Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式I Q−[M−L]c−M−Q (I) (式中、 cは、0〜5の範囲、好ましくは0〜3の範囲であり; Mは、同じでも異なってもよく、分子量100〜8,000の範囲の二官能性 ブロックであり、少なくとも1個のMが、式II (式中、R1およびR2は、同じでも異なってもよく、水素、場合によっては置換 されているアルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、アリール、ハロアルキル、ハロ アルケニル、ハロアルキニル、ハロアリール、ヘテロシクリルおよびハロヘテロ シクリルからなる群より選択される) のシロキサン繰返し単位を含む二官能性ポリマーまたはコポリマーからの残基を 含み; Lは、同じでも異なってもよく、二官能性連結基であり; Qは、同じでも異なってもよく、重合性基である) の重合ポリオルガノシロキサンマクロモノマーを含む水和性多孔質ポリマー。 2.該ポリマーが、5重量%を越える平衡水分含有量を有する、請求項1記載の 水和性多孔質ポリマー。 3.c=0であり、Mが、分子量248〜8,000の範囲の、式III (式中、 nは、5〜100の整数であり;Alkは、中断されていないか、酸素によっ て中断されている炭素原子20個までを有するアルキレンであり; 基R1、R2、R3およびR4は、互いに独立して、アルキル、アルケニル、アル キニル、アリール、ハロアルキル、ハロアルケニル、ハロアルキニル、ハロアリ ール、ヘテロシクリル、ハロヘテロシクリルおよび場合によっては置換されてい るそれらの誘導体からなる群より選択され、より好ましくは、これらの基は、ア ルキル、アリールまたはハロ置換アルキルであり; X3は−O−または−NH−である) のオルガノシロキサンマクロモノマーの残基である、請求項1記載の水和性多孔 質ポリマー。 4.水和性多孔質ポリオルガノシロキサンポリマーを製造する方法であって、 i)式Iの少なくとも1種のマクロモノマーを含む連続モノマー成分相中に、 ポロゲンを分散させる工程; ii)その後、連続モノマー相を重合させる工程;および iii)多孔質ポリマーからポロゲンを取除く工程 を含む方法。 5.水和性多孔質ポリオルガノシロキサンポリマーを製造する方法であって、 i)式Iの少なくとも1種のマクロモノマーを含む重合性成分および溶媒を含 む混合物を形成させる工程; ii)該混合物を重合させる工程(該混合物の重合の直後、該溶媒の少なくとも 実質的な割合が不連続相の形態にあり、該不連続溶媒相が、混合物中に相互貫入 網状構造を形成するか、混合物中に分散する);ならびに iii)不連続溶媒相を取除く工程 を含む方法。 6.請求項4または5記載の方法によって製造された水和性多孔質ポリマー。 7.眼科用装具をはじめとする医療用途における、請求項1記載のポリマーの使 用。 8.工業用途における、請求項1記載のポリマーの使用。 9.請求項1記載の水和性ポリマーを含む眼科用装具、たとえばコンタクトレン ズ。 10.請求項1記載の水和性ポリマーを含む人工角膜。
