Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1と第2の端部およびそれらの間の中間部を有し、さらに、長手軸を有し て軸方向に柔軟性を呈するステントにおいて、 複数の長手方向に配置された帯域から成り、各帯域が前記長手軸に平行な線状 のセグメントに沿って一定の空間的周波数を有するほぼ連続的な波形を画定し、 さらに、 前記帯域を管状構造に維持するための複数のリンクから成るステント。 2.前記帯域の各々が、複数の周期的位置において、短い外周方向のリンクによ り隣接する帯域に接続している請求項1に記載のステント。 3.前記帯域の各々に付随する波形が前記中間部においてほぼ同一の基本的な空 間的周波数を有している請求項1に記載のステント。 4.前記帯域に付随する波形が空間的に整合して互いにほぼ同位相となるように 前記帯域が配置されている請求項3に記載のステント。 5.前記空間的に整合した帯域が、複数の周期的位置において、短い外周方向の リンクにより隣接する帯域に接続している請求項1に記載のステント。 6.共通の軸位置の第1の群の各々において、前記帯域の隣接対の第1の組の各 々の間に外周方向のリンクが存在する請求項5に記載のステント。 7.共通の軸位置の第2の群の各々において、前記帯域の隣接列の第2の組の各 々の間に外周方向のリンクが存在し、前記長手軸に沿って、共通の軸位置が前記 第1の群と前記第2の群において交互に現れ、任意の帯域が前記第1および第2 の群の共通の軸位置のいずれか一方のみにおいて隣接する帯域と連結するように 前記第1および第2の組が選択される請求項5に記載のステント。 8.前記帯域の各々に付随する波形の空間的周波数が、前記中間部における波形 の空間的周波数に比して、前記第1の端部の近傍における第1の端部領域および 前記第2の端部の近傍における第2の端部領域において減少している請求項2に 記載のステント。 9.前記空間的周波数が前記中間部における波形の空間的周波数に比して約20 %減少している請求項8に記載のステント。 10.前記第1の端部領域が前記第1の端部と当該第1の端部に最も近い外周リ ンク組との間に存在し、前記第2の端部領域が前記第2の端部と当該第2の端部 に最も近い外周リンク組との間に存在する請求項8に記載のステント。 11.前記帯域に相当する部分の幅が、外周方向に計測して、前記中間部におい てよりも前記第1および第2端部領域においてより大きい請求項8に記載のステ ント。 12.前記帯域に相当する部分の幅が、外周方向に計測して、前記中間部におい てよりも前記第1および第2端部領域においてより大きい請求項10に記載のス テント。 13.前記帯域の各々が前記第1および第2の端部の各々において末端部を有し 、当該帯域の近接する対がそれそれの末端部において接合して閉じたループを形 成している請求項1に記載のステント。 14.前記帯域の各々が前記第1および第2の端部の各々において末端部を有し 、当該帯域の近接する対がそれぞれの末端部において接合して閉じたループを形 成している請求項8に記載のステント。 15.前記第1の端部領域が前記第1の端部と当該第1の端部に最も近い外周リ ンク組との間に存在し、前記第2の端部領域が前記第2の端部と当該第2の端部 に最も近い外周リンク組との間に存在する請求項9に記載のステント。 16.前記帯域に相当する部分の幅が、外周方向に計測して、前記中間部におい てよりも前記第1および第2端部領域においてより大きい請求項15に記載のス テント。 17.前記帯域の各々に付随する波形の空間的周波数が、前記中間部における波 形の空間的周波数に比して、前記第1の端部の近傍における第1の端部領域およ び前記第2の端部の近傍における第2の端部領域において減少している請求項7 に記載のステント。 18.第1と第2の端部およびそれらの間の中間部を有し、さらに、長手軸を有 して軸方向に柔軟性を呈するステントにおいて、 複数の長手方向に配置された帯域から成り、各帯域が前記長手軸に平行な線状 のセグメントに沿って一定の空間的周波数を有するほぼ連続的な波形を画定し、 前記帯域の各々に付随する波形の空間的周波数が、前記中間部における波形の空 間的周波数に比して、前記第1の端部の近傍における第1の端部領域および前記 第2の端部の近傍における第2の端部領域において減少しており、さらに、 前記帯域を管状構造に維持するための複数のリンクから成るステント。 19.前記帯域に相当する部分の幅が、外周方向に計測して、前記中間部におい てよりも前記第1および第2端部領域においてより大きい請求項18に記載のス テント。
