for circulating the heat medium formed in a meandering pattern on the upper surface. A flexible pipe for circulating a heat medium is accommodated in the pipe accommodating groove of the plate-like body, and the flexible pipe as a heat radiating material such as aluminum foil is covered on the flexible pipe to cover the sheet. A structure is often used in which a floor heating panel attached to a non-groove portion is laid on a floor base material or an existing floor finishing material, and the floor finishing material is laid on it.

Since the heat medium circulation flexible pipe housed in the use groove is fixed and not integrated with the flexible sheet as the heat dissipation material, a space is created between the pipe and the flexible sheet, It cannot be said that the heat dissipation efficiency is necessarily excellent, and there is a drawback that the floor heating function cannot be sufficiently exhibited.

When a heating structure is formed by using the heat radiator thus formed, it is possible to provide a heating panel in which a groove for accommodating the arranged pipe is bored and which can be easily installed. Further, the heating panel of the present invention can be laid according to the area to be heated, and since the number of types of the panel itself is small, it is suitable for small-quantity mass production and product management is easy.
