Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary block for a sidewalk-roadway boundary block or an L-shaped channel block having a draining structure to be used at a boundary part, which is capable of easily and correctly draining water from a paved surface in rain or the like, and which is of excellent workability and easy manufacture. SOLUTION: A cut recess 10 is formed to be protruded on the other side having a small lock part 11 in a bottom surface of an inverted T-shaped sidewalk-roadway boundary block with foundation or an L-shaped channel block. One to several through holes 12 communicated with the recess 10 are provided in side surfaces, or water collecting grooves 13 are provided in both end surfaces in a block length direction on one surface side or both surface sides to form a boundary block provided with water passages to be applicable to draining type pavement.

2. Description of the Related Art When a pool of water occurs on a road surface such as during rain, the traveling vehicle slips and splashes water, and diffuse reflection due to lights causes the vehicle to drive safely and pedestrians to walk on the sidewalk. In order to smoothly drain water on the road surface, a porous water-permeable structure 17 having a porous upper surface and a water-impermeable structure 18 at the lower portion are formed.
The drainage pavement 15 consisting of two layers has come to be used, and in order to quickly collect rainwater that has penetrated into this pavement into the drainage structure installed on the road shoulder, Some sort of ingenuity has been made. That is, as a drainage structure installed at the site, as shown in FIG. 11, a spiral pipe 28 is embedded in the lower part of the boundary between the rolled-up concrete portion 26 of the pedestrian road boundary block 9 and the drainage pavement 15, and water from the drainage pavement 15 is embedded. That accepts in the pipe and Fig. 1
As shown in 2, a drain metal fitting 29 of inverted U shape or skeleton shape having several openings 30 on the drainage pavement side and the upper part where the concrete nails 31 are driven into the impermeable layer 18 and fixed to the same boundary as above. In general, it is common practice to receive water from the drainage pavement 15 and surplus water 24 that cannot be completely permeated by the drainage pavement 15 in a heavy rain.

Further, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-345508, for convenience of construction, a pedestrian road boundary block or an L-shaped gutter block is formed with a water channel which is cylindrical or has an open bottom and is covered with a base concrete. It has been announced that it has a function of draining water from drainage pavement through a plurality of through holes continuously provided in the water channel in the longitudinal direction of the block.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Drainage pavements that require voids have weaker strength than asphalt pavements with a dense structure, and have difficulty in durability such as being easily rutted by running vehicles. Has the drawback of increasing
Since the spiral pipe or the inverted U-shaped drain metal fitting shown in FIG. 12 needs to be replaced each time the repair work is performed, it is inevitable that the cost for the construction will increase.

Further, it is weak in strength to form a cylindrical communicating water channel in a member having a thin thickness such as the pedestrian road boundary block or the L-shaped gutter block disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-345508. It is also very difficult to manufacture, and the method is to place steel cylinders inside the formwork, wrap a soft vinyl cylinder around it to make it double, and then place concrete, and after hardening. It will be released from the mold. The work involves first pulling out the tubular material, and then pulling out the vinyl tube, which is time-consuming and makes it impossible to form a water channel with a uniform diameter in the extension direction. It is easy to cause a decrease in drainage capacity, and it is difficult to clean the inside of the waterway, which is disadvantageous in that it takes time and labor. Further, even if the tubular member is divided at the center and a gradient is provided to facilitate extraction, there is a similar problem and it is difficult to solve. Further, a block with an open bottom has been proposed, but since it is installed on a base concrete that is uneven in thickness with a trowel during construction and the thickness is not uniform, just laying a mortar will block the block. The effect of completely stopping the water in the gap of the base concrete cannot be expected, and conversely, if an adhesive is used to prevent water leakage, there are major drawbacks in that it requires a lot of construction work and is expensive.

FIG. 4 shows still another example of the pedestrian road boundary block 2 used for a semi-flat sidewalk as in FIG. 3, and in order to prevent the block 3 from moving due to earth pressure on the roadway side, FIG. The overhanging portion 22 facing the sidewalk of the pedestrian road boundary block 1 shown in Fig. 3 is formed to be low so as to resist the overloaded load. Even if a paving flat plate is laid on the sidewalk, the flat plate foundation is used. It is suitable because it does not disturb the formation of Further, the pedestrian road boundary portion 21 and the overhanging portion 22 on the roadway side.
The slit portion 23 is formed to lead from the intersection to the convex cut-in concave portion 10 on the bottom surface. As shown in FIG.
The structure is such that it is guided to the convex cut recess 10 formed on the bottom surface.

It goes without saying that there is no limitation on the number, both sides, one side, etc., and various combinations may be used to form a water guiding structure according to the purpose.

The shape of the cut recess 10 on the bottom surface of the block may be any one of a semicircle, an arch, a triangle, a quadrangle, and a pentagon, and a small locking provided on the cut recess 10. Since the U-shaped gutter 20 installed in the part 11 is for smooth drainage of drainage, it does not need to be installed when rainwater permeates and retains subgrades and subgrades for groundwater recharge and heat island measures. . Further, the makeup joint 1 formed at both longitudinal end portions of the pedestrian road boundary portion 21.
It is obvious that 4 is not limited in size, shape and mounting location, and may be mounted on the L-shaped side groove block.

[Effects of the Invention] When a road surface is formed by a water-permeable layer such as a drainage pavement on a roadway or a water-permeable pavement on a sidewalk, simply by installing the block at the boundary, a drainage structure such as a metal fitting or a gutter is provided near the block. It is possible to collect rainwater, snowmelt water, etc. from the pavement effectively and efficiently without providing any space, and to make it longer than the conventional boundary block. Since the strength is increased, the stability is also increased, and the manufacturing is easy and low cost, the work can be simplified, the repair work cost of the pavement work can be reduced, and the construction period can be shortened. Furthermore, it is an invention that has great economic and industrial effects as it helps recharge groundwater and solve the heat island phenomenon, which has become a problem in urban areas in recent years.
