Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an indoor wall of a store or the like,
The present invention relates to an advertising poster sheet which can be easily pasted to windows, sign boards, outdoor windows, car bodies, etc., can be easily peeled off by hand, and has good storage stability for reuse. still,
In the present invention, the advertisement poster sheet is used in a broad sense, and includes all printed and displayed items in addition to advertisements and advertisements. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a printing sheet 3 such as a paper used for an advertising poster or a sales promotion POP, or a plastic film or the like is pasted on a wall or a window glass, it is fixed with a thumbtack or four corners are adhered. It is often stopped with tape or pasted. [0003] On the other hand, it has been a long time since so-called glued advertising poster sheets in which an adhesive is applied to the entire back surface so that they can be stuck anywhere can be used. However, the biggest disadvantage of this is that when it is attached to window glass, walls, etc., air is mixed in, wrinkles (wrinkles)
The difficulty of sticking beautifully due to the occurrence of wrinkles, especially when the printing sheet 3 is made of paper, etc.
In addition, glue remains on the glass surface when peeled off, and it is difficult to remove it. [0004] In order to facilitate this difficult attaching operation, soapy water is sprayed and sprayed in advance on a window glass, a wall, etc. of an adherend, and a poster with glue is placed thereon, and soapy water is applied with a squeegee. The method of sticking while extruding is common. However, this method is good when the printing sheet 3 is resistant to water like a plastic film, but cannot be applied to paper or the like that is weak to water. [0005] As another method for facilitating the pasting operation, a method has been adopted in which the adhesive force of a glued poster or the like is extremely weak, and the poster can be peeled off even if the pasting has failed. However, it is necessary to have a professional on the road to paste beautifully so that air is not mixed in and wrinkles are not generated. [0006] On the other hand, if it is possible to peel off the poster once it has been pasted, it is often desired to peel it off and use it again. However, if the adhesive is used, it will be sticky, the glue will remain, and there will be a large amount of dust attached. It is not possible at present. [0007] As described above, the biggest drawbacks of glued advertising posters and the like are the difficulty of pasting work and
There is the generation of glue residue, the generation of wrinkles after application, and the inability to reuse. [0008] The present invention is an invention relating to an innovative method for solving the difficulty of sticking work. In particular, a large area advertising poster sheet of 1-2 m 2 with glue can be easily prepared by an amateur.
Moreover, the present invention relates to an epoch-making invention that can be applied in a short time. Another aspect of the present invention relates to an innovative method for solving the problem of adhesive residue. It has been a long time since so-called glued advertising poster sheets having an adhesive applied to the entire back surface have been used. However, the biggest disadvantage of this is that when the advertising poster sheet is peeled off, glue remains on the adherend and must be removed by dissolving it with a solvent such as toluene, thinner, gasoline, etc., which requires a great deal of labor. It costs. The micro suction cup sheet of the present invention provides an innovative glued advertising poster sheet that can be easily and cleanly peeled off without leaving glue on an adherend. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a method for suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles during aqueous ink jet printing and the occurrence of wrinkles after sticking. In particular, when the printing sheet is a glued poster or the like made of paper or the like, not only wrinkles are generated due to a change in atmospheric humidity after the sticking work, but the sheet cannot be reused even after peeling. In the present invention, this point is also fundamentally improved. In other words, the present invention has been made in view of the conventional drawbacks, as described above, and has made it possible to easily apply the paste, improve the adhesive residue, suppress the occurrence of wrinkles after applying the paste, and remove the adhesive once used. An object of the present invention is to provide an innovative glued advertising poster having reusability of an advertising poster and the like. [0012] In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention uses a printed sheet as a surface substrate.
This is a method in which a so-called adhesive paper or a release paper of an adhesive film is peeled off, and a micro sucker sheet is laminated and adhered thereon to be integrated. In other words, by attaching a sticky adhesive to the surface of a micro suction cup sheet with an adsorption function, it can be easily applied even by amateurs, without wrinkles after use, no glue residue, and reusability. Advertisement poster sheet with micro suction cup adhesive. That is, the present invention is configured as follows.
