FIG. 10 shows the relationship between the cutting tool attached to the upper holder and the cutting tool attached to the lower holder, and 11 is a female die attached to the lower rotary shaft 12. 2 is a cutting blade for cutting, and 13 is a male cutting blade attached to a rotary shaft 14 parallel to the rotary shaft 12. The male cutting blade 13 meshes with the female cutting blade 11 so that the edge portion of the female cutting blade 11 and the edge portion of the male cutting blade 13 corrugate the corrugated board. A predetermined portion of the plate 15 will be cut. During such cutting work, the corrugated board 15 is provided with a liner 2 formed by a crease roll on a line connecting the crease processing position and the cutting process position.
Is crushed from above and below by a crushing roll to prevent the breakage of the sheet, and the corrugated board 15 is rotated from above and below on both sides of the meshing portion between the female cutting blade 11 and the male cutting blade 13. Press roll 1 attached to shaft 14
6 and the pressing roll 17 attached to the rotating shaft 12 sandwiches and deforms, and moves in the cutting direction.

That is, the corrugated sheet 1 is formed by engaging the male cutting blade 13 with the female cutting blade 11.
The liner 2 sandwiching the liner is cut linearly, but the corrugated plate 1 sandwiched between the liner 2 is cut in a state in which the original wave shape is largely lost. That is, since the corrugated sheet 1 is crushed and cut while the original shape of the wave is greatly deformed, the direction of the wave at the positions of the cutting tools 11 and 13 is not uniform, and the corrugated plate is A whisker-like protrusion 18 (see FIG. 11) is generated on the corrugated plate 1 on the end face of the corrugated board 15, and the whiskers-like protrusion 18 is cut off when the packaging box 3 is assembled and falls inside the packaging box 3. In addition, there is a problem that the beard-like protrusions 18 are cut off and mixed into the stored object when the stored object is stored in the packaging box 3. In addition, the liner 2 is sharply cut by the cutting blades 11 and 13, and the hand is instantaneously rubbed against the end face of the liner 2 that is sharply cut during handling in the unfolded state or during assembly. There was a problem.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention is a male cutting tool used in combination with a female cutting tool for cutting corrugated board, and has a gentle curve. The gist of the present invention is that grooves having a V-shaped cross section are provided at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the blade portion that is curved in an arc shape. Further, the gist of the present invention is that the length of the groove is set to be larger than the depth of engagement with the female cutting blade + the thickness of the corrugated board in the portion to be cut.

With this configuration, in the male cutting blade used in combination with the female cutting blade for cutting the corrugated board, a V-shaped cross section or a cross section is formed at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the blade portion. By providing a groove with a semi-circular shape or a cross-sectional shape, the whisker-shaped protrusion of the corrugated sheet that was left on the end surface of the corrugated board in the past is the side of the blade in the rotational movement direction in the length direction of the blade. Cut off at the edge,
The whisker-like protrusions on the end face of the corrugated board disappear. In addition, since the male cutting blade has grooves formed at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the blade, cutting is performed by meshing between the male cutting blade and the female cutting blade. As a result of the small protrusions being formed on the end face of the liner at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the liner, even if the end face of the liner is rubbed by the hand, the hands will not be cut and the cardboard packaging box is safe. Will be able to provide.

The male cutting tool 23 of the present embodiment
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a blade portion 28 that is curved in an arc shape with a gentle curve in its side surface is provided, and one end of the cutting blade 23 has a corrugated cardboard plate 25 by the cutting blade 23. A blade portion 23a for cutting off one end of a scrap piece that is produced during cutting is cut from the corrugated board 25. More specifically, the blade portions 28 are formed on both sides in the thickness direction, and the edge portion 2 has a sharp tip at the tip.
9 is equipped. Grooves 30 having a V-shaped cross section are formed in the blade portions 28 on both sides at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the blade portions 28. The length of the groove 30 is determined by the depth of engagement between the male cutting blade 23 and the female cutting blade 21 + the corrugated board plate 25 of the portion to be cut.
And the depth of the groove 30 in the thickness direction of the blade 28 is gradually increased toward the tip of the blade 28. By forming such grooves 30 in the male cutting blade 23 at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the blade portion 28, the male cutting blade 23 meshes with the female cutting blade 21. When cutting a predetermined portion of the corrugated board 25 with a corrugated board, the corrugated board left on the end surface of the corrugated board 25 cut by meshing with the male cutting blade 23 and the female cutting blade 21 in the conventional example. The whisker-shaped protrusion 31 is cut off at the edge portion of the end on the upper side in the rotational movement direction of one of the grooves 30 in the lengthwise direction of the blade portion 28, and there is a whisker-shaped protrusion on the end surface of the corrugated board 25. Will not do. Further, since the grooves 28 on both sides of the male cutting tool 23 are formed with grooves 30 having a V-shaped cross section at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the blades 28, the cutting tool for male cutting is used. The V-shaped small projections are formed on the end faces of the liners 32 sandwiching the corrugated plates 31 cut by the engagement between the blades 23 and the female cutting blade 21 at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the end faces of the liners 32. 33 is formed. As a result, even if the hand is rubbed against the end face of the liner 32, the hand will not be cut, and a safe cardboard packaging box can be provided.

The male cutting tool 23 attached to the rotary shaft 24 includes a moving tool and a fixed tool,
Since both the moving blade and the fixed blade have the same shape, only one is shown in the drawings. Further, the male cutting blade 23 has blade portions 28 formed on both sides in the thickness direction and is used to separate adjacent flaps at the time of manufacturing a packaging box. In the male cutting tool used to cut off the excess corrugated board on the side of the bottom plate forming flaps and the upper lid forming flaps at the lower and upper ends of the side plates, the blade part is formed on one side in the thickness direction. It should be done.

By the way, in the above-described first embodiment, the blade portion 28 of the male cutting blade 23 has the blade portion 2
8, grooves 30 having a V-shaped cross section are provided at appropriate intervals in the length direction,
The small V-shaped protrusions 33 are formed on the end faces of the liners 32 at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the end faces of the liner 32. However, the groove 30 may have a semicircular cross section or a kite cross section. It is also possible to form small protrusions such as semicircles or ridges at appropriate intervals in the length direction of the end surface of the liner 32.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a male cutting tool used in combination with a female cutting tool for cutting corrugated board, the length direction of the blade portion is appropriate. By providing grooves having a V-shaped section, a semi-circular section, or a recessed section at intervals, the whisker-shaped protrusions of the corrugated sheet, which were left on the end face of the corrugated board in the past, are located in any of the lengthwise directions of the blade section. The groove is cut off at the end on the upstream side in the rotational movement direction, and the whiskers-like protrusions on the end face of the corrugated board disappear.
