収納及び取り出す事が出来る、その為作業の効率が改善

於いて、前記食品収納箱には重量センサ、カメラを設け、
食品収納箱に前記開閉式扉より食品を収納すると食品の
重量、画像データを記憶し、指定された温度帯の食品保管
棚に食品を収納する。収納した食品は重量、画像データ、
及び保管棚データを一元管理し、この記憶されているデ
ータは前記画像表示装置により検索することが可能で、
検索選択された食品は、食品保管棚より食品収納箱に移
送され、前記開閉扉より食品を取り出すことが可能であ
る。 また、画像認識した食品情報に加え、食品収納箱及び食品
保管棚に温度センサを備えることにより、肉類、乳製品、
野菜、魚介類等の個々の食品を保管する最適温度帯を自
動的に決定し、その温度帯に食品を収納することが可能
となる。また、冷凍食品の冷凍、解凍も状態にあった最適

作スイッチ4、及び制御部(図示せず)を備えた画像表示
装置3を設け、食品を移送可能なベルト5a、ベルト5a
駆動用モータ5bを有し、上下方向に移動する食品収納
箱5、冷蔵庫内各温度帯に設置され、食品を前後方向に移
動するベルト9a及びベルト9a駆動用モータ9bを有
した食品保管棚9を有した冷蔵庫に於いて、前記食品収
納箱5には重量センサ6、カメラ7、温度センサ8を設
け、食品収納箱5に前記開閉式扉2より食品を収納する
と食品の重量、温度、及び画像認識した食品情報を記憶
し、収納される食品の最適な収納場所(収納温度帯域)を
割り出し冷蔵庫内部の最適温度帯域に食品収納箱5を移
動し食品保管棚9に食品を収納する。この時、操作スイッ
チ4によりマニュアル操作を行い、割り出した最適保管
場所意外の場所に食品を保管する事も可能である。食品
収納時には食品の重量、画像データ、及び食品保管棚を不
揮発性記憶装置(図示せず)に記憶し一元管理する。この
記憶されているデータは前記画像表示装置3により、検
索することが可能である。食品使用時には、画像表示装置
3により収納されている食品データを検索し、食品を選
択すると、前記食品収納箱5は選択された食品の食品保
管棚9の位置に自動的に移動する。食品保管棚9の食品
を収納箱5に移動し、収納箱5は開閉式扉2の位置に移
動し、選択された食品は開閉式扉2により取り出しが可
能となる。開閉式扉2より食品が取り出されると記憶し

ったそれぞれのデータが自動的に入力される、食品は画
像として取り込まれ色や形により食品名、数量、保管日数
の情報としてデータ管理が可能である。また、この冷蔵庫
に電話回線等のネットワークを接続すれば、食品の数量
及び重量を正確に管理できるため、補充する必要のある
食品の自動発注や、携帯電話等で外出先から収納された
食品管理データを確認することが可能となる、収納され
ている食品は画像表示により視覚的に確認でき、実使用
する人間は意識する事無く食品の管理が出来る。食品の
取り出し時には画像表示装置を操作することにより、記
憶している収納場所に自動的に移動し食品を自動的に開
閉扉部に移送する為、収納場所を考慮する必要が無い。食
品を収納、取り出す場所が同一なため、冷蔵庫を使用する
人間の作業効率が改善される。 また、食品の温度を検出することにより、その食品の最適
保存温度を割り出し、自動的に前記温度帯域に食品を保
