As shown in FIG. 5, a cylindrical sliding member 2 is provided on the circumference of both ends of a cylindrical body (wheel tube) 21 whose both ends are closed.
4 is inserted into the pipe line 29. A repair material 23 impregnated with a curable resin binder loosely wound around the outside of a rubber tube 22 loosely fitted over the entire length of the cylindrical body 21 is supplied with air of a required pressure by an air hose 27 to the rubber tube 21. 22 is expanded and pressurized and adhered to the inner surface of the conduit 29. When the repair material 23 is pressed against the inner surface of the pipe 29 and left for a certain period of time, the repair material hardens and is brought into a state of being exactly attached to the inner surface of the pipe. After complete curing, the air is exhausted from the cylinder 21 and the device is taken out of the manhole to complete the repair. This method is generally called an EPR (Engineering Plastic Pipe Repair) method. A conventionally used repair material is a laminate of cloth made of glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, or the like, which is impregnated with a curable synthetic resin.

This is to be fixed by crimping on the inner surface of the pipeline, but there is a problem in the crimping to the inner surface of the bent pipeline with the repair material made of the conventional laminate, and the repair material has a problem with the inner surface of the bent pipeline. And it was difficult to fix and fix it tightly.

As a result, the present inventors repaired an inner surface of a pipe made of various reinforcing fibers woven or stretched or a laminate thereof. The present inventors have found that the use of the repair material in (1) allows the repair of the inner surface of the bent pipe to be in close contact with no gap and a good finish, and has reached the present invention.
That is, according to the present invention, (1) a repair material impregnated with a resin binder is wound around the outer circumference of a rubber pipe of a pipe repair apparatus, the rubber pipe is inflated with air, the repair material on the outer circumference is expanded, and the pipe inner surface is expanded. A repair material in an in-pipe repair device that presses and cures and repairs a defect in a pipeline from an inner surface, wherein the repair material is a stretchable knitted reinforcing fiber or a laminate thereof. (2) The repair material according to (1), wherein the reinforcing fiber is selected from the group of glass fiber, carbon fiber, and aramid fiber, and (3) the woven material is a braid. A repair material according to (1) or (2).

It is made of a stretchable knitted aramid fiber or a laminate thereof. The knitting method of the repair material may be any knitting method as long as it is elastic. The shape of the knitted fabric is applied to the outer periphery of the rubber tube of the in-pipe repair device, and can be arbitrarily selected as appropriate. For example, it may be a cylindrical object that is knitted and stretched with glass fiber so as to cover the entire outer periphery of the rubber tube. Specifically, it is a braid (a cylindrical woven fabric that expands and contracts). The repair material of the present invention is used by attaching to the outer peripheral surface of the rubber tube of the repair device,
At the time of sticking, a resin binder is impregnated. As the resin binder, a curable synthetic resin, for example, an unsaturated polyester resin, an epoxy resin, an emulsion resin, or the like,
In particular, for repair in a water channel, a water-curable resin binder (epoxy resin) is preferable.
