Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高温で触媒気相反応を連続的に行うための装置であって、 (a)ガス状反応物を反応器容器に導入し、反応器容器から生成物を取り除く ために、少なくとも1つのガス状反応物入口手段と、少なくとも1つの生成物出 口手段とをそれぞれ含む反応器容器と、 (b)前記反応物入口手段から前記生成物出口手段を通過するガス状反応物と 接触するように前記反応器容器内に動作可能に位置決めされ、誘導的に加熱され るように動作可能に適合された、少なくとも1つの固相触媒媒質と、 (c)前記固相触媒媒質を誘導加熱するように前記反応器容器内に動作可能に 位置決めされ、そこをガスが通過するように動作可能に位置決めされた少なくと も1つの誘導コイル手段とを含むことを特徴とする装置。 2.前記誘導コイル手段が、本質的に、連続ループ間にガス流を収容するため の螺旋状のスペーシングを有する金属管材の平面状螺旋からなるパンケーキ型コ イルであり、前記パンケーキ型コイルの平面が、前記固相触媒媒質付近の前記反 応容器内に、ガスの流れ全体を実質的に横切るように位置決めされていることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記誘導コイル手段が、本質的に、連続ループ間にガス流を収容するため の螺旋状およびヘリカル状のスペーシングを有する金属管材の円錐状螺旋からな る円錐形状のコイルであり、前記円錐形状のコイルの平面が、前記固相触媒媒質 付近の前記反応容器内に、ガスの流れ全体を実質的に横切るように位置決めされ ていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
