Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 請求項1. データを記憶するための集積回路と; 第2コイルに電気的に接続された第1コイルを含むインダクタと; 集積回路と、第1および第2コイルの少なくとも一つに電気的に接続された共 振コンデンサであって、この共振コンデンサと少なくとも一つの接続されたコイ ルが第1の所定共振周波数を有しており;且つ 第1位置と第2位置とを有し、第2コイルに電流が流れることを選択的に許容 するスイッチであって、そのスイッチが第1位置にあるときに、トランスポンダ が第1共振周波数あるいはその近くの周波数の外部電磁界にさらされることでイ ンダクタ中に電圧を誘起させて第1電流を第1方向にインダクタ中に流させ、そ れによって局部電磁界を発生させ、スイッチが第2位置にあるときに、トランス ポンダが第1共振周波数あるいはその近くの周波数の外部電磁界にさらされるこ とでインダクタに電圧を誘起させ、第1電流を第1方向にインダクタ中に流させ 、これによって第1局部電磁界と、第2、すなわち、反対方向に第2コイルを流 れる第2電流を発生させ、それによって第2局部電磁界を発生させ、そこにおい て第1および第2局部電磁界の和をゼロに近づけるところのスイッチと; を具備する無線周波数インテリジェント・トランスポ ンダ。 請求項2. インダクタ中に誘起された電圧が集積回路に電力を供給するのに 使用される、 請求項1に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項3. スイッチが第1位置にあるときに、第1コイルと共振コンデンサ が、第1共振周波数で共振する、 請求項1に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項4. スイッチが第1位置にあるときに、第1コイル、第2コイルおよ び共振コンデンサが第1共振周波数で共振する、 請求項1に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項5. スイッチが集積回路内に記憶されたデータを伝送するための変調 手段として使用される、 請求項1に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項6. スイッチが電子スイッチである、 請求項1に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項7. スイッチが集積回路内に配備されている、 請求項6に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項8. スイッチが通常は第2位置にある、 請求項6に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項9. スイッチが、第2局部電磁界の大きさが可変である可変抵抗要素 を含み、第2局部電磁界が第1電磁界と実質的に等しくはなく逆向きであって、 該トランスポンダが通常その環境から減結合されていない、 請求項1に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項10. スイッチが第2位置にあるとき、該トランスポンダがその環境 から部分的に減結合され、これによって外部電磁界から集められた電力量が少な くなる、 請求項9に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項11. データを記憶するための集積回路と; 集積回路に電気的に接続され電力を集積回路に提供するため及びこの集積回路 に記憶されたデータをデバイス読取装置に伝送するため所定共振周波数を有する 、 第1コイルと共振コンデンサとを具備しているアンテナ回路と; を具備するトランスポンダであって、 このトランスポンダを第1共振周波数に、あるいはその近くの周波数にある外 部電磁界にさらすと、アンテナ回路を介して第1電流が第1方向に流れさせ、そ れによって第1局部電磁界が発生され該トランスポンダをその 環境と結合させ;さらに、 第2局部電磁界を選択的に発生する手段をさらに含み、それは、その中では該 トランスポンダをその環境から選択的に減結合させるために第1および第2局部 電磁界の和がゼロに近づくところのものである、 無線周波数インテリジェント・トランスポンダ。 請求項12. 第2局部電磁界を発生する手段が第2コイルである、 請求項11に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項13. 第2局部電磁界の発生から第2コイルを選択的に回避するため にこの第2コイルに電気的に接続されたスイッチをさらに含んでいる、 請求項12に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項14. データを記憶するための集積回路と; 集積回路に電気的に接続された第1アンテナ回路であって、その第1アンテナ 回路を第1所定無線周波の電磁界にさらしてその中に電圧が誘起させ、それを通 る第1方向に流れる電流を形成させ、それによって第1局部電磁界を生成させ、 その誘起電圧が電力を集積回路にも提供し、それに記憧されたデータがそこから 読み取られるとともに、第2所定無線周波数で伝送されるアンテナ回路と; 第1アンテナ回路によって発生された第1局部電磁界を少なくとも部分的に相 殺する第2局部電磁界を発生させるための手段と、 を備えているインテリジェント共振タグ。 請求項15. 第2局部電磁界の大きさを変える手段をさらに含み、これによ って第1電磁界の大きさを変える、 請求項14に記載のインテリジェント共振タグ。 請求項16. 大きさを変更手段が可変抵抗要素を含んでいる、 請求項15に記載のトランスポンダ。 請求項17. 第2局部電磁界を選択的に発生させるスイッチをさらに含み、 これによって第1局部電磁界を少なくとも部分的に相殺する、 請求項14に記載のインテリジェント共振タグ。 請求項18. 第1アンテナ回路が共振コンデンサに電気的に接続された第1 誘導コイルを含んでいる、 請求項14に記載のインテリジェント共振タグ。 請求項19. 第2局部電磁界を発生する手段が第1誘導コイルに電気的に接 続された第2誘導コイルを含ん でいる、 請求項18に記載のインテリジェント共振タグ。 請求項20. 集積回路が不揮発性プログラム可能メモリを含んでいる、 請求項14に記載のトランスポンダ。
