Description

The present invention relates to a building, particularly to a building having an inner staircase.

Conventionally, a building having a lower floor and an upper floor located above the lower floor has been known. This building has a skeleton having a planar shape including an outer edge portion facing a predetermined direction and a recess that is recessed inward with respect to the outer edge portion, and an interlayer located between the upper floor and the lower floor of the skeleton inside the recess. It is provided with an inner staircase having a corridor fixed to the section and a staircase extending downwardly from the corridor.

Patent Document 1 discloses, as an example of a corridor, an ALC floor board arranged along an outer wall and supported by a skeleton, and a plurality of floor panels laid on the ALC floor board. The floor panel is arranged at a position away from the outer wall, and a drainage ditch is formed between the outer wall and the floor panel. Further, a floor groove is formed on the surface of the floor panel.

In the corridor described in Patent Document 1, for example, rainwater that has fallen on the floor surface or water that has been sprayed during cleaning falls from the surface of the floor panel into the floor ditch, and the water that has fallen into the floor ditch overflows and drains water on the outer wall side. Fall into the ditch.

Japanese Patent No. 5269308

In the corridor described in Patent Document 1, since a drainage ditch is mainly used as a water passage, sufficient drainage performance cannot be exhibited unless the drainage ditch is provided.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a building capable of efficiently draining water from the floor surface of a corridor without providing a drainage ditch.

As a result of various studies, the present inventors have found that the above object can be achieved by the following inventions.

The building according to one aspect of the present invention is a building having a lower floor and an upper floor located above the lower floor, and has an outer edge portion facing a predetermined direction and a recess recessed inward with respect to the outer edge portion. A skeleton having a planar shape including the above, a corridor fixed in an interlayer portion located between the upper floor and the lower floor of the skeleton inside the recess, and a staircase extending downward from the corridor. The corridor is provided with a base material supported by the interlayer portion, a waterproof sheet that covers the base material from above, and the waterproof sheet, and allows fluid to flow in the horizontal direction. A passage forming portion for forming a passage for flow and a plurality of finishing materials arranged along the upper surface of the passage forming portion are provided, and a fluid is guided to the passage forming portion between the finishing materials. The inner staircase is further provided with a door facing the corridor and an outer wall attached to the skeleton along the plane shape, and the inner staircase is said to sandwich the recess in the interlayer portion. It has a beam fixed to a portion facing in a direction orthogonal to a predetermined direction, and the outer wall includes an upper outer wall portion provided on the upper side of the beam and a lower outer wall portion provided on the lower side of the beam. The passage forming portion has a thickness set so that the surface facing the lower surface of the door and the upper surface of the finishing material are located on the same plane, and the passage forming portion is located on the indoor side beyond the door. The waterproof sheet has a portion extending from the base material to the indoor side beyond the door .

In the above building, for example, rainwater blown onto the corridor of the inner stairs is guided to the passage forming portion from the space provided between the finishing materials constituting the floor surface of the corridor. In the outer corridor described in Patent Document 1, the water on the floor panel remains on the floor panel unless it reaches the drainage ditch in sequence across the upper surfaces of the plurality of floor panels. On the other hand, in the above building, when the outer edge of each finishing material is reached, the space between the finishing materials leads to the passage forming portion. Therefore, in the above-mentioned building, the amount of water remaining on the entire floor surface of the corridor is smaller than that of the outer corridor described in Patent Document 1, and the footwear of pedestrians in the corridor is prevented from getting wet or slipping. can do.

Further, since the passage forming portion forms a passage for flowing water in the horizontal direction, the water guided to the passage forming portion from the distance between the finishing materials can be horizontally developed through the passage forming portion. This makes it possible to effectively utilize the space under the finishing material.

Here, since the waterproof sheet is arranged between the passage forming portion and the base material, it is possible to prevent the water flowing through the passage forming portion from permeating into the base material from the passage forming portion. That is, since the waterproofing of the base material is ensured by the tarpaulin, it is possible to suppress the fall of water to the lower floor side through the base material and the deterioration of the base material due to the water.

Especially in the case of a building with an inner staircase, the amount of rainwater blown into the corridor is relatively small even if the wind and rain are quite strong. Therefore, by horizontally deploying water in the region of the passage forming portion, sufficient drainage performance can be exhibited without providing a drainage groove on the side of the finishing material.

Further, in the above building , a gap for guiding the beam to the skeleton is provided between the upper outer wall portion and the lower outer wall portion. By extending the passage forming portion to the indoor side by utilizing this gap, the step on the floor surface can be reduced from the corridor to the inside of the door. Further, since the waterproof sheet has a portion extending to the indoor side beyond the door, it can be used not only as a waterproof material on the outside of the door but also as a waterproof material on the indoor side.

In the above building, the waterproof sheet may have a rising portion that rises along the upper outer wall portion.

