However, when there is a pillar directly under the roof, the pillar sometimes hinders the entry and exit of the car when stopping the car under the roof. In addition, the installation position of the pillars is determined by the width of the roof, so there are places where the pillars cannot be raised depending on site conditions such as water pipes or other obstacles on the ground, or depending on site conditions such as the shape of the site. There were restrictions on the location of the building.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the roof can be attached to an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the beam, the position of the pillar is not determined at the position of the roof. Since the erecting and the roof are shifted to a desired position, the erecting position of the pillar can be freely determined. Therefore, the degree of freedom of the installation position of the simple building is high. Further, since there is no restriction on the standing position of the pillar, the pillar is not obstructed by providing the pillar at a position away from the roof when a car enters or exits under the roof. Since a common beam and column can be used and only the roof can be changed, only the roof can be changed even when different types of roofs are used, so that a simple building according to preference can be provided at low cost. The invention described in claim 2 is
The invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the roof girder has an attached portion, and the attached portion is provided along the longitudinal direction of the girder.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The simple building 1 according to the present embodiment is a carport. The simple building 1 is composed of a beam 3, a pillar 5, and a roof 7,
The roof 7 is suspended from the beam 3 and fixed. Both ends of the beam 3 are fixed between the columns 5, and the beam 3 and the two columns 5 constitute a frame 9, and the frame 9 is provided before and after the frontage. The front and rear frames 9 and 9 have lengths W1 and W
2 is longer than the width dimension M of the roof 7. Thus, beam 3
By making the lengths W1 and W2 longer than the width M of the roof, the mounting position of the roof 7 can be changed within the length of the beam 3, and by changing the length of the beam 3,
The standing position of the pillar 5 can be changed. Further, since the pillar 5 supporting the beam 3 is located outside the area directly below the roof, the pillar 5 does not become an obstacle and the space under the roof 7 can be widely used. Further, in the present embodiment, in the front frame 9 in front of the frontage, the length W1 of the beam 3 is longer than the length W2 of the beam 3 of the rear frame 9. That is, as shown in FIG.
Depending on the shape and conditions of the site, it is necessary to widen the entrance of the vehicle, and by making the interval between the columns 5 of the front frame 9 wide, the columns 5 do not hinder the entry and exit of the vehicle. In addition, since the standing position of the pillar 5 is not limited, if the pillar position is set in consideration of the line of sight and the line of sight of a person or a car in the construction of the carport, the sense of security of the carport supported on both sides can be obtained. At the same time, the open feeling of the one-sided support car port can be obtained. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the distance between the vehicle and the pillar 5 can be made sufficiently large so that the pillar 5 does not interfere with the getting on and off of the car. Therefore, it is easy to get on and off from a wheelchair or the like. The roof 7 has a curved dome shape,
1 is fixed by a fixture 13. The attachment 13 includes a hanging member 15 and an inclined member 17. The upper end 15 a of the hanging member 15 and the upper end 17 a of the inclined member 17 are fixed to the beam 3, and the lower end 15 b of the hanging member 15 and the inclined member 17 b are fixed. The lower end 17b is fixed to the girder 11 of the roof 7. Hanging member 15
By fixing the girder 11 with the inclined member 17, the roof 7 can be stably fixed by preventing the roof 7 from rolling. Since the roof 7 is attached to the beam of the frame 9, only the roof 7 can be replaced. Therefore,
Even when roofs 7 having different shapes and dimensions are used, the pillars 5 and the beams 3 can use a common one. On the roof 7, a rain gutter 19 is provided across the both girders 11, 11 along the frontage direction, and guides rainwater flowing on one girder 11 side in the frontage direction to the other girder 11 side. . The gutter 19 is drained to the ground from a vertical gutter attached to the column 5 on the other girder 11 side. Therefore, the rainwater that has flowed to the one girder 11 side does not drool as it is. Next, fixing of the beam 3 and the roof 7 will be described. The beam 3 is provided with a mounting portion 21 for the roof 7 along the longitudinal direction. The mounting portion 21 is a groove, and an engaging portion 23 is formed in the opening of the groove, so that the mounting portion 21 can be moved in the longitudinal direction while the beam-side fixing tool 25 is engaged with the mounting portion 21. I have. In FIG. 5,
The cross-sectional view of the beam 3 is shown extracted by a dashed line. A mounting portion 27 is provided on the girder 11 of the roof along the longitudinal direction of the girder 11. The attached portion 27 is a groove,
As shown in FIG. 14, an engagement portion 29 is provided on the attached portion 27 so that the girder-side fixing tool 31 can move in the longitudinal direction of the beam 11 while being engaged with the attached portion 27. There are two beam-side fixtures 25, and one beam-side fixture 25 has a hanging member 1
5 is fixed, and the other beam-side fixture 2 is fixed.
