A length and shape changeable cannula that can be used in areas of activity requiring penetration into media that are not vulnerable to mechanical inclusions and / or have well-formed boundaries. . State of the art Tubes, tubular members, endoscopes having tubes and tubular members are known. These ensure protection from mechanical trauma to surrounding tissue during operation of the device after penetrating the body along existing lumens (lumens), i.e. esophagus, blood vessels, etc. , Is characterized by the fact that A problem with existing tubes, tubular members, and devices with tubes and tubular members is that friction between their outer surfaces and the medium to be penetrated during their penetration into biological tissue and during their removal. In particular, the fact that the lateral pressure exerted by the curved parts causes considerable trauma. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cannula of variable length and shape that can penetrate biological tissue as well as through existing openings and minimize trauma to surrounding media, such as the human body. Is to create a cannula that can be reduced. This object is achieved by a device formed only by the long extension of the cannula as it enters the medium to be worked on. It can penetrate the working medium only by extending the front end long and can turn in any direction only by extending in any direction, and only by shortening the front end from the surrounding medium. Removed, maintaining stability in the medium at all times and maintaining its shape. Technical features of the invention The cannula 1 is formed of one or more bands 2 which are wound in a spiral, and at their overlapping parts they are joined by magnetic or other forces. The free, uncoupled part of the band 2 in the cannula wall is freely located in the line 5. The conduit 5 is provided in the device, for example, the endoscope 3, parallel to the axis of the cannula. Such a cannula is configured for penetration into the surrounding medium. At the end of the endoscope 3 in the direction of extension (extension), there is provided an enlarged part called a head 4, which surrounds the front end of the cannula 1. This is used to reduce trauma to the surrounding medium to a minimum during extension or shortening of the cannula. Immediately below the head 4 there is a lateral opening through which the band 2 passes from the line 5 in the endoscope 3 to the cannula wall or vice versa. The length of the cannula is changed by rotating only the endoscope 3 or a concentric portion provided with an external conduit, and at the same time, the movement of the penetrating end of the endoscope 3 is performed in harmony. Will be Here, the linear movement of the endoscope 3 per rotation is equal to the change amount of the cannula length 1 in the direction of the endoscope movement. The extension (extension) of the cannula 1 is achieved by rotating the endoscope 3 or a concentric portion provided with a conduit outside thereof in a direction in which a spiral is wound. During the movement of the band 2 in the conduit 5 towards the endoscope 3 end, receiving a shock at the front end of the endoscope 3 acts outside the surrounding medium under a pressed shock. Is done. Alternatively, they are pulled by the part of the band 2 wrapping around the cannula 1 to be fixed to the cannula wall by the force of their interaction with the bend wrapped before. Shortening of the cannula 1 is achieved by rotating only the endoscope 3 or its concentric outer part in the opposite direction and pulling the band 2 in the direction of the endoscope 3 and the start of the cannula 1. Here, band 2 rewinds the front of the spiral of cannula 1. The shape of the cannula 1 is changed by elongation along the line of turning (turning) in the desired direction. Here, the overlap of the band 2 forming the cannula 1 outside the turn is smaller than the overlap inside the turn. The advantages of the cannula 1 described above are as follows. Except for its end, the cannula 1 is stationary with respect to the surrounding medium. It can be moderated and shortened, but friction with this medium is eliminated, both for the cannula 1 itself and for the endoscope 3 inserted therein. The cannula 1 has a stable shape, ie it is relatively rigid. Therefore, when bending (turning), the cannula and the endoscope mounted therein do not push the surrounding medium laterally. The cannula 1 as described above does not damage the surrounding medium by longitudinal friction or lateral pressing except at the moment of extension and respective contraction and at the location. EXAMPLES Example 1 The cannula 1 of variable length and shape shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of a spirally wound band, the overlapping parts of which are joined by magnetic force. And the unbonded portion of the band within the cannula wall extends from the helix into the interior of the cannula. Inside the cannula, the free part of the band is arranged along the length of the guide line 5 contained in the mass of the device, the cannula being designed for penetration into the surrounding medium. For example, the endoscope 3 ends with the head 4. The band 2 is a permanent magnet whose NS axis is oriented in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the band. The extension of the cannula is selected by rotating the endoscope in the direction of the spiral wrap. The rotation is combined with pushing the band of the guide line 5 of the endoscope towards the cannula end and the endoscope head. At the same time, in each cycle of rotation, the endoscope moves in the direction of the cannula extension by a length equal to the extension of the cannula in the same cycle. The shortening of the cannula is combined with pulling the band in the guide channel towards the start of the cannula and the endoscope, and withdrawing the endoscope by a length equal to the shortening of the cannula in the same cycle, and This is performed by rotating the endoscope in the rewind direction. The shape of the cannula is changed by forming a turn (turning) such that the endoscope head bends in the direction of turning (turning) during its extension. The overlap of the separated parts of the band of the helical coil (coil) is smaller on the outer side of the turning (turning) than on the inner side. Example 2 The cannula 1 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is constituted by a combined winding of two concentrically arranged spirals of two bands 2 and 2 ′, as in Example 1. Here, one band 2 'forms an inner spiral and overlaps the width of the two loops of the band 2 forming an outer spiral by half of the width thereof. For each of the two concentric helices located above each other, the rings are separate and generally do not overlap. However, such overlap may be obtained on the inboard side of the inversion in the cannula. Example 3 The cannula 1 shown in FIG. 5 is similar to the cannula of Example 1, but the endoscope 3 is divided into two concentrically arranged parts, an inner part 3 and an outer part 3 ′. The guide conduit is provided along the entire length of the mass of the outer portion 3 'of the endoscope. This allows rotation of only the outer part 3 'of the endoscope provided with the guide line 5 during a change in the length and shape of the cannula. The inner part and the head connected to it do not rotate. The endoscope head 4 is connected only to the inner part 3. The rotating part 3 'of the endoscope can be used, for example, to install an optical fiber that directs light to an object viewed by the endoscope. In this case, the front part of the head is transparent. The advantage of this cannula is that rotational movement of the head is avoided and damage to the surrounding medium during penetration of the head into the surrounding medium is reduced to a minimum.