The first invention is to mechanically blow air into an acrylic ester copolymer emulsion liquid in which a foam stabilizer, a thickener, and a curing agent are appropriately mixed in order to form a sheet having an adsorption function. A foamy emulsion liquid in which microbubbles are generated innumerably is coated on a double-sided peeling paper 1 and dried to form a film with a thickness of 100 μm to 500 μm. It is a flexible micro sucker sheet 2 having countless concave depressions 6 of 40 microns, and is characterized in that it can be more easily peeled off than the double-sided peeling process paper 1. The second invention is a conventional method for producing a micro suction cup sheet 2 in which an acrylic ester copolymer emulsion liquid containing a myriad of fine bubbles is directly applied on a printing sheet 3 and dried. Without water resistance that could not be manufactured,
Alternatively, it has a feature that a micro sucker sheet can be formed on a printing sheet 3 having no heat resistance. Further, a feature of the present invention is that if a predetermined amount of the micro sucker sheet 2 formed in the first invention is produced and put in advance, it is possible to produce a large variety of small lots very easily. That is, according to the present invention, the micro suction cup sheet 2 can be manufactured by laminating and adhering to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive paper or the pressure-sensitive adhesive film with the double-sided peeling process paper attached to the back surface. It can be manufactured using various adhesive papers or adhesive films. In other words, if there is only a laminating machine, when required, the required quantity can be produced in a large variety of small lots. Another method of adhering the micro sucker sheet 2 to the printing sheet 3 via the adhesive 4 is to apply the adhesive 4 on the micro sucker sheet 2 in advance, and place the printing sheet 3 thereon. It is needless to say that an advertising poster sheet with a micro suction cup adhesive having the same configuration as described above can be manufactured by coating and adhering the above. The micro sucker sheet 2 is made of a mixture of a myriad of fine air bubbles having a diameter of 5 to 40 microns and a flexible acrylic resin, and has a myriad of fine concave depression holes 6 on its surface as shown in FIG.
Is formed. The innumerable concave depressions 6 exhibit so-called pressure-sensitive suction force, and any surface may be used as long as the surface of the adherend is smooth. Further, the present invention using the micro suction cup sheet 2 as an adsorption element can be easily peeled off by hand and does not have stickiness like an adhesive, so that it conforms to human physiology. This function makes pasting extremely easy, and a large poster of 1 to 2 m2 is an element that can be easily and quickly performed by an amateur. Once adhered, the adhesive can be easily peeled off without any adhesive residue, and there is no need to leave the adhesive on the adherend, as in the case of the adhesive, and to have no trouble removing it. The method of directly forming the micro sucker sheet 2 on the printing sheet 3 is as follows. On the back side of the printing sheet 3, the above-mentioned foamed acrylate copolymer emulsion liquid containing a myriad of fine bubbles is directly applied. The method of coating and drying is common. However, the weak point of this method is that since the foamed acrylate copolymer emulsion is water-based, when the printing sheet 3 is a paper or the like that is weak to water, water penetrates the paper or the like during direct coating. Wrinkles or wrinkles occur.
In this method, the micro sucker sheet 2 is replaced with a printing sheet 3 such as paper.
Cannot be directly coated and formed on the back surface of the film. In particular, in the case of thin high-quality paper, coated paper, and inkjet media paper having a thickness of 50 to 200 microns, this is even more so. Another weak point of direct coating is that a plastic film which is easily heat-stretched at 110 ° C. or higher can be used on a plastic film.
