(i)三次元屈折率が下記式(A)及び(B)を同時に満足し、
(ii)150℃2時間熱処理した後の寸法変化率が0.05%以下であり、
(iii)飽和吸水率が0.4%以下であり、かつ
(iv)40℃90%RHにおける水蒸気透過係数が35g・100μm/m/day以下であるディスプレイ用透明フィルム。

【請求項6】 上記式(1)で表される繰り返し単位が、フルオレン−9,9−ジ(3−メチル―4−フェノール)から誘導されたものである請求項4または5記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項7】 上記式(2)におけるXが2,2−プロピレン基である請求項5または6記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項8】 180℃2時間熱処理した後の寸法変化率が0.1%以下である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項9】 波長450nmの光に対する面内位相差をR(450)、波長550nmの光に対する面内位相差をR(550)としたとき、R(450)/R(550)≦1.06である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ
用透明フィルム。
【請求項10】 上記式(B)のKの値が50nm以下である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項11】 透明フィルム中に残留する溶媒量が該透明フィルム全重量に対して1重量%以下である請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項12】 表面平滑性がSRaで10nm以下である面上に無機材料からなるガスバリア層が積層されている請求項2〜11のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項13】 少なくとも片面にガスバリア層と耐薬品性層が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項14】 少なくとも片面に透明導電層が積層されている請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項15】 超微小硬度計で計測したとき、硬さが18以上であり、かつ塑性変形率が50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ用透明フィルム。
【請求項16】 請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の透明フィルムを用いた有機EL表示素子用基板または液晶表示素子用基板。
