According to the first aspect of the present invention, the following effects are obtained. The floor finish layer of the balcony is almost flat, and there is no gradient. And, since the floor finish layer is provided on the waterproof layer and has water retention, rain water is completely taken in by this floor finish layer and water is retained, and the water rises on the floor surface or the foot is stomped on. Water does not erupt, and the retained water later evaporates spontaneously, thereby improving water treatment properties.