The foamed acrylate copolymer emulsion liquid cannot be directly applied and dried. Drying temperature is 110 ° C
This is because, in a drying furnace at ~ 140 ° C, the plastic film is thermally stretched, and it becomes very difficult to produce a good product. Even if it can be produced, the product will be a defective product with many wrinkles. For example, a polyolefin-based synthetic paper, a vinyl chloride film, or a polyolefin-based film that softens at 110 ° C to 140 ° C corresponds to this. As described above, as described above in the method of the second invention, the micro suction cup sheet 2 is manufactured in advance as a method for imparting the micro suction function to the printing sheet 3 that is weak to water or heat as described above. And put it on both sides peeling process paper 1
With the adhesive sheet 4 attached to the adhesive sheet 4 on the printing sheet 3 of water-sensitive adhesive paper or on the back of the printing sheet 3 of heat-sensitive adhesive film, the printing which is weak to water or has no heat resistance. The sheet 3 can be provided with a micro sucker function. Further, another weak point of direct coating is that it is not suitable for production of many kinds and small lots. If the foamed preparation of the foamed acrylate copolymer emulsion is to be directly applied, the production cost will rise sharply unless there is a flow of at least about 500 m. The present invention can be manufactured by peeling a required amount of adhesive paper or adhesive film release paper 5 already sold and laminating and adhering a micro sucker sheet to the surface of the adhesive 4. If the attached micro suction cup sheet 2 is produced in advance, the advertisement poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive can be produced even from 1 m. The double-sided peeling process paper 1 in the first invention is
As shown in FIG. 4, when the micro sucker sheet 2 is stored in a wound state and laminated and adhered to the surface of the adhesive 4 by a laminating machine, the micro sucker sheet 2 can be easily peeled off from its back surface while rotating. It must be designed to: For that purpose, the double-sided release process paper 1 on which both sides are subjected to the release treatment is required. The double-sided release process paper 1 is a double-sided poly-laminated paper which has been subjected to a double-sided treatment with a release agent such as silicone, a clay-coated paper, or a polyester film. It is desirable that a light peeling treatment and a heavy peeling treatment are performed for the peeling treatment on both sides. The micro sucker sheet 2 is made of a continuous foam of an acrylate copolymer in which a foam stabilizer, a thickener, and a curing agent are appropriately mixed.
Is appropriate. Also, the diameter of the concave depression 6 formed on the micro sucker sheet 2 is often about 5 to 40 microns,
It has a concave recessed hole shape and is a continuous foam, but few have a shape penetrating the micro sucker sheet 2. It is an important factor that the micro sucker sheet 2 of the present invention is very flexible. It is desirable that the fingerprint is flexible enough to temporarily remain on the surface of the micro sucker sheet 2 when pressed with a fingertip. When it is flexible, it adheres tightly to the smooth surface of the adherend and performs pressure-sensitive adsorption to develop an appropriate adsorption force. If the surface of the adherend is rough, it does not adhere to the micro suction cup sheet 2 even when pressed down. For example, it does not adsorb to newspaper paper, high-quality paper, etc., but has a smooth surface such as coated paper or mirror coated paper and air cannot escape. Adsorbs well. Basically, if the surface is smooth, it will adsorb to almost anything. Generally adsorbable materials are transparent glass, tile, painted iron plate, painted aluminum plate, polyethylene film, polyethylene plate, polypropylene film,
Polypropylene board, polystyrene board, polyester film, polyester board, acrylic board, salt film, salt board, ABS board, painted wood, coated paper and so on. The thickness of the micro sucker sheet 2 is about 200 μm, and exerts an appropriate suction force that can be stuck and peeled off. 10
If it is less than 0 micron, there is a fluctuation that the surface of the adherend is not adsorbed when the surface becomes rough. Those with a diameter of 500 microns or more exhibit a heat insulating function and a cushioning function in addition to an appropriate suction function, and can be expected to be applied as building materials. Another feature of the present invention is that in the case of adhesive paper in which high quality paper or ink jet media paper is used as the printing sheet 3, when the release paper 5 is peeled off and affixed to a glass window or the like, the atmospheric humidity is reduced. Many wrinkles occur due to the change, and the appearance of the poster is significantly impaired.
The wrinkled advertising poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive is hardly wrinkled. In the case of an advertising poster sheet with a micro suction cup adhesive, even if the high-quality paper expands and contracts due to absorbing a lot of atmospheric humidity, the micro suction cup sheet 2 is extremely flexible and moves following the expansion and contraction of the paper. It is suppressed. This is a favorable phenomenon for exhibits such as poster sheets that are affected by humidity. Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. An example of manufacturing the micro suction cup sheet 2 will be described below. FIG. 1 is an enlarged perspective view of a micro sucker sheet 2 formed on a double-sided peeling process paper 1. Micro suction cup sheet 2
Examples of the production are shown below. Example 1 Acrylic copolymer resin DICNAL M
EP-20WO 100KG, foam stabilizer DICNAL,
M-40 10KG, thickener DICNAL MX 10
Acrylic emulsion obtained by mixing KG and melamine resin 5KG (all products of Dainippon Ink and Chemicals Co., Ltd.) as a cross-linking agent was mixed with air through a mechanical foaming machine Oaks Mixer to form a foamed fine foamed acrylic emulsion liquid. A clay coat release paper EKR140 (Lintech release process paper) of a double-side release process paper 1 that has been subjected to a light release on one side and a heavy release on the other side using a comma coater having a width of 1300 mm.