In this aspect, even if the water developed horizontally through the passage forming portion spreads to the vicinity of the upper outer wall portion of the building, the rising portion of the waterproof sheet allows water to enter the gap between the upper outer wall portion and the base material. It can be suppressed.

In the above building, the passage forming portion may have a portion extending beyond the beam, and the waterproof sheet may have a portion extending beyond the beam from the base material.

In this aspect, it can be used as a corridor up to the top of the beam, and the space can be effectively used. Further, even if water expands in the stairs direction in the passage forming portion, the portion extending beyond the beam from the base material of the waterproof sheet ensures waterproofing between the beams and the gap between the base materials and the beams. It is possible to suppress the permeation of water.

The building may be provided with a drainage pipe having an opening extending from under the base material to the inside of the passage forming portion while penetrating the base material and the waterproof sheet.

In this aspect, of the water collected in the passage forming portion, the water that reaches the opening of the drain pipe is drained through the drain pipe. Therefore, for example, even if excessive rain blows into the corridor and a large amount of water accumulates in the passage forming portion, it is drained from the passage forming portion through the opening of the drain pipe at any time, and the floor surface of the corridor is flooded with water. It can be suppressed.

In the above building, the passage forming portion may include mortar.

In this aspect, the water derived from the distance between the finishing materials spreads not only on the upper surface of the passage forming portion but also on the inner mortar portion in the horizontal direction, so that it is not necessary to form a strict gradient or a horizontal plane at the time of construction.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a building in which water is drained so that water does not remain on the floor surface of the corridor without providing a drainage ditch.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the corridor 21 has a base material 25 supported by the vertical beams 11 and 12, a waterproof sheet 26 that covers the base material 25 from above, and a passage formed on the waterproof sheet 26. A portion 27 and a plurality of finishing materials 28 arranged along the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 are provided.

The base material 25 is arranged between the vertical beam 11 and the vertical beam 12 in the X direction, and the ends on both sides in the X direction overlap the outer wall portion main body 9g on the second floor side. Further, the base material 25 has a portion arranged between the cross beam 13 and the staircase support beam 24 in the Y direction.

下地材25は、水平方向に沿って配置された複数のALC(Autoclaved Lightweight Aerated Concrete;オートクレーブ養生した軽量気泡コンクリート)パネル25aによって構成されている。 The base material 25 is composed of a plurality of ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Aerated Concrete) panels 25a arranged along the horizontal direction. The portion of the base material 25 shown in FIG. 4 is composed of three ALC panels 25a extending in the X direction and arranged in the Y direction between the cross beam 13 and the staircase support beam 24.

As shown in FIG. 3, the base material 25 has base support members 25b provided at both ends of the ALC panel 25a in the X direction. The base support member 25b is for attaching the ALC panel 25a to the vertical beams 11 and 12 so that the upper surfaces of the upper flanges 11a and 12a and the upper surface of the ALC panel 25a are at substantially the same height. The base support member 25b has a portion extending in the Y direction and extending along the bottom surface of the ALC panel 25a, a portion extending along the side surface of the ALC panel 25a on the X direction side, and a portion attached to the vertical beams 11 and 12. ..

The portion of the base support member 25b attached to the vertical beams 11 and 12 extends along the upper surfaces of the upper flanges 11a and 12a of the vertical beams 11 and 12 and is fixed to the upper flanges 11a and 12a by the female threaded portion 9h and the nut 9i. .. The ALC panel 25a is placed on a portion of the base support member 25b that extends along the bottom surface of the ALC panel 25a.

The upper surface of the ALC panel 25a and the upper surface of the base support member 25b are substantially on the same plane, and the second floor side outer wall main body 9g is placed on the upper surface.

The base material 25 is supported by the vertical beams 11 and 12 via the base support member 25b, and is supported by the upper surfaces of the upper flanges 11a, 12a, 13a and 24a of the vertical beams 11, 12, the horizontal beam 13 and the staircase support beam 24, respectively. The upper surface of the base material 25 is substantially the same height.

The waterproof sheet 26 waterproofs the base material 25 and extends along the horizontal direction to cover the upper surface of the base material 25.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the X direction, the waterproof sheet 26 extends horizontally between the second floor side outer wall portions 9b on both sides in the X direction and covers the upper surface of the base material 25, and the second floor on both sides in the X direction. It has a rising portion 26a that rises along the side outer wall portion 9b.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the waterproof sheet 26 crosses the staircase support beam 24 in the −Y direction from a position other than the floor base material 15 (position on the indoor side) on the upper flange 13a of the cross beam 13 in the Y direction. A portion that extends to the above position and covers the entire upper surface of the base material 25, a part of the cross beam 13, and the entire upper surface of the staircase support beam 24, and a rising portion that rises from the end on the + Y direction side along the floor base material 15 on the indoor side. It has a 26a and a portion 26b extending downward from the end in the −Y direction.