5, the upper part 17a of the inclined member 17 is fixed. The lower part 15b of the hanging member and the lower part 17b of the inclined member are fixed to the girder-side fixing member 31. The beam-side fixture 25 is shown in FIG.
A bolt is inserted between two back plates 39 as shown in FIG. 1 and a receiving member 34 as shown in FIG. 16 and two substantially semicircular holding members 43 as shown in FIG. 44
Stopped at. The back plate 39 is locked to the mounting portion 21 of the beam 3, and the two holding members 43 are provided to face each other and hold the upper portion 15 a of the hanging member 15 therebetween. Receiving member 34
Receives the upper part 15a of the hanging member 15. Similarly, also in the inclined member 17, the two holding members 43 are the inclined members 1
7, the upper part 17 a of the inclined member 17 is received by the receiving member 34. Each holding member 43 has an elongated bolt insertion hole 4 extending along the circumferential direction.
2 are formed, and the back plate 39 is
And a bolt 44 screwed into the screw hole 34a of the receiving member 34 is inserted. The position of the holding member 43 can be changed in the rotation direction within the range of the bolt insertion hole 42. In this manner, by providing the attachment portion 21 in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3 and providing the attached portion 27 in the longitudinal direction of the beam 11, the position of the beam 11 with respect to the beam 3 can be adjusted in the left-right direction of the frontage and the entrance / exit direction (front-back). You can decide freely. Furthermore, since the angle of the holding member 43 can be changed, the attachment can be performed even when the beam 11 is inclined with respect to the beam 3 instead of the vertical direction. In other words, the roof 7 can be attached to the beam 3 at a predetermined angle, and the roof 7 can be attached obliquely. The girder-side fixing member 31 includes a lower part 17 b of the inclined member 17 and the hanging member 15.
A holding member 38 capable of holding the lower portion 15b of the inclined member 17;
The holding member 38, the back plate 45, and the pressing member 47 are fixed by bolts 48. An insertion hole 49 is formed in the holding member 38, and the lower part 15 b of the hanging member 15 is inserted. In the insertion hole 49, an engaged portion 53 is formed in which the engaging portion 51 protruding from the lower portion 15b of the hanging member 15 is engaged. After inserting the engaging portion 51 of the hanging member 15 into the engaged portion 53, the holding member 38
By turning, the engaging portion 51 is locked to the holding member 38 and held so as not to come off. Lower part 15b of inclined member 17
Is placed in the holding groove 55 having an arc-shaped cross section, and the pressing member 4
At 7, it is pressed into the holding groove 55. Both ends of the lower part 15b of the hanging member 15 are fixed by the girder-side fixing members 31, and the lower part 17b of the inclined member 17 is fixed by two girder-side fixing members 31, a total of three girder-side fixing members. Since the hanging member 15 and the inclined member 17 are fixed in one girder-side fixing tool 31 by using the tool 31, the four girder-side fixing tools 31 can fix four places.

Next, the construction and operation of the simple building 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. The pillars 5 are attached to both ends of the beam 3 to assemble a substantially U-shaped frame 9. Next, the column 5 is fixed and the frame 9 is erected. The longitudinal lengths W1 and W2 of the beam 3 are longer than the frontage M of the roof 7,
The beams 3 of the front frame 9 and the rear frame 9 may have the same length or different lengths. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the beam 3 of the front frame 9 is longer than the rear frame 9, and one pillar 5 of the front frame 9 stands at a position beyond the entrance porch 62. In addition, when there is an obstacle such as a water pipe at the position of the pillar 5, the pillar 5 can be erected using the beam 3 having a length avoiding the obstacle, so that construction according to site conditions can be performed. After the frames 9 are started, the roofs 7 are attached to the beams 3 of each frame 9 in a suspended state. For attachment, the two beam-side fixtures 25 are engaged with the attachment portion 21 provided on the lower surface side of the beam 3, and the bolt 44 is loosely stopped. One of the beam-side fixing members 25 includes the upper part 1 of the hanging member 15.