Was uniformly coated to a thickness of 500 microns.
After drying in a drying oven at 110 ° C to 140 ° C for 7 minutes,
600 m of the micro suction cup sheet 2 having a thickness of 250 microns was produced. The micro sucker sheet 2 was wound and stored for 3 weeks as shown in FIG. After that, 20 m of the flow was taken out of 600 m of the manufactured micro sucker sheet 2, and commercially available adhesive paper, 5 m
In the configuration shown in FIG. 3, 5PW (a product of Lintec), high quality paper KYP 64 g / m 2 (Nippon Paper) is used for the print sheet 3, an acrylic emulsion adhesive is used for the adhesive 4, and 8ER (for the release paper 5) is used. A commercially available adhesive paper made of Lintec Co., Ltd., a 55 PW release paper 5 is peeled off by 20 m 2 , and the laminator LMH-14 is attached to the micro suction cup sheet 2 of the preceding paragraph with the double-sided release paper process paper 1 attached to the back thereof.
00 (Lami Corporation product), the laminated adhesive to the surface of the adhesive 4, thereby completing the micro-suction cups with adhesive advertising posters sheet 20 m 2 having the structure of FIG. Among them, 15 m 2 was cut into A1 size to obtain 20 sheets. Five of them are inkjet printer PM
Poster pictures were printed at 9000 (EPSON products). The double-sided peeling process paper 1 was peeled off and hand-applied to a window glass. The surface of the micro sucker sheet 2 was not sticky even when touched by hand, was physiologically comfortable, could be pasted and peeled off, was easy to replace, and had a moderate suction power. For comparison, adhesive paper 55PW
The release paper 5 (manufactured by Lintec Co., Ltd.) was peeled off and hand-applied to a window glass in the same manner. Since the adhesive paper and 55PW were adhesives, they were sticky to the hands, and once attached to the window, they could not be peeled off very much. For two months, the degree of wrinkling was observed and compared between the poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive applied to the window and the adhesive paper 55PW. There was a clear difference, and the poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive showed almost no wrinkles. There was no outbreak.
On the other hand, the adhesive paper 55PW generated many wrinkles on a rainy day with high humidity. For two months, the poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive and the adhesive paper 55PW attached to the window glass were peeled off by hand, and the degree of generation of adhesive residue was compared and observed. There was a clear difference, and there was no glue residue on the window glass of the poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive, and it could be easily and neatly peeled off. However, on the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive paper 55PW was not peeled off, but was partially torn, and adhesive residue of the pressure-sensitive adhesive was generated on the entire surface. Further, in the preceding paragraph, five sheets of the poster sheet A1 with the micro suction cup adhesive having been peeled off from the window glass were pasted again on the window glass, and the possibility of re-use was confirmed. . In order to compare and observe the degree of undulation and wrinkling of the paper immediately after printing with the aqueous inkjet ink,
Five A1 size advertisement poster sheets with a micro suction cup adhesive were applied to an inkjet printer PM9000 (EPSON product) using an aqueous dye ink. For comparison, adhesive paper and 55PW were also compared using the same printer. In the case of 55PW, large wrinkles were generated by the aqueous inkjet ink, but the generation of the wrinkles was considerably suppressed in the poster sheet with the micro suction cup adhesive, and the difference was clearly confirmed. Example 2 Width 13 based on polyolefin synthetic paper
00mm inkjet media product VJFD-140
Acrylic copolymer resin DICNAL MEP-20WO 100K directly on (Yupo Corporation product)
G, foaming agent DICNAL, M-40 10KG, thickening agent DICNAL MX 10KG, and melamine resin 5KG as a cross-linking agent (both products of Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Inc.) were mixed to form a foamed fine foamed acrylic emulsion liquid,
It was uniformly coated to a thickness of 500 microns with a comma coater having a width of 00 mm. Thereafter, when the mixture was passed through a drying oven at 110 ° C. to 140 ° C. for 7 minutes, the polyolefin synthetic paper was stretched by about 5%, and many vertical wrinkles were generated. It was confirmed that it was difficult to directly apply and dry a foamy fine foamed acrylic emulsion liquid to a plastic film having no heat resistance.
