Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0038】
図2において、保存物情報タグ201は無線情報タグに相当し、RFID(Radio Frequency Identification:無線周波数による非接触自動認識装置)や非接触型ICから構成されており、アンテナからデータを無線で送受信できる。

[0061]
First, the two stored item information tags are activated when power is supplied, and wait for a transmission start request from the storage control device 202 (step S401). This transmission start request indicates that transmission is possible from any tag without specifying the tag ID.
[0062]
Next, upon receipt of this request, both stored object information tags transmit their own ID and data notifying the start of transmission to the storage control device 202 (steps S402 and S403).
[0063]
The
[0064]
For this reason, both of the stored object information tags start transmitting again after a preset retransmission start time, for example, a retransmission start time T1 of the stored object information tag A and a retransmission start time T2 of the stored object information tag B have elapsed. Is output (steps S404 and S406).
[0065]
Since the retransmission start time T1 and the retransmission start time T2 are set to be different for each ID, the
[0066]
If the ID matches its own ID, the stored-item information tag A transmits the remaining stored-item information to be transmitted in units of a predetermined size (steps S406 and S410). At that time, transmission is performed in the transmission cycle T3 instructed by the
[0067]
After transmitting all the stored object information, the stored object information tag A notifies the

On the other hand, since the ID received in response to the transmitted transmission start notification is different from its own ID, the storage information tag B determines that the

As described above, the

[0076]
Hereinafter, this calculation method will be described.
[0077]
First, it is checked whether storage control is possible even when the storage control is performed in the same storage room, based on a plurality of pieces of detected storage object information. For example, the
[0078]
Still further, the freshness R of the preserved material A A And the freshness R of the preserved material B B Is determined as the optimum storage temperature, and the storage temperature at the time of storage is determined. Then, the temperature P603 is the optimum storage temperature in this case. This freshness R A And freshness R B Since there may be a case where the priority of the storage result requested by the user is different, a weight can be added for each storage object as shown in (Equation 1). Thereby, when it is desired to prioritize the storage result of the storage material B over the storage material A, for example, when the user wants to store the data so as to maintain the freshness for a longer time, instead of simply determining the sum of the freshnesses, the individual storage materials are individually determined. It is possible to determine with freshness in consideration of priority.
[0079]
(Equation 1)
Similarly, the freshness differs depending on the type of storage control contents (storage gas, brightness at the time of storage, temperature gradient with respect to the time axis), and the like. From these, select the method that best preserves the archive.
[0080]
In addition, as the index of the preservation, not only the freshness but also the maturity due to preservation of the preserved material is taken into consideration, and the content of the preservation control that minimizes the sum of the entire maturity can be obtained. Further, there are other indexes such as storable time, energy consumption, cost associated with storage, load on storage, and the like. After these indices are used alone or in combination, a method that satisfies the indices most is determined. These indices may be set according to the user's preference, or may be set for each stored object.
[0081]
In this embodiment, the temperature control is used as the content of the preservation control. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it is possible to control the humidity in the refrigerator or to maintain the carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen in the refrigerator particularly effective in maintaining the freshness of fruits and vegetables. If there is a method of controlling the concentration of gas or reducing the pressure in the chamber to about 100 Torr to control the oxygen concentration to be low, the stored material is selected from these based on the stored material information. It is possible to select the method that can preserve the freshest.
[0082]
Next, it is determined from the calculation result whether or not storage is possible under suitable conditions (step S310). Hereinafter, this determination method will be described.
[0083]
When a plurality of stored items are stored in the storage room at the same time, some stored items are unsuitable to be stored together with other items due to odor transfer, and some combinations are not preferable to be stored together. For example, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the relationship between the freshness and the storage temperature is such that the storage temperatures of the storage items A, B, and C do not overlap, it is determined that they cannot coexist.
[0084]
When the

[0086]
Next, the
[0087]
When the warning cancel instruction is given, the display is canceled and the temperature is controlled at the storage temperature P603.
[0088]
In the above example, the determination of suitability or inappropriateness of storage was made based on whether or not the recommended values of all stored item information in the same storage room existed in common. However, a predetermined allowable range was set, and the optimum It is also possible to determine the contents of the storage control.
[0089]
In addition, in step S309, when the

In addition, in the present embodiment, acquisition of stored item information and notification of the result are performed after all the stored items are stored in the refrigerator and the door is closed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. From the starting point, the storage unit information is obtained, and the

In the storage control content calculation process (step S309), the
[0100]
Note that the time during which the door is open is counted as the take-out time even if the preserved material is not actually taken out each time the door is opened and closed. If the door is frequently opened and closed, the expiration date and the like are shortened. If this is not desired, it is also possible not to count the take-out for a certain time or less as the take-out time.
[0101]
Further, in the present embodiment, the take-out accumulation time has been described as an example, but the take-out count may be used separately.
[0102]
In this case, the take-out time is calculated at the time when the door is closed, and if it is longer than a predetermined time, it is determined that the take-out is taken out. An update instruction is issued from 701. Thereby, the number of times of taking out is recorded in the stored
