Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for automatically rotating a wind direction adjusting louver rotatably supported at a hot air outlet by a louver driving motor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a bathroom heater having an excellent moisture-proof structure for a louver drive motor. 2. Description of the Related Art A bathroom heater / dryer that heats a bathroom by blowing hot air into the bathroom using heat of hot water supplied from a hot water heating heat source device is usually provided with a hot air heater. A wind direction adjusting louver for adjusting the wind direction is rotatably supported at the outlet, and there is a type in which the wind direction is automatically adjusted by rotating such a wind direction adjusting louver by a motor. . [0003] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, an outlet unit 51 includes a frame member 52 forming an outlet for warm air.
And a motor accommodating box 53 connected to one side plate 52a of the frame member 52. The motor accommodating box 53 has an opening formed on the side and a lid member 5 formed therein.
It can be opened and closed by 3a. The frame member 52 forming the air outlet unit 51 is formed with a bearing portion 54 that penetrates the left and right side plates 52a.
The wind direction adjusting louver 55 is rotatably supported by the air outlet unit 51 by inserting the protruding rotation shaft 56 of 5. A bearing portion 54 formed on one side plate 52a of the frame member 52 projects into a motor housing box 53 connected to the side plate 52a, and is driven by a louver drive screwed into the motor housing box 53. The drive shaft 58 of the motor 57 is connected to the rotation shaft 56 of the wind direction adjusting louver 55 inserted through the bearing portion 54. Therefore, when the louver drive motor 57 is operated, the wind direction adjusting louver 55 rotates in the air outlet, and the wind direction is automatically adjusted. Since the bathroom heater / dryer is installed in a bathroom with high humidity, the above-described louver driving motor 57 is housed in the motor housing box 53. High humidity air may enter the motor housing box 53 from the bearing portion 54 of the frame member 52 through which the rotary shaft 56 is inserted.
In this bathroom heating / drying machine, grease G is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 56 of the wind direction adjusting louver 55, and a slight gap formed between the rotating shaft 56 and the bearing portion 54 by the grease G. To prevent the humid air in the bathroom from entering the motor housing box 53 from the bearing portion 54 formed on the frame member 52. As described above, by interposing grease between the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 56 of the wind direction adjusting louver 55 and the inner peripheral surface of the bearing portion 54, as described above, When moisture-proof measures are taken for the louver drive motor 57 housed and fixed in the motor housing box 53,
An appropriate amount of grease must be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 56 of the wind direction adjusting louver 55. However, since the appropriate amount of grease applied to the rotating shaft 56 is extremely small (about 0.02 g), the grease is applied to the bathroom. During the production of the heating / drying machine, it is extremely difficult to control whether an appropriate amount of grease is uniformly applied to the rotating shaft 56 of the wind direction adjusting louver 55, and sufficient reliability for the sealing performance has not been obtained. . Further, when parts such as the wind direction adjusting louver 55 are replaced for maintenance or the like, grease must be applied to the rotating shaft 56 of the wind direction adjusting louver 55 every time, and maintenance is performed. There is also a problem that replacement work of parts at the time becomes complicated. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom heater capable of realizing a highly reliable moisture-proof structure for a mounted louver drive motor and easily performing a part replacement operation during maintenance. Is to provide. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a frame member forming a hot air outlet and a motor housing connected to the frame member. An outlet unit having a box, a wind direction adjusting louver rotatably supported by the frame member, and a louver drive motor housed and fixed in the motor housing box, forming the motor housing box. The wind direction adjusting louver, which is inserted through a bearing portion passing through the frame member, is connected to the drive shaft of the louver driving motor housed and fixed in the motor housing box, and the wind direction adjusting louver is In a bathroom heater which is rotated by a louver drive motor, an end face of the bearing portion on the side of the motor housing box and the louver drive motor are rotated. The sealing material was sandwiched between the casing and the casing. As described above, in this bathroom heater, the sealing member is sandwiched between the end face of the bearing on the motor housing box side and the casing of the louver drive motor, so that the rotating shaft of the wind direction adjusting louver is provided. Even if air with high humidity in the bathroom enters the bearing portion into which is inserted, the air does not enter the motor housing box, and the inside of the motor housing box can be securely sealed. Also, unlike conventional bathroom heaters, grease is not necessarily used in which it is difficult to control whether or not it has been properly applied. Therefore, it is possible to ensure sufficient reliability for sealing performance. As well as improve productivity, and replace parts during maintenance.
