SOLUTION: The waste treatment equipment includes a closed, cylindrical treatment cylinder 10 with a closable inlet port 11 and agitating vanes 12 fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 10, while the outer periphery of the cylinder 10 is formed so that the cylinder 10 can be rolled. Further, an end surface of the cylinder 10 is formed so that the cylinder 10 can be erected in an approximately vertical direction. After a bacteria-decomposition accelerator 20 and organic wastes 30 are put into the cylinder 10 from the port 11 and the cylinder 10 is rolled, the cylinder is erected in an approximately vertical direction and left where it is.

[0003] However, the above-mentioned conventional organic waste treatment apparatus has problems that the structure is complicated, the operation is difficult, there are many failures, and the production cost and running cost are high. In particular, in the former conventional technique, since the shaft portion needs to be penetrated into the processing tank, the watertight structure between the shaft portion and the processing tank may be complicated and costly. Also in the latter conventional technique, it is necessary to make a hole in the side surface of the cylindrical body and fix the shaft portion to the cylindrical body.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following functions and effects. First, a predetermined amount of a microbial decomposition promoting material is charged from the charging port, and organic waste is further charged. Then, when the processing cylinder is rolled, the microbial decomposition promoting material and the organic waste in the processing cylinder are stirred by being stirred up by stirring blades on the inner peripheral surface of the processing cylinder. The organic waste is additionally charged into the processing cylinder until it reaches a predetermined ratio with respect to the volume in the processing cylinder, and is stirred and mixed by rolling the processing cylinder again. Next, the processing cylinder is set upright on the ground or the like, and left as it is. At that time, the microorganism decomposition promoting material and the organic waste mixed by stirring are appropriately compressed by their own weight. Therefore, microbial decomposition is efficiently performed in the processing cylinder. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the driving rotation by the shaft portion is not performed unlike the prior art, the structure is simple, the watertightness is good, the operation is simple and the cost is low, and the microorganisms can be efficiently decomposed. Can be promoted. Further, according to the second aspect, since the charging port is provided substantially at the center in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the processing cylinder, when the processing cylinder is rolled, the introduced microbial decomposition promoting material and the organic waste are charged. Can be dispersed in the axial direction and efficiently stirred and mixed. Therefore, microbial decomposition can be promoted more efficiently. The inlet is provided so as not to protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the processing cylinder, so that when the processing cylinder is rolled, the rotation thereof is not hindered. In addition, according to the third aspect, the processing cylinder is rolled on a plurality of rotatable rollers, so that the space for rolling the processing cylinder can be reduced. Further, according to the fourth aspect, it is possible to provide a method for treating organic waste which is simple in operation and promotes efficient microbial decomposition. In addition, according to the fifth aspect, the amount of the microbial decomposition promoting material and the organic waste with respect to the internal volume in the processing cylinder and the amount of air in the processing tank are easily diffused and mixed in the processing cylinder and promote the microbial decomposition. Since the ratio is adjusted to a suitable ratio that facilitates the microbial decomposition, it can be more efficiently promoted.
