Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.良好な燃料経済、およびNOx、微粒子、気体炭化水素、および一酸化炭素 の削減された発生を伴なうリーンバーンエンジンの操作方法であって、 NOx削減に効果がある触媒反応器に繋がっている排気通路を有する排気シス テムを備えること; 前記排気通路から生じた排気ガスと流入空気とを混合し、結果として生じた混 合物をエンジンに供給するための手段を備えること; 接触NOx還元に効果のある条件を示す操作パラメーターを感知すること; 感知された操作パラメータを表す操作信号を発生させること; 接触NOx還元が効果的に操作されうるかどうかを決定するために、対照値と 操作信号とを比較すること; 比較の結果を表す制御信号を発生させること;および 前記制御信号に応じて前記触媒反応器および/または前記EGR装置を操作す ること、 を含む方法。 2.触媒反応器は、排気ガスの温度が約200〜約650℃の範囲にある時に有 効にされる、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.触媒反応器がSCR装置であり、NOx削減試薬は、反応器が有効にされた 時に排気ガス中に導入される、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.固体NOx削減試薬は、アメライド(ammelide);アメリン(am meline);炭酸アンモニウム:炭酸水素アンモニウム;カルバミン酸アン モニウム;シアン酸アンモニウム;硫酸およびリン酸を含む無機酸のアンモニア 塩;蟻酸および酢酸を含む有機酸のアンモニウム塩;ビウレット;シアヌル酸; ヘキサメチレンテトラミン;イソシアン酸;低級アルキルアミン;メラミン;ト リシアノウレア、および尿素から成る群から選ばれる1つの要素を含んでいる、 請求項3に記載の方法。 5.触媒反応器がリーン−NOx触媒を含んでいる、請求項2に記載の方法。 6.炭化水素は、有効にされた時にリーン−NOx触媒に送られる、請求項5に 記載の方法。 7.良好な燃料経済、およびNOx、および微粒子低発生を得るためのリーンバ ーンエンジンの操作の制御装置であって、 NOx削減に効果がある触媒反応器に繋がっている排気通路を有する排気シス テム; 前記排気通路から生じた排気ガスと流入空気とを混合し、結果として生じた混 合物をエンジンに供給するための手段; 接触NOx還元に効果のある条件を示す操作パラメーターを感知し、かつこれ を表す操作信号を発生させる感知手段; 接触NOx還元が効果的に操作されうるかどうかを決定するために対照値と操 作信号とを比較するため、およびこれを表す制御信号を発生させるための手段; および 前記触媒反応器および/または前記EGR装置を操作するために前記制御信号 に応える手段 を備えた装置。