The maintenance work does not become particularly complicated because only the parts need to be replaced. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. This bathroom heater / dryer 1 is shown in FIG.
As shown in (a) to (c) and FIG. 2, the heat exchanger 4 for performing heat exchange between hot water supplied from a hot water heating heat source device installed outdoors and air in the bathroom, and the inside of the bathroom. The main body case 2 includes a main body case 2 having an open front surface, in which a circulation fan 5 for circulating air is accommodated, and a front cover 3 having an openable and closable front grille 3a covering the front side of the main body case 2. A cylindrical wind direction adjusting louver 2 for automatically adjusting the wind direction is provided below the circulation fan 5 in the main body case 2.
An outlet unit 10 is provided, which is rotatably supported by a zero. The outlet unit 10 is shown in FIG.
(B) As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a frame member 11 which is formed into a tubular shape by the upper surface plate 12, the lower surface plate 13, and the left and right side plates 14 and serves as a hot air outlet, and the frame member 11
And a motor housing box 16 that can be opened and closed by a lid member 16a, which is connected to the side plate 14 on the right side of the vehicle. The motor housing box 16 has a stepping motor 30 for rotating the wind direction adjusting louver 20. Is fixedly accommodated. As shown in FIG. 5, a bearing portion 15 penetrating the left and right side plates 14 is formed on the frame member 11 forming the outlet unit 10, and the left and right bearing portions 1 are formed.
The wind direction adjusting louvers 20 are rotatably supported by the frame member 11 by inserting the turning shafts 21 projecting outward from the left and right sides of the wind direction adjusting louvers 20 respectively. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the frame member 11 has a plurality of vertical louvers 20a for manually adjusting the wind direction in the left-right direction.
3a is rotatably mounted. As shown in FIG. 5, a bearing 15 formed on the right side plate 14 of the frame member 11 projects into a motor housing box 16 connected to the side plate 14.
The drive shaft 31 of the stepping motor 30 housed and fixed in the motor housing box 16 is connected to the rotating shaft 21 of the wind direction adjusting louver 20 inserted through the bearing 15 in a state where it is prevented from rotating. Therefore, as shown by a solid line and a dashed line in FIG. 4, the operation of the stepping motor 30 causes the wind direction adjusting louver 20 to rotate back and forth in the frame member 11 serving as an air outlet, and blow out from the air outlet. The wind direction of the hot air is automatically adjusted. A casing 32 of the stepping motor 30 housed and fixed in the motor housing box 16;
An O-ring 33 surrounding the drive shaft 31 of the stepping motor 30 is sandwiched between the end surface of the bearing portion 15 protruding into the motor housing box 16, and the stepping motor 30 is attached to the mounting portion ( (Not shown), the O-ring 33 is appropriately compressed. As described above, in the bathroom heater / dryer 1, the O-ring 33 is interposed between the end face of the bearing portion 15 on the motor housing box 16 side and the casing 32 of the stepping motor 30, so that the wind direction can be adjusted. Even if the humid air in the bathroom enters the bearing portion 15 through which the rotating shaft 21 of the louver 20 is inserted, the air does not enter the motor housing box 16 and the inside of the motor housing box 16 is securely inserted. Can be sealed. Further, unlike the conventional bathroom heater / dryer, which does not use grease for which it is difficult to control whether or not it has been properly applied, the stepping motor 30 for driving the wind direction adjusting louver 20 is not used. Since a highly reliable moisture-proof structure can be realized, and quality control in the production stage is also facilitated, productivity can be improved. Further, when replacing parts during maintenance, it is sufficient to simply replace parts, so that maintenance work is not particularly complicated, and a highly reliable moisture-proof structure similar to that during production can be easily maintained. It becomes possible. In the above-described embodiment, the O-ring 33 is used as a sealing material. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various sealing materials such as rubber packing can be used.