5a is attached, and the upper part 17a of the inclined member 17 is attached to the other beam-side fixture 25. A holding member 38 for holding the lower portions of the hanging member 15 and the inclined member 17 can be attached to the spar 11 of the roof 7 at an arbitrary position along the attached portion 27. The plate 45 and the pressing member 47 are tightened and fixed with bolts 48. still,
The girder-side fixing tool 31 for fixing only the hanging member 15 and the girder-side fixing tool 31 for fixing only the inclined member 17 are also bolted, and a total of three girder-side fixing tools 31 are fixed to the girder 11. When the beam-side fixture 25 is also positioned, it is fixed by bolting. However, when the mounting position of the roof 7 is to be moved back and forth, the girder-side fixture 31 moves along the mounting portion 27 of the girder 11. Since it is possible, by moving the position of the girder-side fixing tool 31 relative to the girder 11, the roof can be mounted at a position shifted forward and backward. On the other hand, when the roof 7 is mounted at a position shifted in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, the two beam-side fixtures 25 are moved along the mounting portion 21 of the beam 3 and bolted at an arbitrary position. The roof 7 can be attached at any position in the longitudinal direction of the beam 3. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the girder 11 of the roof 7 is attached to the beam 3 at a position where the girder 11 is inclined (position where the roof 7 is inclined), the girder-side fixing tool 31 is attached to the girder 11. Along with the bolt 44 at a position where the holding member 43 of the beam-side fixture 25 has been rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the beam 3. Next, other embodiments will be described, but in the following description, parts having the same functions and effects as those of the above-described embodiments will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of those parts will be omitted. I do. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 17, since the balcony 61 forms substantially half of the roof of the garage, the roof 7 of the simple building 1 and the balcony 61 serve as the roof of the garage. Is approximately half the length of the beam 3. In this embodiment, a roof 7 having a different shape and size can be attached according to the conditions of the building on the site. The embodiment shown in FIG. 18 shows an example in which two roofs 7 are suspended. The number of the roofs 7 is not limited to two, but may be any number. That is, one or two may be attached to the same beam 3 as necessary, and the roof 7 having a small size may be attached.
By using, the roof can be attached to a part of the beam 3 or the entire beam 3 can be attached, and the variation is abundant. In the example shown in FIG. 19, when there is an entrance approach 64 beside the roof 7 of the simple building 1, the entrance approach 6
4 has a pergola 57 mounted thereon. That is,
When the side of the installation space of the simple building 1 is the entrance approach 64, the pillar of the simple building is erected at a position beyond the entrance approach 64 so as not to obstruct the entrance approach 64, and the beam is covered with a roof. By attaching the pergola 57 to the part where it is not attached, the surplus part of the beam 3 can be used effectively. Also, by providing the pergola 57 on the entrance approach portion 64,
The entrance approach 64 can be produced by planting. Further, since there is no need to separately provide a column for the pergola 57, the number of columns can be reduced. Note that, instead of the pergola 57, a normal roof 7 for preventing rain may be attached to the entrance approach 64. With reference to FIG. 20 to FIG. 27, mounting when the roof 7 is mounted on the beam 3 will be described.
In this embodiment, the mounting portion 21 of the roof 7 is provided on the upper surface of the beam 3.
Are provided along the longitudinal direction of the beam 3, and a mounting portion 27 is provided on the lower surface of the beam 11, and the mounting portion 21 and the mounting portion 27 are fixed by a fixture. Even when the roof 7 is placed on the beam 3, the roof 7 can be attached to the front and rear, the frontage direction, and further obliquely, similarly to the above-described embodiment.
Also in the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 20 to 27, the same pillars 5, beams 3 and spar 11 used in the above-described embodiment are used. That is, the mounting portion 21 is provided above the beam 3, and the mounted portion 27 is provided below the beam 11. The beam placing member 71 is fitted into the groove at the lower part of the girder 11 so that the beam can be stably placed on the upper surface of the beam 3. The beam placing member 71 is formed in a substantially quadrangular prism shape having a hollow, and has a projecting portion 73 formed on a side portion. The projecting portion 73 is interposed between the mounting portion 21 and a fixture 75 described later. I have. The fixture 75 is for fixing the beam 3 and the spar 11, and includes an engaging member 74 that engages with the mounting portion 21, and a bolt 77 and a nut 79 that screw the engaging member to the spar 11. I have. The engaging member 74 includes a hook-shaped locking portion 81 that locks to the mounting portion 21 and an insertion hole 83 for the bolt 77.
