口を開閉するドア装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】開口上部に配設した案内レールに沿って
ドアを移動させて開口を開閉する冷凍冷蔵庫等では、閉
塞位置でドアを開口周囲に押し付けて密閉するような案
内レール構造になっている。このため、ドア開閉の自動
化を目的としてドアaとリニアモータbの可動子cを、
ドアaのハンガーブラケットhに固定した鋼板製ジョイ
ントdにより連結する場合、該ジョイントdと可動子c
を開閉方向と略直交する方向に相対移動可能な構成にす
る必要がある。このため、図6に示すように可動子cに
設けた嵌合部材eが嵌合するとともに、閉塞位置でドア
aが開閉方向と略直交する方向に移動できるような嵌合
孔fをジョイントdに設けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、嵌合部
材eはクッションゴムgを介してジョイントdの嵌合孔
fに嵌合しているため、ドアaの開閉の都度嵌合部材e
がジョイントdの嵌合孔f内でドアaの開閉移動方向と
略直交する方向に相対移動するため、クッションゴムg
が磨耗し易い。また、クッションゴムgを介して連結し
ているため、高出力のリニアモータでは、可動子cに対
するドアaの追従性が悪くガタを生じて円滑に開閉でき
ないという問題点があった。本発明は上記問題点を解決
するためになされたもので、鋼板製ジョイントを用いな
い簡単な構成で、ドアをリニアモータにより円滑に自動
開閉できるドア装置を提供することを目的とするもので
ある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めの請求項1に記載のドア装置は、ドアを開口上部に配
設した案内レールに沿って転動するローラにより開閉自
在に支持し、かつ前記案内レールにはドアが閉塞位置に
ある時前記ローラが係合する部分を内側に変位させる変
位部を形成して、閉塞位置でドアを開口周囲に押し付け
て密閉するドア装置において、前記案内レールと平行に
リニアモータを設け、該リニアモータの可動子と前記ド
アとを開方向及び閉方向における2本の牽引ワイヤーで
連結したことを特徴とする。

【作用及び発明の効果】請求項1に記載のドア装置によ
れば、開方向及び閉方向における2本の牽引ワイヤーで
リニアモータの可動子と連結されたドアは、閉塞位置に
移動すると、案内レールの変位部により開口周囲に押し
付けられる。また、開方向移動時にはドアが開口周囲か
ら離れる。このときのドアの開閉方向と略直交する方向
の動きは、2本の牽引ワイヤーにより吸収されて直接可
動子には伝わらない。2本の牽引ワイヤーで連結する方
式であるから、構成が簡単になるとともにドアに作用す
る衝撃が可動子に直接伝わることがない。また、開方向
及び閉方向における2本の牽引ワイヤーで連結したこと
により、可動子に対するドアの追従性がよくなり円滑に
開閉できる。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施形態について添付図
面を参照して説明する。図1は冷凍冷蔵庫1の正面図、
図2は要部の斜視図、図3は要部の側断面図、図4は案
内レール13と支持ローラ23を示した斜視図、図5は
牽引ワイヤー27の締着状態を示した要部の正面図であ
る。冷凍冷蔵庫1の前面パネル2には一部に開口3が形
成され、その上部にリニアモータ4を組み込んだモータ
レール5が水平に配設されている。モータレール5内に
は、可動子6が走行自在に配置されている。該可動子6
の側面の2箇所には、モータレール5の全長に亘って側
面に設けたスリット7から外部に突出する接続ブラケッ
ト8が取り付けられている。各接続ブラケット8は、ワ
イヤー係入溝9が形成されたワイヤー係止片10を備え
ている。
【0007】モータレール5の下方には前面パネル2の
手前側に突出する支持アーム11が設けられ、該支持ア
ーム11の先端支持部12に案内レール13が水平に支
持されている。案内レール13は、中空角パイプ14を
用いその一つの稜角14aが上端となるように配置され
ている。そして、案内レール13には、開口3に対応す
る2ヶ所に樹脂製レール15が嵌め込まれている。図3
に示すように、樹脂製レール15には稜角14aに連続
するとともに、前面パネル2側に変位する変位部16が
形成されている。
【0008】上記開口3を開閉するドア21は、上端左
右に固定したハンガーブラケット22に設けた支持ロー
ラ23を上記案内レール13に跨装して吊持されてい
る。各ハンガーブラケット22には、ワイヤー締着ブラ
ケット24が取り付けられている。また、ドア21の裏
面には、外周部に沿って逆U字形のシールゴム25が取
り付けられている。さらに、ドア21の裏面の下端縁に
は、冷凍冷蔵庫1の設置フロワーFLに接触するいわゆ
るズリゴム26が取り付けられている。

閉方向における2本の牽引ワイヤー27により連結され
