Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.バルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システムであって、 固相の物理的収着媒体を保持し、かつ、流体をその内外に選択的に流すように 構築されかつ配列される、貯蔵および供給容器と、 前記貯蔵および供給容器内に配置される固相の物理的収着媒体と、 前記固相の物理的収着媒体上に物理的に吸着される収着可能な流体と、 該貯蔵および供給容器を移動により輸送するために該貯蔵および供給容器に構 造的に結合される、移動輸送乗物アセンブリとを含む、バルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵 および供給システム。 2.該貯蔵および供給容器とガス流が連絡するよう結合され、かつ、収着可能流 体の該固相物理的収着媒体からの圧力差を媒介とする脱着、濃度差を媒介とする 脱着および/または熱を媒介とする脱着が起きるように、ならびに、供給アセン ブリを通じて脱着された流体が流れるように構築されかつ配列される、充填およ び供給アセンブリをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵およ び供給システム。 3.該貯蔵および供給容器内に含まれる加熱/冷却コイルをさらに含み、該コイ ルは、熱交換流体の供給源に回路を形成する関係で結合される、請求項2に記載 のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 4.該熱交換流体は、吸着性を増すように該固相の物理的収着媒体を冷却するた めの冷却剤を含む、請求項3に記載の流体貯蔵および供給システム。 5.該熱交換流体は、熱によって脱着を支援するよう該固相の物理的収着媒体を 加熱するための加熱された流体を含む、請求項3に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯 蔵および供給システム。 6.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは、該貯蔵および供給容器の移動による輸送のた めのホイールを含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給シス テム。 7.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは、該貯蔵および供給容器の移動による輸送のた めのタイヤを含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システ ム。 8.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは、該貯蔵および供給容器の移動による輸送のた めのホイール付の平床トレイラーを含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体 貯蔵および供給システム。 9.該貯蔵および供給容器は、該平床トレイラーに着脱可能に装着される、請求 項8に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 10.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは、該貯蔵および供給容器の移動による輸送の ための鉄道車両を含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給シ ステム。 11.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは、ロケットアセンブリを含む、請求項1に記 載の記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 12.複数の貯蔵および供給容器が該移動輸送乗物アセンブリに装着される、請 求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 13.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは荷船を含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸 送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 14.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは船を含む、請求項1に記載のバルク乗物輸送 流体貯蔵および供給システム。 15.流体の収着媒材料からの圧力を媒介とする脱着、濃度差を媒介とする脱着 および/または熱を媒介とする脱着によって脱着が可能な、流体に対して収着親 和力を有する収着媒材料を含む容器と、該容器をその上に装着する移動輸送乗物 アセンブリと、該移動輸送乗物アセンブリ上のオンボード冷却源と、該移動輸送 乗物アセンブリ上のオンボード加熱源と、該オンボード冷却源および該オンボー ド加熱源によってそれぞれ該容器内の該収着媒材料を選択的に冷却および加熱す るための手段とを含む、バルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 16.該移動輸送乗物アセンブリは宇宙船を含む、請求項15に記載のバルク乗 物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システム。 17.固相の物理的収着媒体を保持するよう構築されかつ配列された貯蔵および 供給容器と、前記貯蔵および供給容器内に配置される固相の物理的収着媒体と、 該固相の物理的収着媒体上に物理的に吸着される収着可能な流体と、該貯蔵およ び供給容器にその移動による輸送のために構造的に結合される移動輸送乗物アセ ンブリとを含む、バルク乗物輸送流体貯蔵および供給システムと、 前記収着可能な流体を利用するための固定された施設とを含み、前記施設は、 該物理的収着媒体から該収着可能な流体を脱着するために、かつ、該収着可能な 流体を該貯蔵および供給容器から前記施設へとそこで使用されるよう供給するた めに、前記貯蔵および供給容器と相互接続される、バルク流体供給源装備。 18.該施設は、半導体製造施設である、請求項17に記載の装備。 19.前記固相の物理的収着媒体は、活性炭収着材料を含む、請求項17に記載 の装備。 20.前記収着可能な流体はシランを含む、請求項17に記載の装備。