The head 77 a of the bolt 77 is attached to the attached portion 27 of the spar 11. The attached portion 27 is an engagement groove provided along the longitudinal direction of the spar 11, and the head 77 a of the bolt 77 is engaged and held by the spar 11. A nut 79 is screwed into the screw portion of the bolt 77. In the present embodiment, the nut 7
7 is a cap nut. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 24, when attaching the beam 11 to the beam 3 at a substantially right angle, the beam placing member 71 is fitted to the lower portion of the beam 11,
After placing on the beam 3, the locking portion 81 of the fixture 75 is
Of the fixture 75 and the bolt insertion hole 83 of the fixture 75.
, And a nut 79 is tightened. Thus, the roof 7 can be easily fixed to the beam 3 in a state where the roof 7 is kept stationary. On the other hand, when the roof 7 is installed obliquely with respect to the beam 3 so that the spar 11 is inclined with respect to the beam 3, the nut 79 is lightly fastened to the bolt 77 and FIG.
When the roof 7 is moved obliquely as shown in FIG.
Slides along the mounting portion 21 of the beam 3, and the bolt 77 also slides along the mounted portion 27, so the nut is tightened and fixed at that position. Thereby, the roof 7 is attached to the beam 3.
The roof 7 can be attached in a state in which the is inclined. As is clear from the above-described embodiment, the beam 3 has the mounting portions 21 at the lower portion and the upper portion, respectively.
Since the girder 11 is also provided with the attached portions 27 on the upper and lower portions thereof, the same beam 3, the roof 7 and the pillar 5 are used, and the roof 7 is connected to the beam only by changing the fixtures 25, 31 and 75. 3 and can be fixed on the beam 3. FIG. 28 shows a simple building 1 according to another embodiment, and shows an example in which a flat panel-shaped roof is suspended when the roof is suspended. As described above, in the present invention, the shape and type of the roof are not limited, and the same pillar 5 and beam 3 can be used, and only the roof of a desired type can be used. FIG. 29 shows a case in which the roof 7 is mounted on the beam 3 and is attached, and the dome-shaped roof 7 and the pergola 57 are attached. As described above, even when the roof 7 is mounted on the beam 3 and attached, the type and shape of the roof 7 which is fixedly mounted on the beam 3 are not limited, and the same pillar 5 and beam 3 are used. In addition to using a different type of roof 7, another type of roof such as a pergola 57 may be attached beside the roof 7.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment,
Various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the simple building 1 is not limited to a car port, but may be a cycle port, a passage shelter, a storage, or the like. The beam 3 has the mounting portions 21 on both the upper and lower portions thereof, but the mounting portion 21 may be provided on only one of them. The attached portion 27 may be provided on only one of the two. The mounting portion 21 provided on the beam 3 and the mounted portion 27 provided on the beam 11 are not limited to being provided on the upper surface or lower surface of the beam 3 or the beam, respectively, and may be provided on the side surface. The number of frames 9 to which the beams 3 and the columns 5 are fixed is not limited to two, but may be any number. The hanging member 15 and the inclined member 17 are not limited to the rod shape, and may be a plate shape, a square pipe, or an angle. The inclination direction of the inclination member 17 is opposite to the direction of the one girder 11 and the other girder 11 (the direction in which the inclination members 17 provided on the one girder 11 and the other girder 11 form a V shape). The present invention is not limited to this, and may be provided in the same direction (the direction in which the inclined members 17 become substantially parallel). Although the lower part of the hanging member 15 and the inclined member 17 are fixed at two places, they may be fixed at one place.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the roof can be attached to any position in the longitudinal direction of the beam.
Since the position of the pillar is not determined by the position of the roof, the pillar is erected according to the conditions of the site, and the roof is shifted to a desired position, so that the standing position of the pillar can be freely determined. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the effect of the first aspect is exhibited, and the installation position of the roof can be shifted not only in the longitudinal direction of the beam but also in the longitudinal direction of the girder. It can be mounted on the front and back and right and left, and the degree of freedom of the mounting position of the roof is high. Thereby, the degree of freedom of the standing position of the pillar is further increased. In addition, because the roof girder can be installed diagonally to the beam, the roof can be mounted according to the site shape, so the appearance is good,
The dead space can be reduced and the site can be effectively used. According to the third aspect of the invention, the effects described in the first or second aspect can be obtained, and the space under the roof can be widely used because there are no beams directly under the roof. Since the girders on both sides of the roof are suspended and fixed to the beams, the roof can be attached stably. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the effect of the third aspect can be obtained, the roll of the roof can be prevented, and the roof can be stably mounted.
