In the structure of the side plates B and C, as shown in FIG. 22, an iron plate is molded with a rubber material, and a through hole (external lead-out hole) for an external connection lead wire is provided in the rubber material portion. At the time of assembling this lighting device, the side plate C side is filled with a waterproof resin and the resin is cured. Next, the side plate B side is filled with resin to cure the resin. At this time, since the heat curing treatment is performed, the air layer is heated in a sealed state, expands and the internal pressure rises, the side plate B is deformed by only the rubber material and pushed up, and therefore the waterproof resin is also blown up. , The waterproof structure is destroyed. An iron plate is inserted to prevent the side plate from deforming.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention (Problems of Conventional Example 1)
In Conventional Example 1, unless the compound is filled, the heat dissipation of the lighting device main body is poor, the temperature rise of the lighting device main body becomes high, and the shape becomes large. Further, in order to suppress the vibration of the main body of the lighting device, compound filling becomes indispensable. This compound filling increases the weight of the lighting device, which is a disadvantage in terms of construction. In addition, since the compound is filled, a heat curing step is required three times, and workability deteriorates. That is, the heat curing step requires three steps of curing the compound, curing the waterproof resin on the side plate A side, and curing the waterproof resin on the compound and the upper surface. Further, since it is an electromagnetic type, it has a low power consumption efficiency, which is disadvantageous in terms of energy saving.

(Problem of Conventional Example 2) In Conventional Example 1, the cost of the side plates B and C is high because of the composite molding of the rubber material and the iron plate. Further, the side plate portion contacting the inside of the metal case is made of rubber, and when the side plates B and C are inserted into the tubular case, friction between the metal case and the rubber material is large and the insertion work is difficult. Further, the side plates B and C are inserted into a metal case, and the side plate is positioned by a protrusion provided inside the case. At this time, since the side plate outer peripheral portion is softened by the rubber material and deformed as shown in FIG. 23, Fixing work is difficult. In addition, the spring 14
Since the main body of the electronic lighting device is inserted into the metal case after mounting, the insertion work is difficult due to the friction between the inner surface of the cylindrical case and the spring, and the workability is poor.

Next, the through hole 32 of the side plate 3 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 6A to 6C, the through hole 32 is unpenetrated at the beginning of molding and has a thin film portion 32a of 0.5 mm or less in the central portion. Around the thin portion 32a, there is a tapered portion 32b of which the thickness gradually increases. As shown in FIG. 7, when the external connection lead wire is penetrated, the thin film portion 32a in the central portion is broken and the peripheral portion is broken. The taper portion 32b of the portion remains and is deformed in the direction opposite to the insertion direction of the external connection lead wire. As a result, there is an effect of preventing the resin from entering the inside of the inverter lighting device 2 when the waterproof resin 4 is filled. Further, since the thin film portion 32a of 0.5 mm or less remains in the central portion of the through hole 32 which is not penetrated and does not penetrate the external connection lead wire, the inside of the inverter lighting device is filled with the waterproof resin. It has the effect of preventing the invasion of resin into the.

Next, the protrusion 33 of the side plate 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, when the inverter lighting device main body 2 is housed in the tubular case 1 and the side plates 3 are inserted from the open portions at both ends of the tubular case 1, the taper portion provided on the peripheral portion of the side plate 3 is inserted. 31 is deformed and stored in the cylindrical case 1. When the side plate 3 hits the side plate positioning protrusion 12 provided on the inner surface of the tubular case 1, the side plate 3 is positioned. At this time, the projection 33 for fixing the lighting device, which is provided near the lower end of the inner side surface of the side plate 3, is dimensioned so as to have a positional relationship of pressing the bottom plate 22 of the inverter lighting device main body 2. The lid 23
Unlike the conventional case, an iron plate spring for holding the inverter lighting device body 2 is not provided between the inverter lighting device body 2 and the inner surface of the tubular case 1.