Since the waterproof sheet 26 has a portion extending beyond the entrance door 10 to the upper surface of the upper flange 13a of the cross beam 13, it can be used not only as a waterproof material on the outside of the entrance door 10 but also as a waterproof material on the indoor side. .. Therefore, waterproofing is ensured not only in the base material 25 but also in the gap between the base material 25 and the cross beam 13. Further, since the waterproof sheet 26 has a portion extending from the base material 25 beyond the staircase support beam 24, the gap between the base material 25 and the staircase support beam 24 is also ensured to be waterproof.

The material constituting the waterproof sheet 26 is not particularly limited as long as it is a material that does not allow water to permeate, and for example, vinyl chloride, rubber, or the like can be used.

The passage forming portion 27 is provided on the waterproof sheet 26, and forms a passage for flowing a fluid such as water in the horizontal direction under the finishing material 28.

In the present embodiment, the passage forming portion 27 includes mortar and can have a thickness of, for example, 60 mm. In the X direction, the passage forming portion 27 extends horizontally from the rising portion 26a on the + X direction side of the waterproof sheet 26 to the rising portion 26a on the −X direction side.

Further, in the Y direction, the passage forming portion 27 extends in the horizontal direction from the rising portion 26a along the floor base material 15 on the indoor side of the waterproof sheet 26 to the end portion of the waterproof sheet 26 on the −Y direction side. Since the passage forming portion 27 has a portion extending beyond the staircase support beam 24, it can be used as a corridor 21 up to the top of the staircase support beam 24, and the space can be effectively used.

The upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 forms a horizontal plane. In the present embodiment, a surface having a gradient of 1/100 or less is defined as a horizontal plane. On the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27, the sill 14 is arranged below the entrance door 10 and in the portion located in the room.

A plurality of finishing materials 28 are arranged in the X direction and the Y direction along the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 except for the portion below the entrance door 10 and the portion located in the room. The finishing material 28 is arranged so that the upper surface forms a horizontal plane. Further, a space 28a for guiding a fluid such as water to the passage forming portion 27 is provided between the finishing materials 28. The interval 28a is preferably 1 mm or more and 2 mm or less, but is not limited to this. As the finishing material 28, for example, a panel made of concrete can be used.

In the building 1 of the present embodiment, the passage forming portion 27 has a portion extending to the indoor side, and both the finishing material 28 and the sill 14 are provided on the passage forming portion 27. The step between the shoe slide 14 and the floor (dirt floor) on the indoor side can be reduced, and the step on the floor surface can be reduced from the corridor 21 to the inside of the entrance door 10.

The corridor 21 has a drainage plate 29 and a drainage pipe 30. The drainage plate 29 is provided on the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 in a portion where the finishing material 28 is omitted. The opening on the upper side of the drainage plate 29 is provided with a net that blocks solids such as dust while allowing the passage of fluid such as water. The drainage pipe 30 has a diameter smaller than that of the drainage plate 29 and extends in the vertical direction at the lower part of the drainage plate 29. The drainage pipe 30 penetrates the base material 25 and the waterproof sheet 26, and the upper part of the drainage pipe 30 and the lower part of the drainage plate 29 are connected to each other. Further, a plurality of openings 31 to be opened are provided side by side in the circumferential direction on the peripheral surface of the portion of the drain pipe 30 located at the passage forming portion 27. The lower end of the opening 31 is provided at a position higher than the upper surface of the waterproof sheet 26.

(Drainage from the floor of the corridor)
The drainage of water on the finishing material 28 constituting the floor surface of the corridor 21 in the building according to the present embodiment will be described.

In the building 1 of the present embodiment, for example, the rainwater blown onto the finishing materials 28 spreads in the horizontal direction, and when the rainwater reaches the space 28a provided between the finishing materials 28, gravity causes the rainwater to move toward the passage forming portion 27 through the space 28a. Be guided. Even if the water on the finishing material 28 does not sequentially cross the upper surfaces of the plurality of finishing materials 28, it is guided to the passage forming portion 27 when it reaches the outer edge of each finishing material 28, so that it sequentially crosses the upper surfaces of the plurality of finishing materials. Compared to a corridor that is not drained without it, the amount of water remaining on the entire floor surface is small, and it is possible to prevent the pedestrian's footwear in the corridor 21 from getting wet or slipping.

The water that spreads on the finishing material 28 and reaches the drainage plate 29 flows from the opening provided in the drainage plate 29 toward the drainage pipe 30 below.

