Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a mold which enable manufacture of a homogeneous molded article of a large adhesive strength from lignocellulose and also enable further simplification of a manufacturing apparatus thereof and easy and inexpensive automation of equipment. SOLUTION: The mold 1 has a constitution wherein a male form 2 and a female form 3 are fitted and supported by a support 4 so that they can move vertically. A primary molded article 7 made of the subdivided lignocellulose is inserted into the mold from an opening part 6 opened by rotating a connecting rod 5 and it is pressed, clamped and locked at the clamping position by a locking mechanism provided for the mold. The mold 1 holding the primary molded article 7 can be moved, as it is, to each manufacturing process.

2. Description of the Related Art A method for producing a board, a composite wood, a molded product or the like from a lignocellulosic material without using a synthetic resin binder is disclosed in JP-A-60-206604. A method for producing a wooden board from a finely divided wooden raw material without using an adhesive is also disclosed in JP-A-10-16.
It is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 6323. The advantage of these manufacturing methods is that they do not require expensive adhesive binders and have excellent economic and environmental properties. However, currently commercialized products are only to the extent that wooden boards are used for weed control as civil engineering materials, and the manufacturing method is the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-342504.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the invention of claim 1 compresses and reduces the volume of the finely divided lignocellulosic material so that the volume becomes 1/4 to 2/3. A primary molded product is made and the primary molded product is housed in a molding die. The molding die is placed in a pressure vessel and steamed. After that, the molding die is taken out from the pressure vessel, and the die is closed with a press machine at a pressure of 2 MPa or more.
Immobilization with water vapor is carried out with the mold closed.

[0012] This molding die facilitates insertion into and removal from the molding die, and can be handled in the form of a volume-reduced primary molded product, so that the molding die can be downsized. Further, instead of accommodating in the form of a primary molded product, it is also possible to directly accommodate the fragmented lignocellulosic material from the opening of the molding die without forming the primary molded product.

Since the primary molded product easily loses its shape, it is placed on a seat plate made of a flat plate or the like during transportation. For products with complicated patterns and three-dimensional molded products, use a seat plate whose upper surface is formed to correspond to the molded product, so that the female form can be matched to the type of molded product. Various molded products can be manufactured by changing only the seat plate without changing. On the upper surface of the seat plate, Teflon coating or Teflon sheet is attached so that the seat plate and the molded product can be easily separated.

A primary molded product made from a chip form is difficult to form and soon loses its shape. In that case, two L-shaped plates are stacked face-to-face to form a kite type (trough type) seat plate, in which the primary molded product is made, and then transferred and attached to and removed from the molding die as it is. To do so. It is difficult to remove the molded product with the integrated type seat plate, but in the case of the seat plate combined with the L-shape to form the seat type, the molded product can be easily taken out and taken out. .
