Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加圧流体流れ内に送達すべき用量の治療剤を含有するように適合されたカ プセルであって、該カプセルは、第一部材および第二部材を有し、ここで、該第 一および第二部材は、共に連結されて、該用量を含有するための閉鎖ポケットを 設け、該第一および第二部材の一方は、該カプセルの一部が該加圧流体流れに接 触したとき、他の部材に対して移動可能であり、該第一および第二部材は、該相 対運動時に、該カプセルを通って通路が形成され、そして該ポケットが開いて該 用量を露出して、該通路を通って流れる流体に取り込ませるように、構成され配 置されている。 2.前記第二部材が、ハウジングであり、そして前記第一部材が、該ハウジン グに挿入されたプラグである、請求項1に記載のカプセル。 3.前記プラグおよび前記ハウジングが、その上部および下部対向面にて、互 いに接触し、そして前記閉鎖ポケットが、該プラグおよび該ハウジングが互いに 接触しない該上部および下部対向面間に確立された中間空間により、設けられて いる、請求項2に記載のカプセル。 4.前記プラグおよび前記ハウジングが、その上部および下部対向面にて、互 いに接触し、さらに、ここで、前記閉鎖ポケットが、該プラグまたはハウジング にて形成された空洞または凹部により、設けられており、そして該空洞または凹 部が、該上部および下部対向面間に位置づけられている、請求項2に記載のカプ セル。 5.前記空洞または凹部が、環状である、請求項4に記載のカプセル。 6.前記空洞または凹部が、前記プラグにて形成されている、請求項4に記載 のカプセル。 7.前記空洞または凹部が、前記ハウジングにて形成されている、請求項4に 記載のカプセル。 8.前記プラグが、前記カプセルが加圧流体流れと接触したとき、前記ハウジ ング内で移動可能である、請求項2に記載のカプセル。 9.前記ハウジングが、前記カプセルが加圧流体流れと接触したとき、前記プ ラグの回りから移動可能である、請求項2に記載のカプセル。 10.前記第一および第二部材が、それぞれ、垂直に分割したプラグの第一およ び第二半体である、請求項1に記載のカプセル。 11.前記プラグの前記第一および第二半体が、その対向面にて互いに接触し、 そして前記閉鎖ポケットが、該対向面内に配置された対応する空洞により、設け られている、請求項10に記載のカプセル。 12.前記第一および第二部材が、弾性連結部材により共に連結されて、前記閉 鎖ポケットを形成する、請求項1に記載のカプセル。 13.前記閉鎖ポケットが、前記用量の前記治療剤で予め充填されており、そし て前記第一および第二部材が、共に、密封可能に連結されている、請求項1〜12 のいずれか1項に記載のカプセル。 14.用量の治療剤を加圧流体流れ内に送達するための注射器であって、該注射 器は、以下を有する: (a) 圧力下にて流体源と連動される上流部分; (b) 下流ノズル部分; (c) 中間部分であって、該中間部分は、該上流および下流部分間に配置され ており、ここで、該中間部分は、第一および第二部材を有し、該第一および第二 部材は、共に連結されて、該用量の該治療剤を含有するための閉鎖ポケットを設 け、さらに、ここで、該第一および第二部材の一方は、他の部材に対して移動可 能である;および (d) アクチュエータ機構であって、該アクチュエータ機構は、該流体源から 該中間部分への流体流れを開始して、それにより、該流体により加えられた圧力 が、該第一および第二部材の一方を該他方に対して移動させるためにあり、該第 一および第二部材は、該相対運動時に、該中間部分を通って通路が形成され、そ して該ポケットが開いて該用量を露出し、該通路を通って該下流ノズル部分へと 流れる流体に取り込ませるように、構成され配置されている。 15.前記中間部分の前記第一部材が、上流開口部および下流開口部を有する管 状ハウジングを有し、そして該中間部分の前記第二部材が、下端を有するプラン ジャーを有し、該プランジャーが、該ハウジングの該下流開口部内に配置され、 それを閉じ、前記閉鎖ポケットが、該プランジャーの該下端と該下流開口部の内 面との間に確立された空間により、設けられている、請求項14に記載の注射器。 16.前記閉鎖ポケットが、さらに、前記プランジャーの前記下端内に配置され た空洞により、設けられている、請求項15に記載の注射器。 17.前記プランジャーの前記上端が、前記注射器の前記上流部分に向かって伸 長しており、そして該注射器の前記中間部分により両端で支持されたバーにより 、支持されており、そして最初は、該注射器の前記上流部分に向かって反らされ ている、請求項15に記載の注射器。 18.前記流体により加えられた圧力が、前記バーを、ちょうど中心位置を通っ て移動させ、そして前記注射器の前記下流部分に向かって反らして、それにより 、前記プランジャーの前記下端を、前記下流開口部から取り外し、そして前記ハ ウジングに対して下流方向に移動させて、該注射器の前記中間部分を通る通路を 設 ける、請求項17に記載の注射器。 19.前記流体が、圧縮性気体であり、そして前記用量の前記治療剤が、粒子形 状である、請求項14に記載の注射器。 20.さらに、前記第一または第二部材の他の部材に対する初期運動に抗する抵 抗を与えるための手段を有する、請求項14に記載の注射器。 21.前記注射器の前記中間部分が、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のカプ セルを有する、請求項14に記載の注射器。 22.前記流体が、圧縮性気体であり、そして前記用量の前記治療剤が、粒子形 状である、請求項21に記載の注射器。 23.さらに、前記第一または第二部材の他の部材に対する初期運動に抗する抵 抗を与えるための手段を有する、請求項21に記載の注射器。