The water that has reached the passage forming portion 27 permeates the passage forming portion 27. The water that has permeated the passage forming portion 27 gradually flows downward while expanding in the horizontal direction, and reaches the waterproof sheet 26 provided under the passage forming portion 27. The water that has reached the waterproof sheet 26 spreads horizontally in the passage forming portion 27. As described above, in the building 1 of the present embodiment, the space under the finishing material 28 can be effectively used as a space for circulating wastewater.

Further, on the waterproof sheet 26, it is possible to prevent the water flowing through the passage forming portion 27 from permeating into the base material 25, and the water falls to the lower floor 2 side through the base material 25 and the base material due to the water. Deterioration of 25 can be suppressed. Further, the portion of the waterproof sheet 26 extending from the base material 25 beyond the staircase support beam 24 can suppress the permeation of water into the gap between the base material 25 and the staircase support beam 24.

The water spread in the passage forming portion 27 is blocked by the rising portion 26a provided on the waterproof sheet 26. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the permeation of water into the gap between the outer wall portion 9b on the second floor side and the base material 25 and the gap between the floor base material 15 and the cross beam 13.

Further, an opening 31 provided in the drain pipe 30 is arranged in the passage forming portion 27, and when the water spread in the passage forming portion 27 reaches the drain pipe 30, the water is discharged downward through the opening of the opening 31. To.

In the building 1 of the present embodiment, the corridor 21 is provided on the inner stairs 20, and even if rain blows in, the amount of water falling on the corridor 21 is relatively small. Therefore, by horizontally deploying water at the passage forming portion 27, sufficient drainage performance can be exhibited without providing a drainage groove on the side of the finishing material 28.

Further, for example, when excessive rain is blown into the corridor and a large amount of water accumulates in the passage forming portion 27, it is drained from the passage forming portion 27 through the opening 31 of the drain pipe 30 at any time, and the finishing material 28 It is possible to prevent water from overflowing above. In this case, when water flows over the upper surface of the finishing material 28 over the gap 28a provided between the finishing materials 28, the water is drained from the opening provided in the drainage plate 29 toward the drainage pipe 30 below. Will be done.

(Modified example of this embodiment)
In the present embodiment, as the building 1, a two-story building having a lower floor 2 and an upper floor 3 is illustrated, but it may be three or more floors.

In the present embodiment, the finishing material 28 is omitted and the drainage plate 29 is provided, but the drainage plate 29 may not be provided. When the drainage plate 29 is not provided, the finishing material 28 may not be omitted. Even if the drainage plate 29 is not provided, the water on the floor surface of the corridor 21 flows in the direction of the passage forming portion 27 through the gap 28a provided between the finishing materials 28 and reaches the drainage pipe 30, so that the corridor 21 The effect on the drainage capacity from the floor surface is small.

Further, the finishing material 28 may be provided over the entire upper surface of the passage forming portion 27. With this configuration, the area of the walkable portion of the corridor 21 can be maximized, and the space can be effectively used. The “whole upper surface of the passage forming portion 27” refers to a portion of the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 excluding the lower part of the entrance door 10 and the inside (indoor side) thereof.

In the present embodiment, a material containing mortar (hereinafter referred to as "mortar-containing material") is used as the passage forming portion 27, but a gap is formed between the mortar-containing material and the finishing material 28 by so-called dango tensioning. The mortar-containing material and the gap between the adhesives may be combined to form the passage forming portion 27.

In this case, the water that reaches the passage forming portion 27 through the gap 28a provided between the finishing materials 28 partially permeates the mortar-containing material directly, and the remaining part is an adhesive on the upper surface of the mortar-containing material. After flowing horizontally through the gaps between them, it penetrates into the mortar-containing material. In this way, since water can spread between the finishing material 28 and the mortar-containing material before penetrating into the mortar-containing material, even when the amount of water on the finishing material 28 is relatively large, between the finishing materials 28 It is possible to prevent water from overflowing from the interval 28a provided in.

Further, instead of using a mortar-containing material in the passage forming portion 27, an adhesive may be arranged on the waterproof sheet 26 by dango tensioning, and the gap between the adhesives may be used as the passage forming portion 27.

When a mortar-containing material is used as the passage forming portion 27, the water guided from the gap 28a provided between the finishing materials 28 not only covers the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 but also the internal mortar portion. Since it spreads in the horizontal direction, it is not necessary to form a strict gradient or horizontal plane for drainage on the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 at the time of construction.

In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the finishing material 28 has been described as horizontal, but the upper surface of the finishing material 28 may have a slope. In this case, it is preferable to provide a gradient so that the drainage plate 29 is the lowest. As a method of providing the gradient, the gradient may be provided on the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27, and the finishing material 28 may be provided so as to be parallel to the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27. Further, the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 may be formed horizontally, and the finishing material 28 may be provided so that the upper surface of the passage forming portion 27 has a slope. The magnitude of the gradient is preferably 1/100 or more and 1/50 or less, but is not limited to this.
